Lauren Bushnell and Ben Higgins are still together … for now. As with any couple in Bachelor Nation, there have been conflicting reports about the state of their relationship for quite some time. Some fans even thought they were finished with one another. Now, Bushnell has taken to Instagram to wish Ben a happy birthday in a somewhat revealing post. “Happy birthday babe!!!!!” she captioned the below picture. “I’m so thankful for this life together. Although sometimes rocky you always hold my hand and support me through it, always with a smile on your face. You deserve the world, especially today.
Earlier this week, we reported that Javi Marroquin is dating Madison Channing Walls , also a reality star from an MTV series. The news drew a decidedly mixed reaction from fans, given Javi’s recent divorce from Kailyn Lowry and Walls’ checkered past. She starred on a show called Real World: Skeletons for a reason. The 27-yaer-old has openly admitted to struggling with heroin addiction, though she now says she’s been sober for more two years. Apparently there are some in Javi’s inner-circle who don’t believe Walls is not an ideal mother figure for Marroquin’s son, Lincoln. Not surprisingly, one of those skeptics is none other than Lincoln’s mother, the pregnant Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry. Sources tell Radar Online that Kailyn found out about her ex-husband’s new romance the same way the rest of the world did. Lowry reportedly felt “blindsided” when Javi and Madison announced their relationship on social media via the above and below images. “Kail doesn’t know anything about a new girlfriend,” an insider told the celebrity gossip site on the day of the bog announcement. Of course, that may not be entirely Javi’s fault. Javi is forbidden to contact Kailyn due to a protection from abuse order Lowry sought and obtained from a judge in February. Kailyn says it’s because Javi entered her home without permission, a recent event that was chronicled on their MTV show. Marroquin, who says he never has or would lay a hand on Lowry (nor has she alleged as much), tells a different story, though. “She said it’s because I harassed her via text about all this divorce and guy stuff,” Marroquin told Radar at the time of the filing. Javi explains that the order sounds worse than it is: “I signed a consent PFA, which means there’s no evidence of abuse. I just can’t contact her unless it’s in regards to Lincoln for a year.” We suppose finding out from Twitter that your ex is dating someone new is one of the downsides of obtaining a protective order. Anyway, now that she’s been informed of the relationship, the mother of two (soon to be three) is reportedly less than pleased. Apparently it’s not only Madison’s past substance abuse issues, which she’s been very open about, that have Kailyn upset. Madison has experienced at least one recent brush with the law, having been arrested for shoplifting from a CVS in 2013. Walls claims that the theft in question was one of many mistakes she made as a result of her lengthy and serious battle with addiction. She insists that she’s completely turned her life around since welcoming a daughter, Harper, with Real World co-star Tony Raines. Sources close to Kailyn say that’s another issue. She’s not happy that Javi may soon have another child in his life, as she feels it may draw his attention away from their son Lincoln. Of course, Kailyn is pregnant with her third child at the moment, having said she didn’t want any more kids – to Javi – just last year. So she can’t really say much on that score. View Slideshow: Madison Channing Walls: Who is Javi Marroquin’s New Squeeze? The recent break-in pretty much summed up the state of Javi and Kailyn’s relationship these days, as emotions are running high. “You have to understand how crazy you’ve made me for six months,” Javi says, as if that justifies being a home-invading psycho. Kailyn told him not to call her a ho and defended her own actions, denying that she “slept with all these dudes” as he worded it. They came together on the reunion after this incident and seemed to make at least some progress toward amicable co-existence. With the news that he’s dating someone, however, old wounds are likely to be reopened and their issues exacerbated once again. Here’s hoping cooler heads eventually prevail. Chiara Ferragni is an overrated fashion blogger…which is basically a special kind of person who in the mid 2000s started a blog where they posted their overpriced outfits and got picked up by the fashion magazines and started to exist…because fashion magazines tried to stay relevant….and fashion brands thought they’d make the best avon ladies – selling product to their fans…making them a lot of fucking money… So this one, made a ton of fucking money, built an empire of a silly self involved idea and is rich as fuck because of it… Allowing her to go to Miami and get paparazzied like the low level that she is…. But it feeds her ego, so she gets in slutty poses, to try to take her shit to the next level….her narcissism needs it. So she doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of the world, but she thinks she does and here’s her nip slip intentional for marketing purposes to propel her brand…. Eva Mendes is a lot of fun…she was the token hispanic girl in movies who showed her awesome tits…before the world knew we needed a token hispanic girl to show her tits….back in a time before Sofia Vergara stole her thunder and stepped on her toes by showing her bigger tits and doing it on TV….the more accessible pre-internet media takevover.. Sure, she’s a mom, she’s married to Ryan Reynolds or Gosling, or who the fuck cares, some fucking Canadian named Ryan….and she’s not the hot slut naked in all the movies…like the well paid instagram model pre instagram who knows how to get fucking paid…. She posted this picture and it’s safe to say…she fucking brings the fucking goods…substantially hotter…but that could be a comparison issue…like when average chicks hang with fat pigs to be the hot one in the group…but the extreme fucking version of that… The post Eva Mendes Erotica of the Day appeared first on DrunkenStepfather .
Emma Watson would really like to make peace with the most passionate fan base on the Internet. The former Harry Potter star and current Beauty and the Beast beauty has found herself in unexpected hot water over the past few days, all because she took her bra off for Vanity Fair. No, really. That’s the entire basis for Watson facing the first backlash of her impressive career. The British actress is featured in rather seductive fashion for the latest issue of this publication, staring into the camera under the headline “Beauty & the breasts” while donning nothing on top but a see-through sweater over her shoulders. The item covers her nipples, however. There’s really nothing X-rated to see in the picture, but folks across the globe have been caught off guard by someone with the reputation of Watson striking such a risque pose. Watson has endured a string of criticism from those who don’t think one can be a feminist AND take one’s shirt off for the world to gawk over. In response to the harsh words hurled her way over social media, Watson spoke to Reuters and basically replied: WTH are people talking about?!? She’s actually too nice to say anything like that, but she did come sort of close. “Feminism is about giving women choice,” Watson explained in her own defense, adding: “Feminism is not a stick with which to beat other women with. It’s about freedom, it’s about liberation, it’s about equality. I really don’t know what my tits have to do with it.” Perfectly said, right? Emma Watson: I Can Be a Feminist and Have Boobs! Yes, but fans of Beyonce have taken a different issue with Watson. They’re cool with Emma flaunting her sexuality. But they are the opposite of cool with Emma flaunting her sexuality a few years after seemingly slamming Beyonce for doing the same thing in her 2013 visual album. In a 2014 interview, Watson said the following about a number of Beyonce music videos: “I felt very conflicted, I felt her message felt very conflicted in the sense that on the one hand she is putting herself in a category of a feminist – but then the camera, it felt very male, such a male voyeuristic experience of her.” Based on those remarks alone, members of the very outspoken Beyhive WENT OFF on Watson . They accused her of being a hypocrite, citing this quote as proof that she bashes other women for taking their clothes off… but then goes right ahead and does so herself. Here’s a look at some of their more pointed comments: Surprisingly, and to her credit, Watson has actually acknowledged this growing scandal. She’s taken to Twitter and shared the FULL excerpt of the 2014 interview in question, making it pretty clear that she’s always been on Team Beyonce. “This is the part of my 2014 interview with Tavi where we talked about Beyoncé. My words are in bold,” Watson wrote as a caption to the following screen shot. So… did Watson really utter the words that have gotten her in trouble? Yes, but they were part of a much longer conversation. “[Beyoncé] does make it clear that she is performing for [Jay Z] and the fact she wasn’t doing it for a label, she was doing it for herself and the control that she has directing it and putting it out there, I agree is making her sexuality empowering because it is her choice,” Watson goes on to say in this same interview. As you can read above, she also says: “The second is that I would say you do get sense of, ‘I can be a feminist, I can be an intellectual, I can be all these other things, but I can also be ok with my femininity, and being pretty and with all these things that I thought might negate my message or negate what I am about.’ That really is the most interesting thing about the album. It is so inclusive and puts feminism and femininity and female empowerment on such a broad spectrum.” In other words: Perhaps people ought to do some research and some reading before they jump all over someone. Everyone Watson said about Beyonce three years ago is the same thing she said about herself when it comes to her Vanity Fair photo. In other other words: There’s nothing to see here, folks. Go find another feud to contrive. Watson is awesome. Beyonce is awesome. And everyone has to chill the eff out.
Will there ever be a time when simply hearing Christina Grimmie’s name doesn’t bring a tear to your eye and an ache to your heart. Honestly, probably not. Christina was just 22 years old, all set to be a huge pop star, when she was murdered after a concert in Orlando . A man named Kevin Loibl — who, by several accounts, was very unhealthily obsessed with Christina — approached her while she was signing autographs and shot her. Her brother Marcus was able to wrestle Loibl to the ground, but the shooter quickly turned his gun on himself. To call it a nightmare would be a huge understatement, obviously, but the nightmare continues on to this day: the Grimmie family is in the middle of a legal battle against the entertainment company that owns the venue where Christina died. The issue, the Grimmies believe, was that the venue didn’t have appropriate security in place to protect the performers, or anyone, really. And that’s a fair point, considering Loibl was able to waltz in with two handguns. It must be terrible for her family to have to deal with a legal battle along with their unimaginable grief, but one thing is for sure: Christina’s fans are, to this day, a source of comfort for them. And they said as much in a touching message shared to Christina’s Twitter account. See, Christina won a Teen Choice Award last July — she was named Choice Web Star in the Music category. Her fans took issue with the show at the time, since Christina’s award wasn’t announced during the broadcast of the awards show. In fact, her name wasn’t mentioned even once . It seemed like a pretty big oversight, considering that the Teen Choice Awards aired just a month after her murder. When you consider that they also included an entire tribute dedicated to victims of gun violence and their surviving family members, still with no mention of Christina … yeah, her fans were upset. But it seems like after all these months, the Teen Choice Awards pulled it together long enough to get Christina’s award to her family. About time, right? Her parents shared the picture of the award: Along with the photo, they thanked “#TeanGrimmie” for helping them finally get the award. “Your commitment to Christina’s legacy and making your voice heard online is a blessing to us,” they wrote. “We also acknowledge those who supported behind the scenes to make this a reality.” “Thank you with love!” And Christina’s fans were quick to share their ongoing support. “She deserved this more than anyone else,” one person commented, and another said “We won’t let her be forgotten.” View Slideshow: Christina Grimmie Shooting Death: Stars Pay Tribute to The Voice Alum One fan wrote “I’m so happy. Christina deserved that award and I’m sure she is smiling in heaven. God bless all.” We’re not crying. You’re crying.
On Sunday night, Jimmy Kimmel was at the center of the greatest mistake in Academy Awards history. As most of the free world knows by now, Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway were on stage toward the very end of this ceremony, prepared to announce the winner of Best Picture. Only Beatty hesitated, confused by the contents of the envelope, which he then showed to Dunaway. Jimmy Kimmel Monologue: Down with Donald Trump, Matt Damon AND Meryl Streep The veteran actress went ahead and told the crowd that La La Land had earned this honor, prompting that film’s cast and crew to take to the stage. By just as one of the producers started to give an acceptance speech, someone with a headset started whispering in the ears of those around him on stage. It turns out… a mistake was made! Moonlight actually won Best Picture! Beatty and Dunaway were somehow given a duplicate envelope that contained the winner of Best Actress (Emma Stone from La La Land), NOT Best Picture. A bit of chaos ensured before one of the La La Land producers very calmly and gracefully confirmed to the audience what had transpired. As host, Kimmel tried to lighten the mood, cracking that he blames Steve Harvey for the miscue. It was pretty incredible to witness. You really should relive the moment below: Oscars 2017 Best Picture: There’s Been a Mistake! Fast forward about 24 hours and Kimmel opened his late-night talk show on Monday by, of course, addressing this unexpected Oscars development. “As I’m sure you’ve at least heard, La La Land was simultaneously somehow the biggest winner and loser last night,” he cracked, going on to joke that “It was the weirdest TV finale since Lost.” Kimmel also gave hilarious credit to Beatty for basically passing the confusing buck (that is, envelope) to his fellow presenter. “See what Warren did there?” said Kimmel of the moment when Beatty hesitated prior to handing the envelope to Dunaway. “He was confused, so he let her read the winner. In other words, Clyde threw Bonnie under the bus. I have to be honest … it’s one of the slickest moves I’ve ever seen.” Where was Kimmel when this was taking place? Sitting next to close friend/fake enemy Matt Damon, prepared to deliver his final scripted joke. “So the La La Land producers get up on stage, and a few of them – Jordan Horowitz, Marc Platt and Fred Burger – gave speeches,” Kimmel explained. “So now I am sitting in the audience watching the speeches. The plan is for me to end the show from the audience, next to Matt Damon, who – make no mistake – whatever confusion there was about who won? Matt Damon lost. He was a loser. He is a loser. “But we’re sitting there, and we notice some commotion going on, and Matt says, ‘I think I heard the stage manager say they got the winner wrong,’ which is unusual, but you figure, well, the host will go onstage and clear this up. “And then I remember, ‘oh I’m the host.'” Some viewers actually this entire thing was one of Kimmel’s his infamous pranks. But he assured his folks that the mix-up was not any kind of hoax. “As I walked off stage, people started to speculate that maybe I was pulling a prank,” he said last ight. “Which, trust me, if I had pulled a prank in that situation, I wouldn’t have just had the wrong winner’s name in the envelope when they opened it. There would have been a Bed Bath & Beyond coupon inside. It was not a prank. “And by the way, the producers of La La Land were very gracious, on stage and off. They handled it very well. It was a very amicable custody arrangement. They didn’t even ask for visitation or anything.” Accounting firm PricewaterhouseCooper has taken responsibly for the wild gaffe and issued an apology. In a statement released on their Twitter page, the company said: “PwC takes full responsibility for the series of mistakes and breaches of established protocols during last night’s Oscars. PwC Partner Brian Cullinan mistakenly handed the back-up envelope for Actress in a Leading Role instead of the envelope for Best Picture to presenters Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway.” Why is there a back-up envelope? Who the heck knows?!? “We wish to extend our deepest gratitude to each of them for the graciousness they displayed during such a difficult moment,” PricewaterhouseCooper concluded. “For the past 83 years, the Academy has entrusted PwC with the integrity of the awards process during the ceremony, and last night we failed the Academy.” It remains unclear whether the Academy will bring PricewaterhouseCooper back in this capacity next year. Kris Jenner made a pretty major faux pas at the Academy Awards. She didn’t announce the wrong winner of Best Picture , unlike Warren Beatty. Nor did she include the photo of someone who is still alive in the show’s In Memoriam segment, unlike whoever was in charge of the show’s In Memoriam segment. But Jenner did come across like an ignorant fool during E!’s red carpet coverage of the event. Those who tuned in to see quasi professional journalists judge the appearances of actors and actresses prior to the ceremony need to get a life. Wait, that’s not it. It’s true. But that isn’t the point of this story. What we meant to say was this: Those who tuned in to E! prior to the start of last night’s Academy Awards likely noticed that many celebrities were donning blue ribbons over their dresses or tuxedos to show support for the American Civil Liberties Union, an organization that fights for human rights. This has become a popular cause among those concerned about the policies being discussed and/or passed by the Donald Trump administration. But the cause hasn’t become popular enough to have caught the attention of Jenner, apparently. During the live telecast, Jenner and Giuliana Rancic were talking about Best Actress nominee Ruth Negga‘s Oscar gown when the reality star asked: “What is the blue thing she has there? Is that a ribbon?” “It’s the ACLU ribbon that a lot of people are actually wearing on the red carpet tonight,” Rancic calmly replied. “This is the first one I’ve seen. That little ribbon,” Jenner responded, very confused by the confluence of the accessory. Among the Twitters users who took note of this comment? The ACLU itself! According to a source who works in production for E!’s Oscars pre-show fashion panel, Jenner was aware of the backlash surrounding her ignorance… … and she was not very happy about it! “Kris absolutely flipped out when the cameras stopped rolling,” this insider tells Radar Online . Adds the person behind this report: “Kris accused producers of trying to sabotage her. She actually went on to say that it was their fault that they did not inform her of what the blue ribbons signified.” We’d say it’s the producers fault for asking Jenner to work the event in the first place. We’re not sure what makes her qualified to talk about fashion… or movies… or really anything at all, except for our to best exploit one’s children for a lot of money. View Slideshow: Oscars 2017: A Ceremony in GIFs! Not surprisingly, the mole tells Radar that Jenner will not be asked back for this same pre-show coverage in 2018. And that’s likely fine by her anyhow. “Kris is just mortified at how badly she messed up,” the insider concludes.
There’s no contest with regard to the most memorable moment from the 2017 Academy Awards , That title goes to the jaw-dropping “Steve Harvey moment” that ended the night, as presenters Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway mistakenly announced La La Land as Best Picture , when the award actually belonged to Moonlight. But while that epic goof-up might be grabbing the majority of today’s headlines, it wasn’t the only controversial moment surrounding one of the night’s top prizes. Casey Affleck took home the Best Actor Oscar for his heart-wrenching performance in Manchester By the Sea, but not everyone was thrilled to see the 41-year-old step out from under his older brother’s shadow. The dark cloud of some heinous sexual harassment accusations loomed large over Affleck’s Oscar campaign, and many felt the actor should be removed from consideration as a result. The alleged incidents took place in 2010, while Affleck was directing the mockumentary film I’m Still Here with his then-brother-in-law, Joaquin Phoenix. The matter was settled out of court, but Affleck’s accusers maintain that he abused his power and persistently subjected them to harassment and other inappropriate behavior. As is customary, Affleck’s award was presented by Brie Larson, who took home the Best Actress prize for Room at last year’s awards. Larson played a sexual assault survivor in the film and she’s been an outspoken advocate for victims’ rights throughout her career. Needless to say, the Academy’s decision to put her in a position where she would be presenting an award to an alleged sexual predator didn’t sit well with many viewers. Larson’s apparent disdain for Affleck, however, was widely praised: Casey Affleck Wins Best Actor Many noted that Larson didn’t applaud when Affleck received his award, and it’s being widely interpreted as the actress’ way of subtly protesting the win. “Y’all made Brie Larson, an advocate for sexual assault survivors, present Casey Affleck, a sexual predator, with an Oscar,” tweeted one viewer. Another wrote simply: “BRIE LARSON NOT CLAPPING IS MY HERO” Affleck’s nomination sparked countless debates about where the arts community should draw the line in terms of behavior so inexcusable that it should end a career. That debate will likely rage on following his win last night. But at least those who were outraged by Affleck’s victory can take solace in knowing that however subtle her understated her show of disapproval may have been, Brie Larson made her feelings known on the night’s biggest stage.
