Family Sues Direct TV For Hiring Registered Sex Offender Cable giant Direct TV is facing a lawsuit from a family who is livid that the company hired a registered sex offender who ended up taking photos of their 12-year-old daughter during an installation service visit. via Huffington Post A Dallas family has sued satellite television provider DirecTV after a man making a service call at their home was found to be a registered sex offender who took photos of their 12-year-old daughter, their lawyer said on Friday. DirecTV said the man had absolutely no affiliation with the company and was brought to the house by a contractor, who has since been fired for violating company policy, spokeswoman Jade Ekstedt said in an email. Wahren Scott Massey, 48, was arrested as a result of the August 2012 incident. Massey pleaded guilty in October to attempted indecency with a child and attempted sexual performance of a child for the pictures he took of the girl. He was sentenced to four years in prison, according to legal documents. The family said in court documents Massey went into a room where their daughter, who was 12 at the time, was alone. The daughter, who is a gymnast, was stretching and said Massey asked to take photos of her on his cell phone with her legs in the air, according to the police report. When Massey left the room, the victim told her mother, who called police. Officers performed a background check on Massey, discovered he had been a registered sex offender in Texas since 1998, and issued a criminal trespass warning. This perv should be ashamed. SMH. According to Daily Mail reports: At least 20 high-profile members of the British Establishment formed a VIP pedophile ring that abused children for decades, a whistleblower claimed last night. Peter McKelvie, 65, said senior politicians, military figures and even people linked to the Royal Family were among the alleged abusers. Speaking in public for the first time in 20 years, the former local authority child protection chief said there were still people in power who had been involved in child abuse two decades ago. He told the BBC: ‘For the last 30 years – and longer than that – there have been a number of allegations made by survivors that people at the top of very powerful institutions in this country, which include politicians, judges, senior military figures and even people that have links with the Royal Family, have been involved in the abuse of children. ‘At the most serious level, we’re talking about the brutal rape of young boys.’ Mr McKelvie said the child abusers made up a ‘small percentage’ of the British Establishment, but ‘a slightly larger percentage’ knew about it but did not report it to the police. He said these people ‘felt that’ in terms of their own self-interest and self-preservation and for political party reasons, it has been safer for them to cover it up than deal with it.’ Speaking on the BBC’s Newsnight, Mr McKelvie added: ‘Over many years I’ve spoken to a considerable number of victims and most recently victims of perhaps the most powerful elite group of pedophiles. ‘Because the worst part of sexual abuse is the power that powerful people have over them. And they don’t believe that power can ever be broken.’ The evidence from West Mercia Police includes letters between notorious child abuser Peter Righton, who was a consultant to the National Children’s Bureau before he was unmasked, and other suspected pedophiles. He said: ‘At last there is the very real prospect of survivors and victims having justice. I believe that there is strong evidence and an awful lot of information that can be converted into evidence if it is investigated properly. ‘There has been an extremely powerful elite, among the highest levels of the political classes, for as long as I have been alive – and I am 65 now. ‘There has been sufficient reason to investigate it over and over again – certainly for the last 30 years – and there has always been the block, the cover-up and the collusion to prevent that.’ Hate to use this pun but this makes Sandusky sound like child’s play. Heather Salines, 38, has entered a not guilty plea to the six counts of aggravated rape after she admitted to having sex with a 15-year-old boy. She also sent the boy, whose name has not been revealed because of the nature of the crimes, nude selfies which ended up leading to her arrest. The investigation into the case began when a student at Belmonte Middle School in Saugus, Massachusetts reported that the boy was showing off the naked pictures that Salines had sent him. The Boston Herald reports that the boy told police he had previously had sex with Salines and they had exchanged naked photos. She was later questioned by authorities and admitted that they had sex on a number of occasions but the exact number of sexual encounters has not been revealed. Salines said she had met the boy two months before they became intimate, and he had told her about the personal turmoil he went through after ‘he lost his mother at a young age’. ‘When I looked at him, he did not act like a 15-year-old… he acted like a grown man,’ she said. At one point early in the illegal relationship, he was alone at her house and they ‘were kissing and that she was touching him over his clothing’. ‘Things spiraled out of control,’ Salem News reports, citing the charging documents. They first had sex in a car in the parking lot of a Saugus-area park on March 17. The Boston Herald reports that she pointed the finger at the boy for taking the trysts to the next level, saying that he was the one to suggest they get a hotel room since there was always the threat that her daughter could walk in on them when they were at the house. The boy was friends with Salines’ teenage daughter but the age and sex of her other child are unknown. Salines and the boy booked a room at the local DoubleTree hotel on March 19, two days after their coupling. ‘She said they became close, and she developed feelings that she was not proud of,’ the police report states, according to the Salem News. What is wrong with these female pedophiles??? Most teenage boys we know can barely even wash properly…much less successfully coerce a grown-azz woman into a sexual relationship! SMH.
Ice Cream Truck Driver Molests 11-Year-Old Girl The kids aren’t safe this summer….SMH A New York ice cream truck driver is being put on BLAST for fondling a child who tried to buy a frozen confection from him. CBS New York reports: A Long Island man was arrested Wednesday for allegedly sexually abusing a child in Wyandanch last month. Muhammad Chaudhry was operating his ice cream truck in Wyandanch on May 21 at approximately 7:25 p.m. when an 11-year-old girl approached the truck, police said. During the ensuing transaction, Chaudhry fondled the child, police said. After an investigation by Special Victims Section detectives, Chaudhry was arrested. Chaudhry, 63, of Middle Village, was charged with sexual abuse in the first-degree, and endangering the welfare of a child.
