Shaun Keith Orris, 41, called police at around 2:45 a.m. Thursday to say he was “battered and bloodied” just for asking a question at a bar in Wisconsin. His question, to other bar patrons, was how they feel about sex. With goats. The owner of the drinking establishment said he asked Orris to leave, and when he refused, a physical dispute ensued that left a cut on Orris’ head. When cops showed up, the owner said that Orris was drunk and asking people if they felt they have the constitutional right to have sex with a goat. Investigators say Orris went home after the altercation, got a pocket knife and came back, only to be arrested for disorderly conduct and carrying a concealed weapon. On the way to the hospital, cops say he began screaming that it was a constitutional right to have sex with a goat, then started “uncontrollably laughing.” We’re laughing too … but not for quite the same reason.

Justin Bieber kept a private jet grounded in South Florida for eight hours yesterday while he searched for his pet monkey, according to reports. The singer, who was in Miami for Game 7 of the NBA Finals, chartered a private jet to take him home to L.A. It was supposed to take off at 11 a.m. EDT. Bieber did not show until 3 p.m., and then said he wasn’t ready to leave because he needed to retrieve his monkey from nearby West Palm Beach. Four more hours passed, and JB actually chartered a helicopter to bypass street traffic and retrieve the primate. Finally, just before 8 p.m., the plane left. It is not confirmed that the monkey made it on board with Justin. Meanwhile, back home in his Calabasas gated community, Biebs’ loser friends Lil Twist and Lil Za were terrorizing his neighborhood as usual. And we thought Paula Deen had the worst PR people ever.

The wedding photographer, Vicki Boulter, says the tiger was in the frame long enough for this single photo to be captured and the bride calls it “one fabulously unique wedding picture.” Karma, a self-described “crazy cat lady,” says she and her husband are going to adopt Banda, the tiger who thought her wedding dress was food and wandered up to the glass barrier between her enclosure and the observation deck hoping for an afternoon snack. Because that’s what reasonable people do. (Probably “adopt” means “make a donation” but with crazy cat people, one can never be too sure.) I guess the tiger just couldn’t be one-upped by the dog who attacked a bride last month. Or maybe this was some sort of revenge for all the cat bearding photos that have circulated in recent weeks. Paris Jackson was transferred to UCLA Medical Center Saturday night, effectively ending the 5150 psychiatric hold that began after her suicide attempt. That facility is the same one where her father, Michael Jackson, was pronounced dead four years ago this month following an acute Propofol overdose. As you’re likely aware by now, 15-year-old Jackson was rushed to the hospital early Wednesday after she allegedly cut her forearm with a meat cleaver. A purported Paris Jackson suicide note was found at the scene, though it’s unclear; the youngster is believed to have been battling major depression. She was placed under a 5150 psychiatric hold, effectively keeping her at a local hospital regardless of her condition or desire to leave, for 72 hours. That three-day period is now over, so the troubled teen was moved to UCLA Medical Center. TMZ photos showed Jackson being wheeled yesterday. No word on her status, though the mood of her security team suggested that Jackson may be doing better after what can only be called a tragic week. The Jackson family, of course, is no stranger to UCLA Medical Center, where Michael was taken after he went into cardiac arrest on June 25, 2009. That’s where he was pronounced dead, after Dr. Conrad Murray – who left Paris a bizarre pay phone “letter” this week – refused to call it at his home. As for the King of Pop’s daughter and her long-term prognosis, a custody judge has since ordered an investigation in a bid to ensure her well-being.
