A “victim impact panel,” which entails hearing speeches from those who have lost loved ones to DUI accidents. Random drug testing, for six to nine months, wherever Bieber travels in the United States. TMZ reports that the final point means Bieber will need to inform the authorities of his whereabouts for almost the rest of 2014 – and, at Justin’s expense, random testing will subsequently be set up along the way. Justin Bieber Arrested Bieber will need to pass ALL of these tests for his reduced charges to be officially entered. If Justin passes on the deal, he risks losing a trial and going to jail. Based on a new report, Selena Gomez might wanna worry less about taking down Miley Cyrus and more about her own well-being. About a month removed from rehab, the singer is still feelings the affects of being destroyed by Justin Bieber . So much so, in fact, that her friends are concerned about what will happen next to Selena. “It’s not humanly possible to recover from your rock bottom that quickly,” a pal tells Star. “She’s still very fragile and not coping with her problems at all.” It remains unclear just what the nature of those problems are, as the artist’s rep vehemently denies she required professional assistance last month due to substance abuse. Try telling that to Bieber, however. Justin and his friends supposedly insist that Gomez is a drunk who would often drink them under the table when the group partied together. But this latest report actually points to mental problems for the star, with one insider fearing a breakdown of Britney-Spears-shaves-her-head-and-attacks-people-with-an-umbrella proportions. “She’s jabbering to herself, and everyone is worried she’s about to pull a Britney,” says an anonymous source. “She’s a very troubled young girl, and if she doesn’t get it together, the psych ward could be next.” Oh my. The Teen Mom star turned Backdoor Teen Mom star has a … complicated relationship with the truth, as Vivid Entertainment CEO Steve Hirsch knows. That’s why, after she claimed she was drugged and raped more than once while promoting the first Farrah Abraham sex tape , he called Farrah’s bluff. Take a polygraph that confirms this, he said, and he’ll give her $1 million cash. Fail it and relinquish past and future Backdoor Teen Mom royalties. Her response? No response. Her attorney said, “At this point in time my client has no comment to the offer made by Vivid. That is all the information I can provide you at this time.” That’s it. “This is exactly what I expected from Farrah,” Hirsch said in response to the inevitable non-acceptance of Vivid’s $1 million offer to its cash cow. “She’s a fraud. We know she loves money, but once she gets called out she’s afraid to respond.
