Breaking Justin Bieber news, folks: The singer was spotted at an Atlanta nightclub on Monday… and he was NOT drunk! According to an E! News source, the artist stopped by Tongue & Groove to help celebrate producer Bangladesh’s birthday, arriving just before 1 a.m. and sticking around for about 90 minutes. ” Justin came in wearing a dark gray hoodie, jeans, a baseball cap and had sunglasses on but pulled down and [was] carrying a Styrofoam cup,” the witness says. “He had been working at the studio late and came for the birthday party.” Bieber reportedly turned down a plea deal this week in regard to his DUI arrest and is likely headed to trial . Bangladesh and his pals ordered five bottles of Dom Perignon and 12 Heinekens for their private table, but this individual says Bieber didn’t imbibe any of the club’s alcohol. He was “well behaved,” according to the onlooker. Wow. We’re impressed. So peeing in mop buckets of any kind? “His entourage ordered Cîroc, Jack, and Moët,” concluded the insider. “They were hanging out and having a good time. They racked up a $3,000 bill. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Prenup to Include Second Child Clause?

Will Kim Kardashian and Kanye West get married in May? That’s the rumor, but it will depend on how quickly this couple irons out its prenuptial agreement. According to OK! Weekly, lawyers for both sides are hammering away at this marital documents, with “all kinds of provisions” being discussed ahead of any vow exchanges. “Money doesn’t seem to be the issue,” an insider says of where Kimye stands . “It’s all a wish list of clauses about what they expect from each other in order to make the marriage work.” For example, Kanye wants a second baby . That much has been made clear in the past. But Kim is hesitant to put herself through another pregnancy (“she didn’t enjoy being pregnant with Nori and she likes having her sexy body back,” this insider claims),  leading to a clause where Kanye will supposedly pay his wife MILLIONS if she gives him another kid. For her part, Kardashian wants Kanye to stick closer to home and to calm the heck down in general. Kris Jenner, meanwhile, is all about money and infidelity. “Kris wants to make sure that it is absolutely clear that if Kanye strays, he pays,” a friend tells the tabloid. Will things get hammered out soon? Most likely. It always helps when both parties are super rich. Brandi Glanville and Eddie Cibrian are still at odds over their breakup, with the former claiming that Mr. LeAnn Rimes wants child support … from Brandi. More than three years after their divorce, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is still railing against Eddie, this time taking to Twitter (obviously). Complaining that Cibrian (allegedly) asked her to pay child support for their two sons, Mason, 10, and Jake, 6, Brandi Glanville ranted about her ex: “2 all these young unmarried bloggers writing about getting over divorce & not seeing ur children grow up 1/2 the time, walk a mile in my shoes.” “I’m not taking cheap shots at my ex in my new book cuz it’s all true & now mr fancy new cars & house man is asking ME for child support ! U know nada.” “Everytime I take 1 step frwd [sic] I get a lawyers letter that takes me 3 steps back so when people say move on, I say 2 my ex LET ME! Just STOP.” “Going to stay positive and focus on my new book & let my lawyer handle the rest.” Going to stay positive except when I’m clearly not, that is. Mostly positive. Eddie Cibrian and Glanville have been divorced since 2010; he’s now married to singer LeAnn Rimes, an extremely high net worth individual by any measure. For his part, he denies that he is asking for support, so it depends who you believe … nothing new from a twosome whose feud never seems to die down. Money has long been a major challenge for the former lovebirds, however. In a recent interview with the U.K.’s Times magazine, Brandi admitted she and Cibrian weren’t very strategic with their finances during their marriage. “Eddie and I were never truly rich,” she explained. “We were ghetto rich.” “We had the nice cars, the nice house, the nice jewels, but we probably had a second and a third mortgage. We were living paycheck to paycheck, with no savings.” No longer, at least for Glanville. “I don’t live beyond my means,” she said. “I go to the 99 Cent Store. August 15, 2013, was the best day of my life. I woke up not knowing what was going to happen later that day so my mom and I drove around the city “Bieber hunting.” I kept telling her how I want to meet Justin before the summer was over and she thought I was CRAZY. I was so serious. It got to the point that I started stalking every LA belieber’s Twitter profile to see if they knew anything. I usually never find things out but I wanted this so badly and I finally got the location of the Lolly music video set. I called my friend Marlene and told her to come over ASAP and she thought I was crazy too but I made her. Us two and my other friend Kristeen drove around until we found the place (the Rolls Royce parked out front gave it away). We walked straight into the set, heard Lolly playing and a guard asked us what we wanted. We told him we were there for Justin and he said, “There’s no Justin here. This is a bar mitzvah!” As he said that to us, a group of the 12 year old dancers passed behind him and we told him he can’t lie now. He blew up on us and threatened to call the police if we don’t get off the property, so we waited across the street. We waited for about 15 minutes and started to get annoyed because of how hot it was. Then we noticed Justin’s black range rover coming into the lot and Ryan and Chaz walked out. We didn’t want to say anything but instead went to the security to ask when Justin was coming. He also got annoyed and told us to get back to our car. We turned around to walk back to the car and Justin’s baby blue Ferrari was in our way! We walked to the side of Justin’s car and before we can say anything, he rolled down the window and him and Za told us to listen to his new music! Za took our phones away so we couldn’t record and gave them to security. He opened the phones to make sure we weren’t recording and it was awkward because my phone background was a shirtless picture of Justin haha. We were listening to the first song and my cousin asked him if we can take pictures with him after and he said, “Yeah of course!” The song was about dancing and all I remember was that it was AMAZING. I don’t remember when I said it but I told Justin that I love his tattoos and he smiled at me. Marlene asked when Heartbreaker was gonna be released and he said, “I don’t know!” and the three of us yelled, “SOON” and him and Za started laughing. After that song finished, he told us, “Listen to this one. It’s called, What’s Hatnin!” We told him it sounded like The Weeknd and he said, “Oh yeah? Thanks.” We tried to talk to Justin but every time we said something, he would say things like, “Listen listen, I like this part” or “Wait the chorus is my favorite part.. keep listening!” They told us to dance so we danced and Za was staring at us awkwardly while Justin was nodding his head to the music. That’s when I realized… THIS IS UNREAL. I turned to Kristeen and said, “We’re currently chilling with Justin Bieber listening to his unreleased music and dancing with him…” When the song finished we asked for pictures and Justin got out of his car. Before I took my picture with him I said, “Wow your smile is so precious” and he said “Aww you’re so sweet!” I took my picture with him and said, “I’m sorry if this is too much to ask for but can I have a kiss?” He said, “How about this, how about you kiss me?” I kissed his cheek for almost 10 seconds because they were taking pictures and I started laughing because how awkward it got, but Justin’s face SMELLED SO GOOD. I told him he smelled good and he laughed. Justin started getting in his car after we thanked him and I ran over to Za before they left to ask for a picture. Za kept saying, “No, no pictures. I don’t want to be famous, you guys are making me famous!” Then out of nowhere Justin yells, “Just take the fucking picture!” and we all started laughing. Za took the picture with me, we said thank you and they drove off. The 3 of us went back to the studio later that night just for fun to see if Justin was still there. We met Maejor Ali, Lil Twist, Brad Haugen, and waved to Chaz and Ryan. On Justin’s way out he waved and drove off. Also, on August 15, 2012, I got to meet Justin for 30 seconds and took one picture with him ( here ) and then a year later on August 15, 2013 I chilled with Justin for over 10 minutes and took so many pictures.
