We recently revealed that the RHOA star appeared on “Watch What Happens Live” alongside Vivica A. Fox and confessed that just 13 days ago she went under the knife. Why? To fix her nose for”medical reasons.” “My tip was touching my lip,” said NeNe. It was a real medical reason why I had to get it done again,” said NeNe. “My cartilage was growing in my nose and my tip was touching my lip when I smile. I didn’t get a full rhinoplasty the first time, I only had my nostrils taken in.” She also added that she would never get a nose job just for cosmetic purposes. Mama June Talks About Horrific C-Section Mishap On ‘Botched’

Tonight's episode of Botched on E! will be particularly….special, not just because Mama June is the guest star . The Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star wants Dr. Nassif and Dr. Dubrow to fix whatever back country doctors did to her back when she had Alana AKA Honey Boo Boo. We think June wants a tummy tuck.  June explained (or tried to explain) what exactly had happened, adding that she had a C-section for each of her four children. First, she recalled that the doctor had told her that she wasn't getting a tummy tuck after her C-section, because child birth makes the uterus expand, and this is not the most opportune time to be pulling muscles to create flat abs. Actually, Dr. Dubrow had to explain this.  Who knows what the original doctor had recommended. It gets better. June has one incision from her four C-sections, but when Alana was being delivered, the doctor cut in a little too far and got her head. The Botched doctors were, of course, horrified, and I've decided not to eat dinner. To be sure he heard the woman right, Dr. Dubrow repeated the story back to her. “You're saying when he did the C-section he got so deep it actually cut into Honey Boo Boo's forehead?” he asked. Correct, confirmed June. “In all my life I've never heard of a C-section where a scalpel goes too deep and actually slices into the baby's forehead or even touches a baby,” Dr. Nassif said. “How does that happen? What type of doctor did this?!” Last week, June showed off her weight loss to fans.  How she got there will be revealed tonight. It takes a lot of work to change one's lifestyle and trim down, so props to the TLC star. Watch Botched tonight at 9pm on E! to see what happens.

Back in December of 2015, Kailyn Lowry underwent a Brazilian butt lift procedure. In the months since,  the Teen Mom 2 star also shed several pounds . The girl is clearly feeling herself these days, and we don’t blame her. Ms. Lowry posted the above pic to Instagram today, purportedly to promote the “body analyzer scale” that she’s standing on. But clearly the photo doubled as an opportunity to show off her new booty and midsection. Obviously, his isn’t the first time that Kailyn has flaunted  the results of her hard work and expensive procedure. However, we thought we’d share it as a way of giving props. Think for a moment about everything that went into this photo. Not only is the girl showing off her trimmed-down physique, she’s getting paid to do it. In order to appreciate that level of hustle, you have to take some time to think about where the other ladies of the Teen Mom franchise are in their lives: Jenelle Evans is fighting two custody battles at the same time . Amber Portwood is about to marry Matt Baier , who might be the douchiest of all TM boyfriends and husbands, which is really saying something. Farrah Abraham sadly remains Farrah Abraham. Obviously, Kailyn isn’t saving any lives here, but she appears to be moving on from a difficult divorce in admirable fashion.
