Phaedra Parks’ Divorce From Apollo Nida Thrown Out Looks like Phaedra may have jumped the gun a bit when she declared her divorce dead and gone — and Apollo may have rushed into a new engagement . According to TMZ , the judge in Phaedra’s divorce trial looked over a few things and ruled that the marriage should actually still stand at this point. The judge said that the divorce proceeding itself wasn’t actually fair to Apollo . Apparently, Apollo was led to believe that he would be able to attend court dates for the divorce from prison, which was never a possibility in the first place. Apparently, Apollo was also not notified about the final hearing, nor was he served with documents to let him know that the divorce was finalized. To top it all off, the judge said he was troubled several things within the divorce paperwork as well, like Phaedra “intentionally misspelling the parties’ names.” Hmmmm, do you think that Phaedra sabotaged her divorce on purpose ? iLoveMakonnen Talks Migos’ Gay Comments iLoveMakonnen is speaking out on the Migos’ apparent issue with all the support he’s received since stating the obvious coming out of the closet a few months ago . Makonnen sat down with The Fader and opened up on how he felt about the Migos’ comments. When asked about what Migos had to say about his coming out, Makonnen says their viewpoints clearly differ: [They said] some comments like, “World’s f*cked up.” My world, that I was living in, was f*cked up for me. That’s all I can say to clear those comments up like that. My world. The world itself is a beautiful place. It’s a natural habitat where people can live at. He also spoke on the Migos indicating that he couldn’t rap/sing about trappiness, since he’s gay and all. According to a new report, Christina El Moussa is doing more than merely posing in a bikini with her revenge body. She may very unwrapping all layers of clothing that cover it and placing it underneath a new man. In other words: Christina may be dating once more! One day after a bevy of photos surfaced in which El Moussa donned a two-piece and appeared to be taunting ex-husband Tarek with all he’ll never tap ever again, E! News writes that Christina attended a professional hockey game on Wednesday night. It was played between the Anaheim Ducks and Edmonton Oilers and the Ducks came out on top by a score of 4-3. But more pressing for our celebrity gossip purposes is the fact that Christina was spotted at the game with someone of the opposite sex. Fans are now wondering if this mystery man took El Moussa home afterward and came on top of the Flip or Flop star. (Sorry.) An onlooker told E! News that the pair sat rink-side near the glass and stayed until the very end of the game. “She was in a really good mood,” the insider says . “They were standing together, clapping [along] with everyone else.” Well, sure. It was a one-goal contest and the victory moved the Ducks to within two points of the Pacific Division lead. Just a few months ago, no one would have thought twice about El Moussa attending a hockey game. She would never have been followed around by any paparazzi and E! wouldn’t have cared about her whereabouts. But Christina and Tarek went from being HGTV co-hosts to frequent topics of rumors and innuendo after they announced their separation in December. Since that announcement tabloids have speculated on whether one side cheated… on who would get primary custody of the pair’s young kids… and on whether or not Tarek really joked about raping his wife on set. Christina even graced the cover of People Magazine a few weeks ago to tell her side of the story. “We’re just normal, nice people who just want to be the best parents and coworkers that we can be,” El Moussa told this national publication . Following two cancer scares for Tarek and the birth of their second child, Christina admitted last month that the stars simply grew apart. She made a mistake when she returned to work just four weeks after her son was born. “I was overwhelmed,” she told People, adding: “The tension between me and Tarek was high. We weren’t able to properly communicate anymore. It got to the point where we weren’t even driving to set together.” It also came out that Christina dated Gary Anderson , the family contractor, for a long time after splitting from Tarek. We can’t imagine her estranged husband was very happy about that romance. But that relationship is now over, leaving Christina to pursue other options. Not that she was doing that at the Ducks game, a rep tells E! News, saying: “She is single and not dating anyone. He is just a friend… [Christina] is taking this time to focus on her children and herself.” Oh. Okay then. So much for the joke that the Oilers likely pulled their goalie toward the end of this tight game and then maybe El Moussa did the same with her date later that same night, as another warped form of revenge. By the lofty, suspenseful, bat $hit crazy and awesome standards set by Shonda Rhimes, Scandal Season 6 has been somewhat of a disappointment. Up until last night, the first half of this latest run could mostly be summed up by one sentence: Rowan killed Frankie Vargas. Aside from that development, nothing has really stood out on what has long been considered the most twisty and turny show on television. But then the final minute of Scandal Season 6 Episode 7 aired. And our jaws have remained on the floor ever since, having dropped completely at the hour’s stunning conclusion. As the build up to this cliffhanger, we witnessed Huck get close to Phoebe Neidhart’s Meg, the friend of Jennifer Fields, who was just revealed last week to still be alive. Meg demanded answers about her friend’s supposed death, specifically pushing for Olivia to assist her and asking all kinds of questions about the heroine of Huck. Following some hot and heavy floor sex, Huck attempted to shut this problem down by introducing Meg to Jennifer Fields, who, of course, isn’t actually dead. Problem solved, right? It appears to be when Jennifer seemed psyched to see her friend… until Meg took out a gun and shot her in the chest. From there, the episode leaped ahead to Meg having a sit-down with Abby in a park. “Is it done?” Abby asked, as viewers wondered whether she could truly be the traitor. After hearing the confirmation of Jennifer’s murder, Abby went ahead and really made us gasp with her follow-up and inquiry: “And Huck?” Ummm…. WHAT?!? Huh? Say it isn’t so, Abby! Please! The action then cut back to that hotel room Jennifer had been hiding out in, with Meg turning her weapon on Huck and shooting him directly in the chest. Numerous times. “Don’t worry, Ms. Wheelan. He’ll have no idea you were part of this,” Meg told Abby at the park. Is that because Huck is dead? For real? It wouldn’t shock us is the character was wearing a bulletproof vest, but it also wouldn’t totally shock us if he’s gone forever. It’s been awhile since Scandal featured a major death. Huck, of course, was on a mission from Olivia to kill her dad and learned in the process that Rowan was told to kill Frankie by someone who threatened a person close to him. Moreover, this same individual had planted a mole by Olivia’s side who possessed the power to “say the word, and she’s dead.” Could this really be Abby? The series clearly wants us to believe it is right now. Mel B And Stephen Belafonte Take Kids To Family Therapy Even though they’ve each been spotted out and about still rocking their wedding rings after news of their divorce proceedings went public …Mel B and Stephen Belafonte are still pressing forward with their plans to split — for now, anyway. The couple took a big step toward being more amicable on Wednesday, according to TMZ . They, along with their four children, took a trip to the psychiatrist for a family therapy session. However Mel and Stephen took separate cars to the therapist’s office, while their four daughters, ages 5, 9, 12 and 18, arrived in a third car with the family nanny. Sources say that despite their anger and mountain of differences between them, Stephen and Mel really want to make sure their kids are okay with the transition in their lives. This is apparently the first time the two of them have been able to be in the same room in a cordial fashion for some time. Sources also confirm that up to this point in their split, a session like this would have been damn near impossible. Well at least they’re being mature about it! They were very buddy-buddy just a month ago…so perhaps with this new time they’re spending together they’ll be able to reconcile their differences and either move on peacefully OR come to enough common ground to work through it all.
