Chris Brown to Remain in Jail For a MONTH, Possibly Longer

Jailed after getting kicked out of a second rehab center in four months, Chris Brown will likely spend the next month behind bars, and possibly a lot longer. Chris Brown Arrested in Rehab Chris Brown was jailed Friday after getting thrown out of the Malibu rehab facility where he’s been living for nearly four months, per judge’s orders. It’s still unclear why he got the boot from the rehab center, but TMZ reports it was not related to drug abuse or violence. In any case, he was told to get out. And go directly to jail. By virtue of getting arrested for assault in D.C. last fall, Chris violated his probation for beating up Rihanna in 2009, and had his probation revoked. However, the judge in the Rihanna case ordered Chris to stay in rehab until April 17, when his D.C. assault case goes to trial, to see how it plays out. When Chris broke the (unspecified) rules and got booted, however, the judge had Sheriff’s deputies haul him to jail … where he may stay for awhile. Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, will go to court Monday to ask the judge to let him either go to another rehab facility or go on house arrest pending the D.C. trial. Given that this is the second rehab facility that booted Brown, who is being treated for anger issues, PTSD and bipolar disorder , he faces an tough fight there. Also, prosecutors wanted him in jail instead of rehab from the start, so they’re not likely to go any easier on him now … to say the absolute least. In the D.C. case, Brown has a strong defense, but if he’s found guilty, he could land in prison for breaking the law while on probation for beating Rihanna. If he’s acquitted or the case is tossed, his probation would be reinstated. The recovering Amanda Bynes recently returned to Twitter, and she’s quickly making up for lost time in reconnecting with her fans. In a good way this time. On Monday, she posted self-portrait she sketched herself. “New sketch,” Bynes, 27, wrote. Check out her artwork! The star, who’s taking classes at FIDM in Orange County, drew a black and white pencil drawing that emphasized her big eyes, pouty lips, and long locks. She also appeared naked in the portrait … standard Bynes. She also pointed out how she only has one verified account. “FYI This is my only twitter account, I have no secret twitter accounts. Xoxo Amanda.” Bynes tweeted for the first time in months on February 28 following her stint in rehab, and deleted her previous, infamously erratic and bizarre tweets. “Hi everyone!” she wrote after a long hiatus due to mental health treatment. “I’m busy studying at @FIDM but I want to say I love you to my fans! Xoxo Amanda.” She has also changed her Twitter profile info to “Fashion Student” and uploaded a selfie for her default pic wearing minimal makeup and a grey sweatshirt. Katy Perry and John Mayer recently split for good, despite almost universal belief in celebrity gossip circles that a proposal was a matter of when, not if. The reason has been a mystery, until this theory posited by one tabloid: Allegedly, Katy Perry was the one to say enough is enough after she found out about his relationship with 24-year-old SoulCycle instructor, Lauren McHale. Apparently, the pair met at a bar in Los Angeles in May, then went back to her house for a little after-party after having a few drinks together. “They kissed,” an insider revealed of Mayer and McHale. “It was all very innocent. They didn’t sleep together.” Not innocent enough for the “Dark Horse” singer. It’s not clear why this connection reared its ugly head now and led to the Katy Perry-John Mayer breakup , but that’s allegedly what pushed her over the edge. Not that Mayer is too broken up over the couple’s separation. Allegedly, he’d gotten tired of Katy’s partying and how she constantly wears a big ring on her left hand to create relationship buzz, so he’s fine with it. “He’s moved out,” the source says, adding “Katy is a wreck.” To make matters worse, John was seen at an Oscar pre-party March 1, at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood, Calif., and he wasn’t alone! Brianne Altice, Utah H.S. Teacher, Pleads Not Guilty to Rape Charge After Sex with Student

Brianne Altice, a Utah high school teacher accused of having sex with a teenage student, pleaded not guilty in court this week to felony rape charges. Altice, 34, turned heads in court as she showed up in a figure-hugging top, slim-fitted pants and high heels … to deny the alleged sexual relationship. She is accused of first hooking up with him in a church parking lot; the boy claimed his English teacher at Davis H.S. had sex with him at least three times. The Kaysville, Utah, accuser was 16 at the time. At a preliminary hearing, he alleged that he was having problems at home, having recently moved to Utah, and would cut class to hang out with his instructor. Intimacy followed after an initial encounter in a church parking lot, he added. In November of last year, the boy reportedly admitted to the alleged affair. The Standard-Examiner reports that her alleged victim was able to accurately describe the layout of Altice’s home as well as the tattoos on her body. It’s not clear why he blew the whistle on the tryst. Jennette McCurdy is just a “ratchet ho” who played Andre Drummond like a tune to boost her own celebrity status … according to MTV star Charlamagne tha God. The Charlamagne & Friends star says he believes the NBA baller, who insists he did not leak the Jennette McCurdy lingerie pics that hit the web this week. Charlamagne tells TMZ Sports that the proof is in the pudding. First off, the actress publicly engaged the Detroit Pistons player on Twitter after he named the iCarly and Sam & Cat cutie as his “Woman Crush Wednesday.” “She’s clearly a ratchet ho,” he says, explaining that this was all her plan and that “social sexual networking hookups are for regular people not celebrities.” The couple had a brief relationship that fizzled out, after which the 21-year-old blasted Andre Drummond on a podcast out of the blue last weekend. McCurdy then pointed the finger at him after the racy pictures (below) mysteriously surfaced online within 24 hours, with Charlamagne calling BS on her. “I bet ten other guys have the same pics Andre has,” he says. “She’s an idiot.” And/or a “ratchet ho,” whatever that is. Urban Dictionary defines “ratchet” as “a diva, mostly from urban cities and ghettos, that [believes] she is every man’s eye candy.
