The 2012 smash hit Pitch Perfect proved that a capella singing competitions are a big draw to today’s audience. Now Rebel Wilson and Anna Kendrick are returning in their lead roles, and the sequel looks like it could be even better! Check out the first trailer below: Pitch Perfect 2 Movie Trailer The first Pitch Perfect grossed over $113 million dollars worldwide, on a budget of just over $17 million. That’s what people in the movie industry call “bananas.” It’s been three years, but now Rebel and Anna are back, along with a slew of supporting stars who are coming along for the ride: Elizabeth Banks ( The Lego Movie) , Adam DeVine ( Workaholics ), and Katy Segal ( Sons of Anarchy ) just to name a few.
