Celebs Come Out For Pharrell’s Qream Liqueur Launch Party [PHOTOS]

See the original post:

Pharrell launched his Qream liqueur last night in California. Tons of celebs, including Serena and Venus Williams, Lauren London, Eva Marcille and Sanaa Lathan, came out to the private residence to support his new endeavor – a non-dairy, dessert-inspired vodka targeted towards women. Available in two flavors, strawberry creme and peach creme, a bottle costs $30. Though Pharrell isn’t a drinker himself, he explained his inspiration. “I think there’s such a stigma in the world about indulgence, making people feel guilty. Those things release endorphins. That means it brings joy to people.” With less calories than a glass of wine(!) and a thinner consistency than other cream liqueurs, we must say Pharrell’s got a winner on his hands! This drink won’t make you feel guilty in the morning. Pharrell Gets Touchy-Feely With “Chelsea Lately” [VIDEO] Keyshia Cole Joins Pharrell In The Studio [TWITPIC]

Lil Wayne ‘Embraced’ Lil B On Sorry 4 The Wait Collabo

‘I was nervous, and I don’t even get nervous about nothing,’ B tells MTV News about recording ‘Grove St. Party’ with Weezy. By Steven Roberts Lil B Photo: Roger Kisby/ Getty Images Lil Wayne dropped his highly anticipated and aptly titled Sorry 4 the Wait mixtape on Wednesday, further cementing his knack for jacking beats. One surprise on the project was Weezy’s take on Waka Flocka Flame’s “Grove St. Party,” which included a feature from the Based God himself, Lil B. B was photographed with the YMCB family this past June, and he even tweeted about recording a track with Wayne. Now that the track has finally come to fruition, MTV News caught up with the Based God to chat about the experience and his gratitude to Mack Maine for setting it up. “He put us two together, me and Wayne, because he knew I had dumb-ass respect and major love for Wayne,” Lil B told us. “A lot of people say that I’m like him, and I take that as a compliment. It was crazy to see how Wayne embraced me, how he really respect my music [as] an artist. “I was nervous, and I don’t even get nervous about nothing, but I was nervous with that boy Wayne in that mother—-er,” he added about their session. “It was a good nervous, because it was like, ‘Man, I really made it.’ It was a bunch of people in the studio, but Wayne had it for me and him to get on this song, and it was just a real honor.” Lil B said the experience was like an NBA rookie getting a chance to play one-on-one against Kobe or Jordan, adding that Wayne was a fan of his music — the copious amounts of it — and a supporter of what he was doing. “He really liked the song ‘Free Wayne’ that I did,” Lil B said. “He knows what’s up. Wayne is hip. He knows about the cooking dance and everything. We was out there cooking at the Curren$y show, going nuts. Everybody at Cash Money, I just want them to have a long life, be safe, healthy and have fun and be happy.” Have you checked out Wayne’s “Grove St. Party”? Share your reviews in the comments! 12 Sexiest New Makeup Trends For Fall [PHOTOS]

Continued here:

Traditional makeup looks—red lips, smoky eyes, neutral shadow—have had a sexy spin put on them for Fall, according to Allure . Just take a look at these faces straight from the runway and stay ahead of the game before September falls. WINE RED LIPS A dark burgundy lip makes a deep impact, so keep the rest of your makeup simple with pale blush and shadow. Choose a bold wine shade, such as Dolce & Gabbana The Lipstick in Ultra, and sex it up (tastefully) with a dab of clear gloss on the center of the bottom lip. GLOWY CHEEKBONES Patting a highlighter on the top of your cheekbones is the next best thing to bathing them in candlelight. Just be sure to look for a formula that’s warm and peachy, not overtly frosty. We love Benefit High Beam Luminescent Complexion Enhancer. MONOCHROME EYES AND LIPS For a fresh and flirty look, stick to neutral shades. A light brown eyeliner and shadow emphasize eyes without overpowering them (try Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow/Liner in Busy Signal). Finish with a swipe of peachy lipstick for a pretty, just-bitten flush. SMOKY METALLIC EYES Rim the eyes with black liner (we love CoverGirl LiquilineBlast Eyeliner Pencil in Blackfire), and brush a charcoal shadow over the lids and into the crease. Dust on a copper shade with a hint of shimmer, like Lancôme Color Design Eye Shadow in Bikini Golden, to make eyes pop—and hearts stop. ‘Captain America’ Clip: Chris Evans Is Skinny But Heroic

Evans himself presents exclusive sneak peek on MTV and MTV.com. By Kara Warner Chris Evans as Steve Rogers in “Captain America: The First Avenger” Photo: Paramount Pictures On Thursday (July 14), Captain America himself, Chris Evans, presented an exclusive new clip from his highly anticipated caped crusade “Captain America: The First Avenger” on MTV and MTV.com. The clip opens with fan-favorite actors Tommy Lee Jones and Stanley Tucci, in the roles of Colonel Chester Phillips and Dr. Abraham Erskine, walking through an Army base, watching a group of recruits in their basic-training exercises. Phillips is talking to Erskine about their new unimpressive recruit Steve Rogers (a skinny Evans, pre-super serum and superhero status), who looks to be having trouble with his jumping jacks. “When you brought a 90-pound asthmatic onto my Army base, I let it slide. I thought, ‘What the hell? Maybe he’d be useful to you like a gerbil,’ ” Phillips says to Erskine about Rogers, before stopping to watch him. “Look at that — he’s making me cry.” Phillips points out another stronger recruit jumping alongside Evans, who boasts impressive scores in every military test they’ve given him. Erskine calls him a bully, but Phillips doesn’t care. “You don’t win wars with niceness, Doctor; you win wars with guts,” he says before tossing a grenade into the group to see how they react. All the recruits scramble away to safety, except for Rogers, who jumps on the grenade himself to protect everyone else. The grenade turns out to be a dummy. “Is this a test?” Rogers asks his senior officers, after showcasing an early glimpse of the hero he is to become. “He’s still skinny,” Phillips says, seemingly unimpressed, to a smiling Erskine. ‘Harry Potter’ Stars Offer Advice To Younger Selves

‘Just enjoy every day of it,’ Rupert Grint tells his 12-year-old self. By Kara Warner, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Rupert Grint Photo: MTV News After eight films, 10 years, millions of fans won over and billions of dollars made, we could talk about the “Harry Potter” films and their famous castmembers forever. Their incredible evolution from kids to young adults, the number of esteemed adult British actors who made appearances in the films over the years, the undying love from a dedicated and loyal fanbase and so on. When MTV News sat down with Rupert Grint and Tom Felton recently, we asked them if, when looking back at the incredible journey they’ve been on for so long, they have any advice they would offer their young selves when they first joined the cast in 2000. “I should have a witty answer prepared, but I don’t,” Felton admitted. “I guess I’d just say, ‘Enjoy it and try to take in as much as you can.’ There’s nothing I’d change, to be honest with you. “I’ve had a good time over the years,” Felton added. “I wouldn’t change a day of it. [I’d] just take a bit more in. When you’re 12 or 13, you don’t care about anything. You just want to go home and play PlayStation, so there are definitely some memories I wished I’d taken in.” Grint echoed Felton’s sentiments: “Yeah, [I’d tell myself to] enjoy it,” he said. “I would never imagine 10 years from then we would be talking about the eighth film. I didn’t even see past two, really. It’s just been this gradual thing. Yeah, just enjoy every day of it.” Check out everything we’ve got on “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2.” For breaking news, celebrity columns, humor and more — updated around the clock — visit MTVMoviesBlog.com . There’s no shame in Serena Williams’ game. She definitely showed off her goodies at the ESPY Awards last night. Serena wore a hot pink jacket-dress flaunting plenty of cleavage and plenty of booty. She paired the dress with some fly gold heels and a gold necklace. I am loving the hot pink color on Serena but I am NOT loving all the spillage coming from places it shouldn’t. Come on Serena, step up your glam game! I’m going to have to give this a fug. What do you think of Serena’s look?
