We're just gonna come right out and tell you: Kourtney Kardashian will NOT be naked on this Sunday's brand new episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Sadly, this will be a departure from an earlier installment of the occasionally beloved series, during which Kardashian took all her clothes off . But just because no birthday suits will be shown, this doesn't mean no road trips will be taken. Titled “Classic Cars and Vintage Eggs,” the episode will find Kim and Kourtney forcing Khloe to take a sentimental sibling trip to Palm Springs in order to relive some of their fondest childhood memories. And it will be a blast, right? Nothing of interest will come of it, right? HA! Wrong! As the following trailer depicts, the sisters will run into a bit of car trouble while out and about on their vacation, perhaps growing to regret the classic car they brought along for the trip. It wasn’t Jill and Derick’s first time taking such a trip, but this time around, Jill is pregnant with her second child , and the couple is traveling with their young son Israel Dillard in tow. As a result, many fans chided the Dillards for putting themselves and their son in danger – and that chorus of criticism will likely grow louder in the wake of a stunning new revelation from Jill: Taking to her family’s official website yesterday, Jill informed fans that she and Derick are currently mourning the loss of a close friend. A friend who was recently murdered in one of El Salvador’s crime-plagued slums. “We received a phone call on Monday from a friend here in Central America informing us that one of our other good friends (a fellow Christian) had been murdered the day before and that his family had found his body down by the river earlier that morning,” Jill wrote Jill didn’t offer many specifics, but it seems the friend was a native of El Salvador, whom she and Derick had become close with in recent weeks. “Even though we had spoke [sic] with our friend and his family about the realities of the dangers here, and especially in their area right now, we were shocked when we learned of his kidnap and murder,” Jill revealed. She added: “We’ve had them into our home three times in the past couple weeks!” Jill went on to report that Derick attended the unnamed friend’s funeral, while she stayed home in stunned disbelief: “After our regular church service last night, Derick was able to attend the funeral service with some people from church while Israel and I (Jill) stayed back at the house,” Jill wrote. “Typically funerals are held in a family member’s home and last several hours into the night. “Our friend’s funeral was held in their area and Derick and some men from church were able to share some words of encouragement with the family and guests. We have cried and continue to grieve the loss of our dear friend. ” Since the time of the Dillards’ first mission trip, fans have expressed concerns about the family’s safety. Jill has written about safety issues in the past, and many have pointed out that life in El Salvador seems to have had a negative impact on Derick’s health . But Jill has given no indication that she and Derick are planning to return to the States ahead of schedule. For months after the world learned that Kailyn Lowry is pregnant with her third child , the Teen Mom 2 star was bombarded by rumors and speculation. Much of the scrutiny had to do with the identity of Kailyn’s baby daddy , which she struggled in vain to keep a secret. It wasn’t long before fans came to the conclusion that Chris Lopez is the father of Kail’s third child , and Lowry recently confirmed the news herself. Now, we may be getting a sense of why Kailyn worked so hard to keep Lopez out of the spotlight. Initial reports indicated that Lopez and Lowry broke up, but it’s looking more and more as though they never dated at all. And if they did, it certainly wasn’t anything resembling a serious relationship. Kailyn might be feeling a bit embarrassed that she clearly fell hard for Chris while he seems to have taken a more “no strings attached” approach to their fling. In fact, it looks like he’s already moved on from his time with Kailyn and is currently getting very close with a new female friend. The Ashley’s Reality Roundup has published photos of Lopez canoodling with an unidentified woman on Snapchat. There’s no mistaking that Lopez and his lady friend are, well, more than just friends, and apparently there’s more visual evidence where that came from. “There were a few more photos and some were way more graphic than these,” the source of the photos tells The Ashley. The site reached out to Kailyn for a reaction to these pics, and not surprisingly, the TM2 star didn’t have much to say. What is surprising is the fact that she seems to wish Lopez all the best: “I hope he is figuring his stuff out and making himself happy,” Lowry tells The Ashley. On May 21, it will be two years since the world learned that Josh Duggar molested five young girls , four of whom were his sisters. The actual crimes took place several years earlier, of course, but Josh’s parents assisted him in avoiding prosecution and keeping his predatory ways under wraps. At the time, it was widely believed that the Duggars’ stint as reality television stars had come to an end. Surely, it was thought, no public figures could recover from such a revolting scandal, and for a time, it seemed that the public was right. Advertisers began cutting ties with TLC en masse , and eventually the network read the writing on the wall and canceled 19 Kids and Counting , the show that made the Duggars famous. Amazingly, however, the Duggar PR machine kept on churning, and between the family’s tireless efforts and the cultish devotion of their most die hard fans, Jim Bob Duggar – the Kris Jenner of the Bible Belt – was eventually able to finagle a second series out of the network. Counting On premiered in March of 2016 on TLC, and this time around, the Duggars were bound by a new set of guidelines and restrictions: The network reportedly demanded that the show focus solely on the lives of the eldest Duggar daughters with no appearances by Jim Bob and Michelle. (That rule was violated almost immediately.) Most importantly, of course, TLC execs demanded that Josh Duggar never appear on the series. The family seemed to recognize the necessity of that rule, and they’ve gone to awkward lengths to keep Josh off camera . But the 29-year-old sexual predator still makes appearances on the Duggar family’s official Facebook page, and one recent throwback photo has prompted some troubling reactions from Counting On fanatics: The image is a “throwback” to 2003, around the time when Josh was subjecting his young sisters to his revolting advances. Bizarrely, it seemed to make some fans of the family nostalgic: “What a great picture!! What a great tree limb too!! It would be nice to see a new one!! Love you guys and hope to see the WHOLE family back on TV soon!!” commented one fan. “Miss the WHOLE family!” wrote another. The implication is quite clear, of course. Obviously, there’s a contingent of fans who believe the punishment of not being a television star anymore is too harsh for the crime of serial child molestation. Thankfully, however, there are those who recognize the severity of Josh’s misconduct and remain vocal in their belief that he and his parents got off much, much too easy: “I was like ‘oh nice photo’ and then I realized what those poor girls were probably going through and it started making me sick,” wrote one follower. “Back when they were getting touched over the clothes,” echoed another, referring to the Duggars’ argument that Josh’s crimes were less severe as he only groped his sisters “over the clothes.” It’s astonishing that the family has been given another chance at stardom after one of the most repugnant scandals in television history went public. Nikki Reed has a pair of exciting new things on the way: A baby. A clothing line. And, in anticipation of them both, the actress just shared a lovely photo of herself on Instagram. Back on May 4, Reed and husband Ian Somerhalder revealed via social media that they were expecting their first-ever child together, sharing an adorable image of the latter kissing the former’s belly as a precious way of confirming the pregnancy. Reed then addressed her “Little One” in a caption that served as a letter from Mom and Dad to Son or Daughter, writing: “I know you, but only because I feel you. How is it possible to love someone so much already? All I know for sure is it’s the strongest feeling I’ve ever felt. “We’ve been sharing this body for quite some time, and we’ve already experienced so much together. We can’t wait to meet you…” Added Somerhalder: “To our friends, family, and rest of the world: In my 38 years on this earth I’ve never experienced anything more powerful and beautiful than this. “I can’t think of anything more exciting than this next chapter and we wanted you to hear this from us first.” How totally cute and beautiful, right? Now, a few days after making this announcement, Reed has posted the following picture to her Instagram page. The former Twilight Star star is posing in the snapshot with a hand tenderly placed on the top of her belly, while also wearing The Nikki Dress, an outfit knit frock from her Bayou With Love brand that retails for $200. “Check out our sustainable and low-chemical options for mamas to be,” wrote Reed as a caption, promoting her brand and adding: “#bayougirl #bayouwithlove #sustainablefashion #maternity.” Reed and Somerhalder have become known as much for their charitable efforts, especially when it comes to the environment, as for their acting abilities. They also become known as the most open and in-love couple in the history of the universe. Just a week before telling the world about the baby in Reed’s womb, the stars celebrated their two-year anniversary . Wrote Somerhalder to his wife in honor of the occasion: “To the most amazing human in the world. Thank you for 2 incredible years of marriage. Thank you for being my best friend, the hardest-working, kindest, most patient and most talented woman I’ve ever known. “To you my love, I say that I know we will have so many of these we can’t even count them. Feeling like it’s been a Westerosi winter since the Game of Thrones Season 6 finale ? Wondering how you’ll survive once the show wraps up after just 13 more episodes? Well, if you’re jonesing for more GoT to the point that you’re looking into direwolf adoption and considering moving to the Mexican border just to be near a giant wall, then have we got good news for you. HBO announced today that it’s exploring four different options in terms of Westeros-based spinoffs. The network hasn’t revealed how many of the four premises will be picked up, but considering the massive budget required to produce shows like GoT, execs will probably only green light one at a time. Still, Game of Thrones junkies (or Throners, as we like to call them) are holding out hope that there might be multiple spinoffs on the way. The announcement marks the first time that HBO has pursued a follow-up to one of its series. According to Entertainment Weekly, the network will evaluate four scripts by four different writers: Stories by Max Borenstein (Kong: Skull Island, Fox’s Minority Report); Jane Goldman (Kingsman: The Secret Service, X-Men: First Class); Brian Helgeland (A Knight’s Tale, L.A. Confidential); and Carly Wray (Mad Men) have already been commissioned. Goldman and Wray will both be working in tandem with George R.R. Martin, which will likely put them at an advantage. Network execs assure fans that no matter which direction they choose, Martin and current showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss will all be involved in some capacity. “Weiss and Benioff continue to work on finishing up the seventh season and are already in the midst of writing and preparing for the eighth and final season,” HBO said in a statement. “We have kept them up to date on our plans and they will be attached, along with George R. R. Martin, as executive producers on all projects. We will support them as they take a much-deserved break from writing about Westeros once the final season is complete.” HBO has offered few details about the nature of the projects except to say that each will “explore different time periods of George R. R. Martin’s vast and rich universe.” Hopefully, they’ll soon issue another statement to quash those rumors about a Game of Thrones-Westworld crossover . As much as we love both series, there’s pretty much no way than could not be corny.
