Disgraced former Southern Charm star Thomas Ravenel’s custody war with Kathryn Dennis continues. He is attempting to pressure the court to forbid Kathryn from discussing the custody battle — part of her life — on the show or on social media. Thomas says that he needs this gag order, or Kathryn could make it look like he’s a bad person. According to court documents obtained by The Blast , Thomas Ravenel is doubling down on his attacks on Bravo. “The worst mistake of my life was agreeing to be the star of the reality TV show ‘Southern Charm,'” Thomas claims in court. That is a wild claim. Notably, he was arrested and will stand trial for sexual assault . Thomas says “It amplified my past notoriety, showcased my wealth I accumulated through decades of hard work.” “And,” he claims. “Made me a walking target for men and women eager to get in front of the camera.” (Is that some Ashley Jacobs shade or are we reading too much into this?) “Most importantly,” Thomas says. “It caused embarrassment and pain to my parents, my sisters, and my children.” Thomas has accused Kathryn Dennis of using their children and custody battle for better ratings , and he is fighting that tooth and nail. “I do not believe Kathryn and Bravo should profit from this litigation,” Thomas insists. To that end, he wants the court to forbid her from addressing the custody battle in any way on Southern Charm or elsewhere. “And,” Thomas says, Kathryn shouldn’t profit “from the pain and suffering it has caused me and will inevitably cause our children,” “Sealing this case will do no good,” he warns. “If Bravo and Kathryn are allowed to discuss this litigation on TV or social media.” “Bravo and Kathryn will be at liberty to control the public narrative of this litigation,” Thomas fears. “And,” he warns, both his baby mama and former employer could “shape the story as it suits them.” He laments: “and my children will bear the shame of being fathered by a man the public believes is a monster, an abuser, and a narcissist.” The public already believes that, for a host of reasons. A Florida police officer was suspended for his actions during the arrest of 26-year-old Dyma Loving. Loving and her friend called the police to report that a neighbor pointed a shotgun at them after an exchange. The Miami Herald reports that Officer Alejandro Giraldo claimed that Loving threated him before he and two other officers aggressively arrested her, but body cam footage showed that Loving never threatened him, spoke clearly and became agitated only after repeated questioning and threats from Officer Giraldo. Prior to the body cam footage being released, cell phone video taken by Loving’s friend showed three officers roughly taking her down against a chain-link fence. “I just said I wanted to call my kid… What do you not understand? I had a gun pointed in front of me… I need to go call my children. I don’t understand,” said Loving in the video as she’s escorted away in a squad car. Loving and her friend Adrianna Green, 22, said they called police on March 5 after a man named Frank Tumm pointed a shotgun at them during an exchange where he called them “hookers” and one responded by calling him a “fa***t.” Tumm was initially not arrested and told police he didn’t own a weapon. The Herald adds that police revisited Frank Tumm’s home late Thursday night and took him into custody without incident. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and booked into the Turner Guilford Knight correctional center. His bond was set at $5,000. Loving has since said she’ll think twice about calling cops for help in the future. “I feel distraught and overwhelmed,” she told The Daily Beast on Wednesday. “Now, I don’t think I will ever call the police again.” SMH, we’re sending best wishes to this brutalized black woman.

Spoiler alert — the new mug shot was also a dead giveaway — but she failed. We’re told Tommie’s BAC was 0.16 … twice the legal limit, and a violation of her bond. Tommie was arrested on the spot, and no bail’s been set yet. We’re just weeks away from Meghan Markle’s due date , and all over the globe, royal watchers are eagerly awaiting the arrival of a new prince or princess. Of course, no one is more excited than the residents of Frogmore Cottage, the whimsical-sounding estate that Meg and Prince Harry currently call home. It’s surely a joyous but rather anxious time for the royals, as Meghan and Harry prepare to welcome their first child. Insiders say Meghan is in final preparation mode, and it’s all hands on deck as the big day draws near. Obviously, Meg and Harry aren’t residing at Frogmore by themselves, and a cadre of assistants, secretaries, and nannies-in-waiting are close at hand whether the royal couple is at home, or at their offices in Kensington Palace. And it seems that arrangement is causing a good deal of fretting among the royals at the moment. We’ve discussed the Duchess of Sussex’s staffing difficulties at length in the past. There’s been talk of Meghan bullying staff until they quit, and while that seemingly ridiculous claim remains unverified, there’s no denying that Meg has lost several close advisors in recent months. She’s soon to lose another, too, as Samantha Cohen has announced that she’ll be leaving the duchess’ service shortly after the arrival of Meghan’s baby. The announcement came just weeks after another one of Meghan’s advisors, Melissa Toubati, left her post abruptly. At this point, Meghan’s staff is largely temporary, and the revolving door nature of her personnel practices is reportedly raising concerns around Buckingham Palace. “There are so many open positions in all sorts of places at the palace that one slip-up in a background check or an interview could prove disastrous,” a source close to the situation tells Radar Online “Meghan basically has no close staff left, just before the birth of her child,” the insider adds. “It’s causing her huge stress.” In addition to concerns about being under-staffed, the need to hire several new employees in a hurry is raising security fears.
