Kylie Jenner Flaunts Bikini Body, Asks: Is It Summer Yet?

Anything you can do, I can do better? With Kendall Jenner making major modeling waves this week, even raising the possibility of a Kendall Jenner Vogue spread down the line, little sister Kylie Jenner has posted a new photo to Instagram. It’s of the 16-year old in a bikini, clearly a challenge to her older sibling, and it includes the caption: “So … Is it summer yet?”  Isn’t it always in Southern California? For those of us who dig our cars out of multiple feet of snow each morning, Kylie, the answer is a resounding no. But Kylie’s twfold point is still made: She will rock a bikini and beg for attention. There’s more than one future model in this family. The teenager has posed for a PacSun line and also covered the March 2014 issue of Marie Claire Mexico alongside Kendall, who turned 18 in November. She does have other interests, however, making it clear that she’d love to try acting and also recently writing a young adult novel with her sister. Yes, a young adult novel. That is actually happening. Arguably, the only thing more ridiculous than these girls being authors is the way they pose in some of the following racy photos. The Bachelor Promo: Hometown Dates, Fantasy Suites and Heartbreak … For Whom?

Juan Pablo Galavis is on to the hometown date portion of The Bachelor, which can only mean heartbreak and high drama for at least one of the remaining women. Maybe all of them, from what we know from The Bachelor spoilers , and even just the promo which aired after Monday’s episode, which looks pretty intense. The hometown dates and fantasy suite episodes will air on back to back nights next week, and from the looks of this sneak peek … better hold onto something: The Bachelor Season 18 Episode 8 Promo NOTE: Remember to watch The Bachelor online at TV Fanatic to catch up on last week’s crazy episode! Andi Dorfman takes Juan Pablo to Atlanta, Clare Crawley meets him in Sacramento, Nikki Ferrell brings him to Missouri, and Renee Oteri romances him in Florida. Justin Bieber Tweeted a message to fans this morning, informing them of his plans for the week. And they don’t include throwing eggs at his neighbor’s house or drag racing. So the singer is on an improved track! Justin Bieber Sends Message to Fans: Be Great! “Dance rehearsal. Guitar practice. Workouts. Voice strengthening. Studio writing sessions,” Justin wrote, ending his Tweet by getting inspirational: “Always working to get better. Work hard. Be great.” Bieber has been relatively quiet over the past few weeks. He hasn’t gotten arrested once and his “All That Matters” co-star,  Cailin Russo , has actually made more news than Justin has, thanks to a series of viral topless photo. Perhaps Bieber is finally listening to the pleas of his followers, who have clearly been reaching out to him over social media. “I see all your comments. Keep strong. Be the best that you can be. Much love,” he also wrote today. He also might be listening to his mother, with insiders saying Pattie Mallette is genuinely concerned over her son’s behavior these days. Brandi Glanville: Eddie Cibrian Wants Child Support From ME!

Brandi Glanville and Eddie Cibrian are still at odds over their breakup, with the former claiming that Mr. LeAnn Rimes wants child support … from Brandi. More than three years after their divorce, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is still railing against Eddie, this time taking to Twitter (obviously). Complaining that Cibrian (allegedly) asked her to pay child support for their two sons, Mason, 10, and Jake, 6, Brandi Glanville ranted about her ex: “2 all these young unmarried bloggers writing about getting over divorce & not seeing ur children grow up 1/2 the time, walk a mile in my shoes.” “I’m not taking cheap shots at my ex in my new book cuz it’s all true & now mr fancy new cars & house man is asking ME for child support ! U know nada.” “Everytime I take 1 step frwd [sic] I get a lawyers letter that takes me 3 steps back so when people say move on, I say 2 my ex LET ME! Just STOP.” “Going to stay positive and focus on my new book & let my lawyer handle the rest.” Going to stay positive except when I’m clearly not, that is. Mostly positive. Eddie Cibrian and Glanville have been divorced since 2010; he’s now married to singer LeAnn Rimes, an extremely high net worth individual by any measure. For his part, he denies that he is asking for support, so it depends who you believe … nothing new from a twosome whose feud never seems to die down. Money has long been a major challenge for the former lovebirds, however. In a recent interview with the U.K.’s Times magazine, Brandi admitted she and Cibrian weren’t very strategic with their finances during their marriage. “Eddie and I were never truly rich,” she explained. “We were ghetto rich.” “We had the nice cars, the nice house, the nice jewels, but we probably had a second and a third mortgage. We were living paycheck to paycheck, with no savings.” No longer, at least for Glanville. “I don’t live beyond my means,” she said. “I go to the 99 Cent Store. My name is Dominique and I’m from Gatineau, Quebec. On November 23rd, 2012 my best friend Jolaine, and I went to Justin Bieber’s concert in Ottawa. It was the best day of our life til now. On Febuary 2013, Pierre, a good friend of my mom and I, heard about Make-A-Wish Foundation . He gave my name to them and on March 29th 2013, I received pretty good news! My dream of meeting Justin Bieber was on the way to come true! I was far away on the waiting list and Tanya (the girl who was responsible for my wish) told me on July 15th that my dream would probably come true in two or three years. After hard work from her and her team, she told me four days later that I would meet him in Ottawa on July 23rd with my parents and my best friend. I was so excited! I received a lot of gifts from Make-A-Wish before going to the Canadian Tire Center such as gift certificates from the Bayshore, free manicures and pedicures, two nights at the Brookstreet Hotel and a special meeting with Cody Simpson. When the BIG night arrived, we took a beautiful limousine to get to the arena. Over there, we waited for two long hours in a special room, the one where all Justin Bieber’s crowd was eating. We saw dancers and musicians, Kenny Hamilton (he gave us two kisses on the cheek!), Scrappy, Pattie Mallette and Dan Kanter (he took a picture with me and gave me his guitar pic!). My best friend and I were shaking so bad. We had difficulties to breathe. Kenny finally arrived at 7:30 p.m. to tell us that Justin was ready to meet us. We got to the small dark room where he made his M&G a few minutes before. There he was in front of me. Justin put his two hands on my legs, I put my two hands on his and he said, “Wow, you’re so gorgeous!” I cannot believe that my idol said that to me! Then he pulled me on my wheelchair to take me with him on the red carpet to take some pictures. He asked, “Do you have any question for me? I said: “Hm, yes! Well, my dream to meet you is coming true right now. But I want to know what is YOUR dream now that you have everything? ” He responded, “Well my dream is to make all my fans, all my beliebers, everybody …I want to make you happy.” I hurried to say, “Your dream comes true too, because I’m so happy right now!” He made his little, “Awww.” During the conversation, we were looking and smiling at each other like crazy. For the pictures, he put his arm around me and smiled at the camera. Then, without any notice, he put his lips on my right cheek to give me a kiss. AND WHAT A KISS! It lasted about 10 seconds while he was moving his lips and smiling! I’m so glad to confirm that Justin has kissable lips haha. After that, he went towards my best friend and she thought he was only going to give her a handshake but he hugged her so hard! She felt like she was in paradise! He also brought my parents at the front with me to take another picture with us. About 30 seconds later, he signed my three things. First he signed his biography and added a big heart at the bottom! Then, he signed my Make-A-Wish shirt that I was wearing. Last thing was my prom dress. I gave it to him and he looked very surprised! He said, “Wow, you must look so wonderful in this!” Finally came the difficult time to say goodbye. He gave me a big hug and he said goodbye us. Once he left I started to cry because it was the best moment of my life, it was absolutely magic! My dream came true, but I still have the dream to meet him again. We went to see the show and it was totally amazing! He sang O’ Canada and guess what? He was shirtless for 4 song! My name is Rebecca. I am fifteen years old and I live in Chicago, Illinois. My life changed forever on July 8, 2013 when I got the email that I have been praying for. I was notified that I have been picked as a winner for the BieberFever contest at 7:59 PM the night before my concert. I was literally crying and shaking as I read that I was going to meet Justin the very next day. I have been supporting him since early 2010, and this would be my first time meeting him. The next morning my younger sister, my mom, and I took the train downtown and rode a taxi to the United Center. We quickly made some friends who were other winners, and waited around in line after line. Finally, we were taken to the very last line. There we saw many familiar faces such as Kenny, Scooter, Alfredo, Dan, Jen Laski, Hot Chelle Rae, Carlena Britch, Elysandra Quinones, Johnny Erasme, and Luke Broadlick. Before I knew it, we were next in line to meet Justin. I was shaking at this point. Just before going in security told us, “No hugs. No kisses. You are in, then you’re out.” When I got my first glimpse of Justin, I said (louder then I should have), “Oh my gosh! He doesn’t even look real!” Justin smirked at me and giggled a little. I went in and claimed my spot in the picture right next to Justin, and my sister stood next to me. My sister lost it and started to cry, so Justin leaned over towards my sister and said, “Don’t cry honey. This is a happy moment,” with a big smile on his face. When he comforted my sister, he was literally INCHES from my face. Then Mike the photographer said, “Ok stop crying. We need to take the picture.” Everyone was in place for the photo and my hand was on Justin’s waist, and he was rubbing my back. I had always imagined what I would say at my M&G, but how could you think straight when Justin Bieber is rubbing your back? After the picture, I asked Justin if I could please have a hug and he replied, “Of course sweetheart,” and he pulled me in really close and squeezed me tightly in his muscular arms. I held on to him until security tapped my arm, and hinted it was time to go. When he let go, Justin looked into my eyes and said, “Enjoy the show.” As I walked out I said, “I love you!” and he smiled really big at me again. As soon as I walked out, I completely lost it and balled my eyes out. We found our seats in section 315, and had a blast. Justin performed an amazing show, of course. His vocals were spot on, and all the creativity that goes into Believe Tour was nothing short of incredible. I met the boy on the posters in my room, and nobody can take that away from me. No amount of teasing can take away the fact that he held me in his arms and pulled me in close. I am eternally grateful that I have had this opportunity. If you’re reading this and thinking you don’t have a chance to meet Justin, I know it sounds cheesy, but never say never.
