JWoww Nude Photos: Blocked By Court Order!

Jersey Shore star JWoww has gone to court to block her ex, Tom Lippolis from releasing any nude photographs of her, according to new reports. The nude photos show JWoww (real name Jenni Farley) both before and after she had breast augmentation (the second time) and liposuction. Yikes. JWoww filed an Order To Show Cause in a Long Island court in a bid to stop her former lover and manager from cashing in on any such pics. Wait … JWoww had plastic surgery?! However, Lippolis’ lawyer, Jeffery I. Baum, believes that the MTV siren has no right to block his client doing with the JWoww nude photos as he pleases. His rationale: They were taken on his cell phone with her consent. “She is trying to block him from distributing the images and is trying to get the court to compel arbitration in the case,” he said, adding he will object. “In return we have filed to ask the judge to dismiss her order because the images belong to my client and were taken with Miss Farley’s consent.” “We believe they represent no irreparable harm to her and Mr. Lippolis should not be precluded from doing what he wants with them.” JWoww reportedly fears the release of the images because they show she has had considerable plastic surgery, including liposuction. She did turn down Playboy and its $400,000 offer last year. “She is mortified that the photographs might get out there now that she has established herself as a reality star,” reports a source. “The photographs really show how much work she had done and she looks great in the ‘after shots’ after she healed from surgery.” “It is the ‘before shots’ that she is really worried about at this point … unfortunately her relationship with Tom did not pan-out.” Lippolis is suing JWoww, claiming that she had stiffed him out of cash after he managed her for two seasons of the hit show. That case is ongoing. JWoww is now dating Roger Williams .

Body scanner saved 35,000 ‘naked’ images | ZDNet

This is very shocking stuff: At the heart of the controversy over “body scanners” is a promise: The images of our naked bodies will never be public. U.S. Marshals in a Florida Federal courthouse saved 35,000 images on their scanner. These are those images. A Gizmodo investigation has revealed 100 of the photographs saved by the Gen 2 millimeter wave scanner from Brijot Imaging Systems, Inc., obtained by a FOIA request after it was recently revealed that U.S. Marshals operating the machine in the Orlando, Florida courthouse had improperly-perhaps illegally-saved images of the scans of public servants and private citizens. So much for not being able to store, print, transmit or save the image. If you believe that, you’ll believe anything … idiots. TED Talk: Rachel Sussman Photographs The World’s Oldest Living Things (Video)

A map of the planet’s oldest living things, via Rachel Sussman What are the oldest living things on the planet? If you’re thinking 200-year-old tortoises, well, those are just whippersnappers compared to the organisms that give Methuselah a run for his money. Rachel Sussman has traveled the planet photographing living creatures that have celebrated at least their 2,000th birthday. She’s found 500,000-year-old actinobacteria in the Siberian permafrost, and a 5,000-year-old bristle cone pine in California. Her photographs are meant to do two things: 1) show us these miracles of life on our planet … Read the full story on TreeHugger

Kris Allen Explains ‘Weird’ Video Treatment For ‘The Truth’

‘There is a concept, kind of,’ former American Idol says of the video for his next song. By Jocelyn Vena, with reporting by Jim Cantiello Kris Allen Photo: MTV News Kris Allen admits that when fans listen to his duet with Train frontman Pat Monahan, “The Truth,” it may come off as some sort of romantic duet. But he explained that there’s another way of looking at it. And he hopes that when the video is shot, that other, less romantic take on the song is made clear. “There is a concept, kind of. I got sent a video treatment by the same guy who did ‘Live Like We’re Dying’ [director Marco Puig] and it sounded interesting,” Allen recently told MTV News. “So I think it’s gonna happen. He’s really creative. I really like him [and] it’s a really weird treatment. In some way [Pat will be in the video], yes. The way that he was gonna be involved was not [romantic]. It kind of made sense.” Despite what anyone might think of the song’s meaning, Allen says the fans have been liking it. “We played it Atlanta the other night and people were freaking out about it. I think people really enjoy it,” he explained, adding that the jury on Allen and Monahan is still out about the song’s message. For instance, when the guys sing “I still keep your photographs/ I remember how we used to laugh/ I can keep on losing sleep/ If you’re OK with being torn in half,” could they be singing about each other? “We were talking about this other day. I think it’s more of maybe an experience thing or maybe we have dated the same girl and she did the same thing to both of us and now we’re in the broken boyfriend/girlfriend club,” he said. And if fans are hoping for some new music from Allen sometime soon, Allen says he’s working on it. “I am, you know, a little bit now,” he revealed. “We’re in the mode and we have a schedule. There’s a couple things out there. I’m excited about it. I would love to bring [the band to the recording sessions] if they would like to. That would be really cool.” Related Videos MTV News Extended Play: Kris Allen Related Photos MTV.com Exclusive: Kris Allen Related Artists Kris Allen

Kanye West Premieres Photos Of Michael Jackson’s Neverland

Pics from upcoming ‘Neverland Lost’ book are featured on KanyeWest.com. By James Montgomery Michael Jackson Photo: Eamonn McCormack/ WireImage On Thursday morning (May 13), Kanye West took to his website to post a series of photographs taken from the upcoming book “Neverland Lost: A Portrait of Michael Jackson ,” which gives fans an intimate look at the late King of Pop’s life through his expansive collection of pop art, clothing and artifacts. The series of more than 60 shots — taken by acclaimed Swiss photographer Henry Leutwyler — showcases just a portion of Jackson’s vast collection, but it’s a fascinating glimpse nonetheless: gilded statues, cherubs carved from marble, oil paintings depicting Jackson as a medieval prince, Disney figurines. That’s not to mention up-close shots of MJ’s famous bejeweled military outfits, dance shoes with his name scrawled on the soles and rhinestone-covered gloves. Included with the photographs on Kanye’s site is a message from Leutwyler, which explains the impetus behind the “Neverland” book. “It is said that the pharaohs built tombs to reveal their lives to future generations. Michael Jackson sacrificed his childhood to the calling of his musical gift,” Leutwyler wrote. “Neverland was the pyramid he constructed to a lost childhood. The artifacts captured in this book return us to the Neverland he lost.” West — who, in recent months has been keeping a low profile as he finishes work on a new album — also added his own message, thanking Leutwyler for sharing the photographs with him and paying tribute to Jackson, a man he considers to be musical royalty. “Thank you, Henry! I’m grateful to be premiering your photos. The book is an amazing document of Mike’s treasures,” West wrote. “His clothes, art, and artifacts express the essence of the greatest pop icon of our time. Mike truly was a King!” Related Videos ‘Michael Jackson’s This Is It’ Premiere Special Michael Jackson’s MTV Moments Related Photos The King’s Palace: Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch MTV News’ 2009 Men Of The Year: #1 Michael Jackson Family & Friends Say Goodbye To Michael Jackson Related Artists Michael Jackson Kanye West
