Kate Middleton: Depressed! Anxious! Fighting With The Queen!

Everything is the worst and Catherine is displeased. On November 18th, the Duchess of Cambridge made an emotional speech at the Place2Be Headteacher Conference about the importance of mental well-being in young people.   Her Royal Highness touched on the love and support she received from her own parents and how that positively impacted her life (that would be the understatement of the century). “I know that I was lucky,” Catherine told the audience.  “My parents and teachers provided me with a wonderful and secure childhood where I always knew I was loved, valued and listened to. “But of course many children are not so lucky. Since beginning my work in areas like addiction, for example, I have seen time and time again that the roots of poor mental health in adulthood are almost always present in unresolved childhood challenges.” Catherine is a patron of Place2Be , an organization that provides emotional and therapeutic services for young people. Some media outlets thought this the perfect opportunity to label Catherine a basket case, claiming that the speech was a “cry for help” as she continues to battle depression, anxiety and an eating disorder.   And it’s all the royal family’s fault. “Prince William is desperate for Duchess Kate to ‘snap out of it,’ but the bouts of depression and anxiety appear to be increasing in frequency and severity,” Celebrity Dirty Laundry claims.   “The Duke of Cambridge also fears the Duchess of Cambridge is battling anorexia.” Mmmk. Kate Middleton: Hacked! A LOT! “Kate’s constant fighting with Camilla Parker-Bowles hasn’t helped the situation. Prince Harry reportedly came to Kate Middleton’s rescue recently telling Parker-Bowles to back off and stop tormenting the Duchess. “This did not endear Prince Harry to Camilla Parker-Bowles and the two are now reportedly feuding.” So much feuding!  How does one get anything done with all this feuding?! “Queen Elizabeth had given Carole Middleton a bit more access to Princess Kate which seemed to put both mother and daughter in better spirits. After finding out the manipulative Middleton matriarch was trying to freeze the Royal family out of Princess Charlotte’s first Christmas that was the end of that.” Manipulative Middleton matriarch.  That’s what I’ll be next Halloween. “Queen Elizabeth reportedly is enforcing even tougher restrictions on how much contact Carole can have with Princess Kate, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.” This is so dumb.  The Windsors are made out to sound like as dysfunctional as that terrible E! show . BTW, the Queen and her husband,  Prince Philip celebrated their 68th anniversary today.  Congrats, you love birds. And when you’re done wondering if Catherine is weeping in an ivory tower right this very second, please take a moment to soak in the sartorial splendor of todays look in Wales.   Catherine wore Reiss’ “Angel” coat for a visit to Caernarfon with her Kiki McDonough Eternal 18k Gold Citrine Pear-Drop Earrings ($740).  She and William used to live in Anglesey, Wales when they were first married, so today’s trip was especially significant. The Reiss coat was first seen on Catherine on Christmas day 2011 (thanks What Kate Wore for that reminder!), then again in 2012 during a trip St. George’s Park (she was in her first trimester with George at that time). Chances are if you’re in a long-term relationship, about to jump the broom, or already have, some woman has advised you, if you and your partner have a joint account, to make sure you put a little money aside for yourself. Tyra Banks calls this F.U. money and it’s the need for women in relationships to still have their own exit strategy, i.e. cash flow, that prompts Tyra to employ so many young women. The “America’s Next Top Model” creator and entrepreneur explained this motive to Glamour, saying: “My mom stayed with my dad for too long because of financial reasons. If she’d just had a little side hustle, a little of her own money, she would have left. The Royals Season 2 Premiere Recap: This Cannot Come to Good

Television’s most fictitious royal family is back for a second season on E!, and where the storyline goes is anyone’s guess. If last night’s premiere is any indication, the series aims to one-up last year’s blend of sex, scandals, silliness and cringe-inducing burns from Liz Hurley . Watch The Royals Season 2 Episode 1 Online Picking up where last season ended, The Royals Season 2 Episode 1 saw Cyrus behaving like the poor man’s Henry VIII whilst taking fashion cues from the palace tapestries. If this show was even remotely clever, I’d ignore the factual errors pertaining to the royal structure of the United Kingdom.   The writing is crap, the acting is second-rate (soz, Dame Joan Collins, even though ILY), and the gratuitous shots of bums and drugs has me wondering if T he Royals will live long enough to make it to season three. The network’s first scripted series was given the green light for season two even before the pilot aired, which forces me to declare that it has both jumped the gun and the shark. For someone who’s watched The Vampire Diaries since season one, it’s very bold of me to declare this show the worst thing to happen to television since Hallmark’s William & Catherine: A Royal Romance . The plots are nearly impossible, and require several looks back at season 1 in order to keep up.   Cyrus paid off a doctor to declare twins Liam and Eleanor illegitimate (no blood test needed), but then King C. sends him off to Gibraltar for a three-year stint, which bums Dr. Life-Ruiner out because he did what His Majesty commanded. Eleanor’s persistent drug use is getting a little old.  Doesn’t she have enough activities to distract her, what with finding out who murdered her older brother and King Simon? If we could also skip awkward sex scenes (“si, si!”) and back shots of the prime minister in a leather thong and thigh-highs, that would be great.  There’s a less blatant way to show the darker side of aristocracy and money, but that would require an entirely new production team.   Cyrus had a swan cooked, then gingerly consumed its one-graceful carcass it as the show’s only light, Dame Joan Collins paid him a visit.   There was talking of gambling, debts being paid (a 20 pound note bearing Simon’s face, covered by another 20 pound note bearing that of Cyrus), followed by “Duchy” giving Cyrus the old “hip hip hooray for you, Your Majesty.” Jasper’s been reinstated, Ted the terrible bodyguard has a new roommate and Cyrus’ odd daughters are…I don’t even know.   Are you for or against E!’s soapy version of a monarchy? Sarah Palin: So Excited for Bristol’s Baby!

The world still does not know the identity of Bristol Palin’s second baby daddy. But we do know how Sarah Palin feels about becoming a grandparent for the second time. “I can’t wait for about 45 more days, and I’m gonna have a little baby granddaughter,” Palin said this weekend on CBS Sunday Morning. “And I’m happy about it.” Is she really, though? Bristol announced her second pregnancy over the summer, coming across as clearly disappointed in herself for once again having unprotected sex outside of marriage. The reveal came just weeks after Bristol called off her wedding to Dakota Meyer. And Palin admits this is not the way she saw her daughter’s life playing out. “Heck no because being a single mom is, oh my goodness, my heart goes out to the single parents,” Palin said. “But my enormous admiration for what it is that they’re able to accomplish doing double-duty. And I watch Bristol do double-duty all the time, you know, with her little boy, Tripp.” In sharing the baby news on her blog back in June, Bristol called it a “huge disappointment to my family” but admitted “there’s nothing I can’t do with God by my side.” She has since amended this statement to make it seem as if the pregnancy was planned. Bristol’s mom, meanwhile, says any child is a “blessing” and has a response to critics who say two babies out of wedlock goes against all she stands for as a conservative: “Well, the cool thing about puttin’ your faith in God is he certainly is a God of second chances, and third, and fourth and fifth chances. It’s been a while since we last checked in on Christine Ouzounian – the former nanny with whom Ben Affleck allegedly cheated on Jennifer Garner . Soon after Ouzounian was named as Affleck’s mistress, word spread that she intended to use her newfound notoriety to make a career for herself as a reality star. There were rumors that Ouzounian and Affleck were in love . Several sources reported that Ouzounian was being considered for The Bachelorette .  Thankfully, Ben and Hollywood both came to their senses and realized they they were assisting Ouzounian in her effort to homewreck her way to the top. Christine’s best laid plans went awry, and it seems she’s given up on her dreams of stardom. Fortunately, she’s got the world’s most forgiving fiance – and a great place to lick her wounds. Entertainment Tonight is reporting that Ouzounian has moved to the Bahamas to rekindle her romance with Christopher Albury. Ouzounian and Albury got engaged last spring, but their relationship mysteriously fizzled not long after she was hired by Affleck and Garner. With the Batfleck-banging out of her system, Ouzounian appears to have come crawling back to Albury, who was reportedly willing to accept her apology. So it looks like Christine will come out on top after all. Jessa Duggar Posts ADORABLE Photo of Baby Spurge!

Spurgeon Seewald is one happy little fella. New mom Jessa Duggar shared a bedtime photo of her son sleeping with a big smile on his little face last night. All together now … AWW! “Have to wonder what it is that babies dream about…” Jessa captioned the Facebook pic, adding in a smiley face and a well-earned heart emoji. Pretty special, whatever it was that led to this moment. Jessa, 23, and husband Ben Seewald, 20, welcomed their first-born child, Spurgeon Elliott, on November 5 after a grueling 48-hour labor . He weighed 9 lbs. 11 oz. and measured 21.5 inches long at birth and is named after 19th century Baptist preacher Charles Spurgeon. It’s an unusual moniker, but they love it – and him. The new mom says that sometimes, it still hasn’t truly hit her what she’s been through and what a magical experience this has been: “When we got home from the hospital, we had the baby on the bed between us, and we were lying there … it seemed like a dream.” And then the maligned, put upon Jana Duggar came and took care of him so they could sleep, but never received any of the credit. So it goes in Duggarland. But we digress people. As for first-time father Ben, he notes, “Jessa and I are trying to call each other Mom and Dad just so this whole being-parents thing can sink in.” One would think two days of laboring to push him out, then having a baby human living with you would be enough, but to each their own. Kylie Jenner: Put Tyga In The Khristmas Picture…Or Else

In the eyes of the law, Kylie Jenner  might be an adult.  However, she’s still a teenager and when teenagers don’t get their way – especially in matters of the heart – they are prone to sh*t fits. According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry , Jenner wants her boyfriend of one year, Tyga in the annual Kardashian Christmas card.  If her family refuses?  Jenner will choose to sit this year out. In this tale, Kim Kardashian puts her foot down, citing the obvious fact that while Tyga may feel like family, he is not and they are just dating.   Adding to this is a report that Rob Kardashian is demanding $250,000 to appear in the family photo.   The sole Kardashian boy is allegedly working on his fitness and won’t give Kris Jenner a yes or no until the last moment. If this report is true, I must take my hat off to Kim for being the voice of reason.  Who in their right mind would allow a teenager’s boyfriend or girlfriend to appear in a family Christmas photo?   I don’t care how lovely he or she is, or how well he or she treats your sainted child.  Christmas photos should be family only.   If you’ve got a baby daddy/baby mama involved, throw them in, too. Terminally-Ill High Student Inspires a School, Nation

Prepare to shed all the tears, Hollywood Gossip readers. All thanks to an 18-year-old named Jake Bailey. A week before the senior high school student was scheduled to give a speech at his graduation in New Zealand, he was diagnosed with Burkitt's non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, a fast-growing form of cancer. Despite this grim prognosis, however, the Senior Monitor (equivalent to Class President in America) left his hospital bed, climbed into his wheelchair and delivered words of moving wisdom to teacher and classmates at Christchurch Boy's High School assembly. “I wrote a speech, and a week before I was due to deliver this speech tonight they said, 'You've got cancer,' ” he said from a wheelchair, continuing: “They said, 'If you don't get any treatment within the next three weeks, you're going to die.' Then they told me I wouldn't be here tonight to deliver this speech.” Principal Nic Hill was prepared to give Bailey’s speech on the teenager’s behalf, but it turned out this wasn’t necessary. “Here's the thing, none of us get out of life alive, so be gallant, be great, be gracious and be grateful for the opportunities you have,” Bailey said. “We don't know where we might end up, or when we might end up.  “The future is truly in our hands. Forget about long term dreams, lets be passionately dedicated to the pursuit of short term goals.” These would be inspiring words coming from anyone, let alone coming from a brave young man basically on his deathbed. The senior finished his speech with the school's motto, “Altiora Peto,” which translates to “I seek higher things.” Watch now. Prepare to cry. And be amazed at how those in attendance pay tribute to Bailey upon completition of his speech. God bless you, Jake Bailey.

Kate Middleton to Queen: I DEMAND More Date Nights With Prince William!!

The very foundation of a royal marriage – nay – any marriage is built on the time spent together between man and wife.  So how the devil are the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge expected to keep their union strong if Her Majesty keeps filling up their calendar! RUDE. JK JK, this story is a bunch of crap; OK! has it on made up good authority that the Queen “has approved more romantic dates” for William and Catherine.   WAIT!  Her Majesty isn’t just going to hand over permission for alone time without demanding something in return.  Do you think Ursula just gave Ariel human legs? The Queen wants William to take over the couple’s public speaking duties, since Catherine sucks at giving speeches. Her Royal Highness “hasn’t quite mastered the confidence necessary to properly represent the royals when speaking in public.” View Slideshow: 21 Royally Hot Kate Middleton Bikini Photos The Cambridges are so excited about their court-approved date nights that they’re planning a vacation to Mustique in late November!  “[Kate and Wills] are determined to keep the romance alive and put their love first,” a source told the magazine, according to Celebrity Dirty Laundry. The story also alleges that the Queen can’t stand Carole Middleton and wants her kept away from Prince George and Princess Charlotte (“there are plenty of nannies to help care” for them), and is popping antacid over news about  Prince Harry ‘s forthcoming love child .  Hokay, so even without speaking to any source from Buckingham Palace or Kensington Palace, I can say with full confidence that this story is something out of a poorly-written Hallmark movie. First of all, William has made it crystal clear with palace courtiers and his family alike that no one, but no one, is to meddle in his private affairs.  Following the untimely death of his mother, the Princess of Wales , those in his inner circle have obeyed the Duke’s requests. It’s been well documented that the Queen gives her grandson the amount of space he needs in order to build a successful marriage with Catherine.  In 2012 William told biographer Robert Hardman that Her Majesty told him to forget whatever wedding invite list aides had drawn up (full of stuffy royal relatives and the like), start from scratch and invite his and Catherine’s friends first. Secondly, if there are any “fractures” in the royal marriage, then let’s take a look at William and Catherine’s body language at engagements.  A friend of mine commented that they had “eye sex” during every engagement of their 2013 royal tour of New Zealand.   As someone who’s made a living studying the British royal family, I am finding it very, very difficult to believe any of the quotes pulled from this story.  The Cambridges may have spent a “romantic” minibreak in Dundee, Scotland, but they also had a day of events there on October 23rd.  And with their alma mater, St. Andrews University about an hour away, it’s very likely they spent the night. Kate Middleton, Beyonce Meet-and-Greet As far as a vacation to Mustique, that’s not likely to happen until January or February; for the past few years Catherine has joined her family on the island for a private holiday.  No tropical vacations are believed to take place from now until the end of the year, since the royal diary is always jam-packed through the holidays.  The quote about “plenty of nannies” being able to care for George and Charlotte is false because they have one nanny, Maria Borrallo , who graduated from the prestigious Norland College. As for Carole, what the Queen thinks of Catherine’s mom is anyone’s guess.  The Middletons have been included in everything from the planning of the royal wedding to Christmas Day church service, so if the Queen is not in love with Carole, she’s not showing it. To summarize, the Queen is almost 90, and upon her death, Prince Charles becomes sovereign.  All of these facts mean that William and Catherine will need to take on more royal responsibilities, leaving them with less time to lead a more private, normal life that they prefer.
