Source: Daniel Boczarski / Getty Dej Loaf Pays For Marriage Licenses For Gay Couples In honor of National Pride Month, Detroit rapper Dej Loaf showed her solidarity with the LGBTQ community by paying for all marriage licenses for same-sex couples in New York City today. After dropping her new single, “Liberated”, Dej Loaf put up an Instagram post with a statement that read, “On June 8th, I am helping people get liberated. Visit New York City Hall To Have Your Marriage License Costs Covered By Me.” The caption added that couples were to arrive at 141 Worth St. in New York, NY beginning at 8:30 am. Mad props to Dej Loaf for showing that love is love.
Bailee MyKell is in this very very important instagram photoshoot…to promote her very very important acting career…that you can tell she takes very seriously like the artist that she is…because obviously the only person who could creative direct a shoot like this…would be nothing but art… I know when look at this shoot you think “but that’s like every other shoot I’ve seen an instagram girl do”…naked in the bath…much like the photo storyboard I did on film back in the late 80s for a film class that was about a girl getting raped…because I was so ahead of the curve and never anticipated a time when every single woman would be naked in photos…it used to be hard to find girls to do this..now there are so many girls doing this….that it’s played the fuck out… I still like it though….played out or not….no one is naked enough…

One place of worship in the Gold Coast, Australia apparently didn’t think twice when they decided to put up a sign that read, “FORGIVENESS IS SWALLOWING WHEN YOU’D RATHER SPIT.” Now surely all Christian folks’ minds aren’t in the gutter, but come on… How can you NOT laugh. Or maybe it’s just us sinners… Don’t judge. God’s working on all of us. The Anglican Church of the Holy Spirit explained their raunchy sign for folks whose mind was, shall we say…elsewhere. “You don’t open your mouth and yell at somebody, you close your mouth and swallow,” a spokesperson said. “If you want to say something, keep your mouth closed for a bit. Swallow it, don’t spit it out,” they continued. (Sigh) Be patient with us lawd! Sad news out of Arkansas today, as members of the Duggar family are mourning a tragic loss. Jessa Duggar broke the news on Facebook this week, asking for fans’ help in supporting the family of Dianna Fleshman, a longtime friend who was tragically struck down in her prime. “Our hearts ache over the loss of this dear friend, but we know that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord,” Jessa wrote, along with a link to the family’s GoFundMe page. “Please continue to pray for Dianna’s family, and especially for her husband and 2-month-old son, during this time.” Jessa did not go into further detail, but according to the fundraising page, Dianna and her husband, Dylan Fleshman, were driving from Oklahoma to Minnesota with their infant son when they were struck by a crop-sprayer. Dylan and Victor were unharmed, but Dianna died in a hospital six days after the accident. “On Friday, the 25th of May, 2018 Dylan and Dianna Fleshman (from Guthrie, Oklahoma) were driving to her family’s house in Hayfield, Minnesota for dinner, when they collided with a large crop sprayer a half mile from the family’s home,” reads the GoFundMe page. “Dylan and their two-month-old son Vincent came away from the accident without injury. However, Dianna received major head trauma and a fractured skull.” As Dylan is now his infant son’s sole caretaker, it may be quite some time before he’s able to return to work. “We are hoping to raise funds for Dylan and his family as he will be unable to work for an extended amount of time,” the family explained. “We feel that $68,000 is a good start to help ease some of the financial pressure that he will be facing. Please keep the Fleshman family in your prayers as there are difficult decisions and hard times ahead. “Thank you for your prayers and support. We are are hoping to raise this money over the next few weeks.” Currently, more than $26,000 has been raised for Dianna’s family. As one might expect of such a massive family, the Duggars have a massive network of friends. And when they’re able to, they often use their considerable clout to lend a hand to those in need. Just last year, a friend of Jill Duggar’s was murdered , and the Duggars stepped up to assist with fundraising efforts for the benefit of the woman’s family. Money may seem a matter of little consequence in the face of death, but the Duggars seem well aware that for those left behind, it can help to alleviate a crushing burden. We break down the best highlights from the highlights from the event. iOS 12 Apple’s software VP, Craig Federighi made it entirely clear to the attendees in the room that “for iOS 12, we are doubling down on performance.” Being that recent iOS updates have been very buggy lately this focus is warranted. There are definitely some new additions, changes, and improvements coming to your iPhone, IPads worth looking forward too. Screen Time Google introduced its digital well-being dashboard called Android P which wants to help users limit their phone use. Apple is aiming for the same with its new Screen Time feature which breaks down exactly how much you are using your iPhone and individual apps. Like Android P it will allow you to set a time limit for each app which will warn you when you are about hit your time limit and hit you with a “time’s up” message once the timer runs out. Group FaceTime If you always wanted to be able to facetime more than just one friend at one time the good folks at Apple have heard your cry. Thanks to iOS 12, you can now start a Facetime session that will feature up to 32 people. Now why you would want to be a part of a group text but with video is beyond us. We can see this feature being beneficial for conference calls maybe. Photos Apple is taking another page out of Google’s book with how iOS 12 will handle and store your photos. iOS 12 will now offer search suggestions, filter and effect suggestions as well as suggesting which friends to share the photo with. Honestly, something you similarly experience if you utilize Google Photo’s app BUT if you don’t want to download a Google on your iPhone (there are people like this) this update is for you. Siri Gets An Upgrade Apple is allowing third-party developers more integration with Siri giving them the ability to create shortcuts for the favorite digital assistant.
