Late last year, chef Keith Guehrke appeared on a number of morning talk shows across the midwest. Kanye West Will Not Face Charges For Attacking Teen Kanye may be off the hook for this incident, but we’re curious to see what happens when he gets his hands on Joan Rivers for calling baby North ugly. According to LA Times: No charges will be filed against rapper Kanye West for allegedly punching a person at a Beverly Hills chiropractor’s office, the L.A. County district attorney’s office said Friday. The alleged incident occurred Jan. 13 in the 8800 block of Wilshire Boulevard after West’s fiancee, Kim Kardashian, entered the office at the same time as the alleged victim. The alleged victim held the door open for Kardashian,”words were exchanged, and both parties report the victim used a racial epithet,” the district attorney’s office said in a statement. Kardashian relayed the verbal encounter to West, apparently by cellphone, according to media reports. West went to the chiropractor’s office and shortly afterward, he and Kardashian found the alleged victim in the waiting room. West punched the person an unknown number of times, according to the district attorney’s office. No significant injuries were documented at the time of the initial report, the office said. The victim’s attorney indicated a civil compromise had been reached with West, and although a police report was filed, the victim declined to seek criminal prosecution, the district attorneys office said. “Further inquiry by this office resulted in the victim, through his attorney, declining to speak with a member of the district attorney’s office,” authorities said in a statement. “Prosecution is accordingly declined due to victim unavailability.” Yeezus stays catching fade with people and not facing charges. Monday’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 4 Episode 13 showed us that Carlton Gebbia is actually a witch. Like, she is literally a Wiccan worshipper. The British babe has made the most of her screen time thus far on the Bravo show, and certainly did so again last night, but not the way you might expect. Just the day before, Gebbia and Richards appeared to be on better terms at the party, with Kyle making a nice gesture. Of course, Carlton still loathes her. Kyle’s gift of jewelry was a nice peace offering, but it boils down to her “belief system” and Richards’ questioning of it. Sincere or not, it rubs her wrong. Carlton “sensed” Kyle was mocking her faith due to a dream she had, then proceeded to CAST A SPELL ON JOYCE’S HUSBAND who fell ill that evening. Seriously. This all happened.
