Where have all the responsible adults gone?!? 7-Year-Old Caught With Grandmother’s Drugs In His Pocket At School Via NYDailyNews A Pennsylvania boy left grandma’s house with more than the usual sweets and goodies. The first-grader allegedly took his grandmother’s heroin to Caln Elementary School in Coatesville and gave packets to at least one of his classmates Friday. The 7-year-old had nine bags of heroin — all stamped with the words “Victoria’s Secret” — stuffed in his pockets, Philadelphia’s WPVI reported. He gave one to another student, whose mother found it hours later. The District Attorney’s Office said the boy’s grandma, who is 56 years old, is a known heroin user. She was arrested Sunday and faces endangering the welfare of children and drug charges. “Any exposure to heroin for a young child is likely to result in death,” District Attorney Tom Hogan said in a statement. “The defendant is lucky that she was not responsible for the death of her own grandson or somebody else’s child.” Can you imagine what parents would do to this lady if their child died from this isht?! Police said Bilinski-Munion lost track of her heroin when she was watching the boy at the family home Thursday night, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported. The boy told police he pocketed the drugs when he found them on the floor. When police searched the home Saturday night, they found even more heroin bags, including an empty one in a child’s pair of pants. Lock her up. Lose the key. Straight like that. What a tragic story. Boy Accidentally Shoots And Kills His Sister As sad as this accident is, it could have been prevented had the children been properly supervised. According NBC Philadelphia: Police say a 2-year-old boy accidentally shot and killed his 11-year-old sister in their Mantua home while their mother was just down the hall in the bathroom. Investigators say 11-year-old Jamara Stevens was killed when she and her three siblings, a 14-year-old boy, 7-year-old girl and 2-year-old boy, were playing with a .357 caliber handgun with an 8-inch barrel in their home on the 3800 block of Wallace Street just before 10 a.m. Saturday. Tiffany Goldwire and her four children were in her bedroom, when she went to use the bathroom, according to police. At that point, the kids located the loaded firearm, which was left on top of the refrigerator by the mother’s boyfriend who visited the home earlier that morning, and the eldest child retrieved it, according to reports. While playing with the weapon, the 2-year-old boy pointed the loaded, cocked gun in the direction of his 11-year-old sister and it discharged, striking her in the arm, according to authorities. Investigators say the bullet then traveled through her chest, hitting her heart. The girl was taken to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia where she was pronounced dead at 10:20 a.m. The surviving children and Goldwire were taken to police headquarters, where the mother was questioned for nearly five hours, according to reports. According to TMZ: Kanye West isn’t out of the woods after striking a plea deal in the criminal case stemming from his photog attack last summer — he’s still facing a nasty civil lawsuit … and we’re told the pap is determined to take the rapper to trial. Normally in civil situations involving celebs — car accidents, fights, property damage, whatever — the victim settles for a quick payday in exchange for dropping their lawsuit … but not this time. Sources close to photog Daniel Ramos — who sued Yeezy for assault and battery after the LAX incident — tell TMZ, Ramos is so confident in his case, he’s refusing to settle for any amount of money … he wants to go the whole nine with Kanye and bring his azz to court. We’re told a trial date has already been set in the case and Ramos is going full steam ahead — no sign anywhere of a settlement agreement. And get this — we’re told Ramos’ attorney Gloria Allred has already sent Kanye notice for a deposition … and you thought Lil Wayne and Justin Bieber were good. We can only imagine how much of a fool Kanye is going to act at that deposition.

It’s bad enough the man had a seizure, they had to taser him too? Police Taser Man Having Seizure These stories of police abusing their power are getting out of hand. According to Raw Story: A Pennsylvania man said police shocked him with a Taser stun gun while he was receiving medical attention in an ambulance for an apparent seizure. Darren Scott, of Upland, was jailed on $100,000 bond on charges including aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest following the March 12 incident, reported The Philadelphia Inquirer . Police said the 48-year-old Scott was “extremely combative,” kicked a paramedic, and grabbed and pushed a police officer, who said he believed the patient was under the influence of narcotics. But Scott’s attorney said his client had smoked only a small amount of marijuana the night before. An employee of Two Js Sandwich Shop told police she was waiting on Scott when she noticed his eyes roll back into his head, so she grabbed his clothes to steady him and keep him from falling. Emergency crews were called, and Scott was placed on a stretcher and taken to an ambulance over his protests. Both police and prosecutors are investigating the incident. “We look at it from the perspective of what a reasonable police officer would do,” said District Attorney Jack Whelan, adding that the officer did not use the Taser until Scott kicked the paramedic in the chest. But Scott’s attorney said his client should never have been jailed. “You have a seizure and end up with a criminal case. How does that happen?” Latoison said. Damn shame. Shutterstock

At his 20/20 Experience World Tour concert on Tuesday night, the singer had one fan who got too close and another who seemed to resent being there at all! While showing off his dance moves during “Cabaret”, Timberlake acted quickly to remove a grabby fan’s hand from his behind. Justin Timberlake Ass Grabbed in Concert I’m sure when you’re Justin Timberlake stuff like that happens all the time. He’s definitely perfected his brush-off. But later during the show he addressed a fan with a VERY different reaction when he spotted the woman near the stage flipping him the bird … Justin Timberlake Flips Off Crowd “Why are you flipping me off? You got second row to flip me the bird? That makes no f–king sense,” Timberlake said to the concert-goer. “You wanted me to see it?” “But you’re in the second row! You didn’t have to flip me off. I see you in the second row.” He then encouraged the whole audience to flip him off, to get it over with. “That’s also the weirdest moment I’ve ever had with a crowd,” he joked.
