Producers of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills want Kyle Richards best friend, Faye Resnick, to join the cast next year, a new report indicates. Resnick, best known for her involvement in the O.J. Simpson murder trial and a recurring player in the past on the Bravo hit, is high on the producers’ list. Why? Joyce Giraud and Carlton Gebbia are on the chopping block because they don’t bring the drama. Faye Resnick would not have that problem. If you watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills online for the awkward tension, screaming matches and conniving backstabbing … she’s your girl. The ex-Playboy model is a noted nemesis of Brandi Glanville and Lisa Vanderpump , both of whom have labeled her “disgusting” in past episodes. Apollo Nida is nearing plea deal with the government just two months after his arrest for identity theft, bank fraud, and conspiracy charges, reports indicate. Will that be enough to keep The Real Housewives of Atlanta star out of jail? As is the case with fellow Bravo star Teresa Giudice, all of this remains unclear. Nida, Phaedra Parks’ husband and the guy Kenya Moore wants to bone ( watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta online for more on that), was arrested in January. On February 14, the court set a pre-trial date of March 25. Since that time, his attorneys “and counsel for the government have been engaged in discussions,” newly filed court documents obtained by Radar reveal. “They are still in the process of investigating additional facts and negotiating a resolution,” and “have made substantial progress toward a resolution.” Does that mean he’ll cop a plea and avoid the slammer? It’s not yet known, but the court agreed to yet another extension, up until April 25, in the hopes that Apollo Nida will be able to come to a deal with the government. The new extension ensures he will have “sufficient time to consult with his counsel, investigate all material, and continue said discussions with the government.” Think he’ll skate? Should he? No wonder the name Andrew Lewis doesn’t ring a bell for most people, even many ardent celebrity gossip readers who watch Teen Mom 2 online . Jenelle Evans’ mysterious baby daddy wants nothing to do with her – or their son Jace. The Teen Mom 2 star made this sad fact clear on Twitter Monday. Last summer, Lewis threw made a public fit over the fact that the reality star and her mom Barbara (who has custody of Jace) weren’t letting him see his son. Chris Brown got thrown out of rehab last Friday for three different rules violations, according to reports, including one designed specifically for the singer. The 24-year-old was ordered to stay at least two feet away from all the women there, given that he’s on probation for a felony assault against Rihanna. Fair or not, the people who run the facility imposed this highly unusual requirement on Chris, who violated it by ” touching elbows and hands ” with a woman. The second reason he got the boot was that the R&B star left the facility last week on an authorized outing, then refused a drug test upon his return. Sources say he later took the test and passed, but the initial refusal was a violation of rules. Finally, he allegedly “made a mockery” of the rehab process. That occurred when he made harsh comments in a group session. It’s unclear what he said, but these infractions combined to get Chris Brown kicked out of rehab . Insiders say Chris also had some kind of sexual encounter with a woman at the facility this month, but that is not part of the basis for booting him. This is also the second rehab facility to kick Brown out since his October arrest. The first showed him the door after he threw a rock at his mom’s car . Chris Brown Kicked Out of Rehab, Jailed Brown is in jail now for violating probation, following Friday’s dismissal. His anger management treatment was the only thing keeping him out of the slammer after his probation was revoked as a result of his D.C. assault arrest. Prosecutors wanted him jailed pending trial, but the judge allowed him to stay in rehab for treatment until mid-April, when his assault case played out. Once he got the boot from Malibu, off to a jail cell he went. Since his probation was already revoked, and that this is the second facility that told him to go kick rocks, it’s likely he’ll remain locked up for a month . His lawyer, Mark Geragos, will appear in court today with Brown, presumably to ask for house arrest or rehab at another facility until the D.C. trial. Jailed after getting kicked out of a second rehab center in four months, Chris Brown will likely spend the next month behind bars, and possibly a lot longer. Chris Brown Arrested in Rehab Chris Brown was jailed Friday after getting thrown out of the Malibu rehab facility where he’s been living for nearly four months, per judge’s orders. It’s still unclear why he got the boot from the rehab center, but TMZ reports it was not related to drug abuse or violence. In any case, he was told to get out. And go directly to jail. By virtue of getting arrested for assault in D.C. last fall, Chris violated his probation for beating up Rihanna in 2009, and had his probation revoked. However, the judge in the Rihanna case ordered Chris to stay in rehab until April 17, when his D.C. assault case goes to trial, to see how it plays out. When Chris broke the (unspecified) rules and got booted, however, the judge had Sheriff’s deputies haul him to jail … where he may stay for awhile. Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, will go to court Monday to ask the judge to let him either go to another rehab facility or go on house arrest pending the D.C. trial. Given that this is the second rehab facility that booted Brown, who is being treated for anger issues, PTSD and bipolar disorder , he faces an tough fight there. Also, prosecutors wanted him in jail instead of rehab from the start, so they’re not likely to go any easier on him now … to say the absolute least. In the D.C. case, Brown has a strong defense, but if he’s found guilty, he could land in prison for breaking the law while on probation for beating Rihanna. If he’s acquitted or the case is tossed, his probation would be reinstated.
