Tracy Mabb may not be a celebrity, but she’s joined our celebrity mug shots gallery thanks to one of (if not the most) ridiculous booking photos ever. The 35-year-old Miami, Fla., resident was arrested for pulling her clothing up in a busy road and flashing ALL of her private parts to passing drivers. No word if her bizarre behavior was influenced by the coming zombie apocalypse in some way, but what is it with crazy people on Miami roads?! Unsuspecting motorists were forced into watching the impromptu freak/strip show as Tracy Mabb revealed her breasts, vagina and buttocks. Lovely. She acted in a “vulgar, indecent manner,” according to the police report. “I don’t give a f**k,” said the blonde non-bombshell when apprehended for her actions. No word if she was on bath salts and/or is a Muppet. Mabb was later charged with exposing sexual organs in public (that’s an actual law!) and was being held in jail on Wednesday on a $600 bond. Apparently she is also being held on a prior petty theft offense that allegedly took place April 8, according to Broward County court records.
Miss Pennsylvania USA Sheena Monnin resigned this week, calling the Miss Universe Organization “fraudulent, lacking in morals, inconsistent and trashy.” Let’s start with the first part. She wrote on Facebook that a fellow contestant saw a list revealing the top five Miss USA finalists before the show took place. The Miss Universe Organization denies this, saying in a statement: “The Miss Universe Organization can confirm the resignation of the Pennsylvania title holder after she did not place in the Top 16 at the Miss USA pageant.” “In an email to pageant organizers, she cited the Miss Universe Organization’s policy regarding transgendered contestants as the reason for her resignation.” “Today she has changed her story by publicly making false accusations claiming that the pageant was fixed, however the contestant she privately sourced as her reference has vehemently refuted her most recent claim.” “We are disappointed that she would attempt to steal the spotlight from Olivia Culpo of Rhode Island on her well-deserved Miss USA win.” Culpo, who won Sunday, was asked during the show about the inclusion of transgender contestants, which the organization permitted two months ago. “I do think it is fair,” she said. “I could understand how people could be apprehensive to take that road, but I do accept that … I believe it’s a free country.” After the organization changed its rules to allow Jenna Talackova , who was born male, to compete (for Miss Canada), Sheena Monnin was PISSED. According to Miss Universe officials, she wrote that she refuses “to be part of a pageant system that has so far and so completely removed itself from its foundational principles as to allow and support natural born males to compete in it.” “This goes against ever moral fiber of my being. I believe in integrity, high moral character, and fair play, none of which are part of this system any longer.” NOTE: Talackova placed in the top 12 and won the Miss Congeniality award. Monnin, meanwhile, stands by her allegation that Miss USA is rigged and that finalists like Culpo and Aubrey Bolte were pre-selected by higher-ups. She wrote on Facebook that, when she found out that the finalists were predetermined, she “decided at that moment to distance myself from an organization who did not allow fair play and whose morals did not match my own.” She also urges fellow Miss USA contestants to come forward, “then perhaps action can be taken. As for me, I believe her words and will not encourage anyone to compete in a system that in my opinon and from what I witnessed is dishonest.”
William “Billy” Bretherton, star of the A&E reality TV show Billy the Exterminator, was arrested in Louisiana for drug possession, according to reports. Police issued a warrant last week for Bretherton and his wife. His drug of choice was bath salts . Just kidding, but not too far off. Bossier City spokesman Mark Natale says authorities found items that tested positive for a “designer” or synthetic type of marijuana, plus “a device commonly used to smoke narcotics.” You’ll have to use your imagination on that one. Another interesting note in the case: Natale said police were called on April 28 to a Bossier City hotel following a 911 hang-up call from that room. A great way to get arrested: Start to call 911 on yourself while in the midst of some illegal activity, then sketchily hang up. It works almost every time. The reality show star and his wife surrendered to the police on Friday and were eventually released later that day after posting a $6,000 bond each. A&E reps were not available for comment.
Like Michael Richards before him, Jason Alexander has struggled to find show business success following Seinfeld . Also like Michael Richards before him, the actor now finds himself in a bit of controversy. But Alexander at least avoided any kind of racist rant for the ages . Appearing on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson Friday, Alexander was asked about his feelings on cricket and responded as follows: “It’s the pitch… It’s not like a manly baseball pitch; it’s a queer British gay pitch.” The phrasing led to a number of Twitter followers, along with members of GLAAD, coming down on Alexander, who then released a statement that apologized for the remark. “I should know better,” he said. “My daily life is filled with gay men and women, both socially and professionally. I am profoundly aware of the challenges these friends of mine face and I have openly advocated on their behalf. “So, I can only apologize and I do. In comedy, timing is everything. And when a group of people are still fighting so hard for understanding, acceptance, dignity and essential rights–the time for some kinds of laughs has not yet come. Never one to shy away from controversy, Madonna once again finds herself in the middle of one. During a concert in Tel Aviv last week, the Material Girl flashed a Swastika over the face of National Front leader Marine Le Pen, the political leader who has been accused of racism amidst her extremely conservative views. Catalina Clouser, a 19-year-old Phoenix, Ariz., woman, was arrested this weekend for driving away with her baby … ON TOP OF THE CAR. Police claim she put her five-week-old baby on top of her car in his car seat and drove off, apparently forgetting he was there, and not even noticing when the seat fell off of the vehicle and landed in an intersection, according to police. All of a sudden Tanning Mom looks like parent of the year. Woman Drives Away With Baby on Roof Neighbors discovered the baby on the road , still strapped to his safety seat, which was lying on its side. Luckily, the baby was completely unhurt. Clouser, who allegedly had been smoking marijuana, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving under the influence and child abuse. “We believe that whatever she was under the influence of was the deciding factor in what did happen to this child and we’re extremely happy that for the baby this turned out well and the baby is going to be OK,” a police spokesman said. Clauser, her boyfriend and their friends had been smoking marijuana earlier in the evening at a nearby park, but the boyfriend was arrested on suspicion of aggravated DUI when they went to a store – with the baby in the car – to get beer. Upset that her BF was arrested, Clauser went to a pal’s home to smoke more pot. Clauser left around midnight and apparently put the sleeping baby on the roof of the car and drove off, forgetting he was there, and continued driving. Leilani Gerlach, a homeowner who lives across from the intersection, notified police after she saw the baby in the car seat on the street. “We were both rolling our eyes in astonishment that someone could forget their baby,” Gerlach said. “The car seat was turned to the side so anyone passing by wouldn’t be able to tell there was an actual baby inside. Thank god they stopped.” After police arrived, two people walked up and told them the baby was Clausen’s. As the officers talked to the two, who identified themselves as friends of Clausen and her boyfriend, the young mother drove up, police said. “[She] had gotten into her car, set the baby seat on top of the car and forgot that the child was up there. It does not appear that immediately she realized what happened,” the police source said. “I think that perhaps she got where she was going and realized that she did not have the baby in the car.” “There was damage to the car seat, it was scraped but there was no damage to the child.” The baby is now in custody of Child Protective Services.
Hey guys, I’m a Swedish girl whose dreams came true at May 30th 2012. First of all, I’m not gonna start with saying, “I never thought I’d write this” because I did. I believed, I believed in my dreams, just like Justin taught us. As you might know, Justin has never been to my country. When I heard he was coming to Norway , I decided to go, and nothing could stop me this time. It was a tough thing to do, cause first of all it’s quite hard to convince a mother to let her 14 year old daughter go alone to another country . I think I made around 10 different plans, and there was around 10 people who should’ve gone with me. But they all gave up when things got hard. But I didn’t, so in the end I was the only one still believing. I fought for it, worked hard to get the money and I swear I did everything, and it payed off. So I went, I was the happiest – but most shocked girl in the world. I just couldn’t realize it was real life. On May 29th, I started my long journey to Oslo. 1000 kilometers, 12 hours by train , but still I couldn’t catch more than an hour sleep. I kept that smile cause I was aware of that my dreams might come true this day. At 7:00 am, I arrived in Oslo and I went straight to his hotel. It was an amazing atmosphere, us beliebers had so much fun, and whenever we saw a shadow in a window, we screamed our lungs off. Justin didn’t show up, but we got to see Kenny waving and smiling from the balcony, and I couldn’t believe that. Kenny is like my God. We kept on screaming, “JUSTIN BIEBER SHOW YOUR FACE!” and a lot of other stuff, and we sang his songs so loud. Heaps of police and securities started showing up but we were all doing fine and had the time of our lives, I can’t believe why everyone got so worried. At this time, we started singing Happy Birthday for Jazzy, and that’s when Justin walked out on the balcony, waved, went in to get his iPad to film us. My heart stopped and the tears started flooding. We did it. Even though I had promised myself to see him, I got so shocked and couldn’t believe this was really happening. I mean, I’m in JUSTIN DREW BIEBER’S iPAD. For not making this story too long, I also saw White Kenny, Scooter, Ryan Good and Alison Kaye, in different places in Oslo. I love them all so much and they made my dreams come true. In the evening, I was so excited and ready for Justin’s free concert. I was just going to go there and then the police showed up, saying, “You cannot go in there if you don’t have a wristband” and it felt like someone dropped a huge stone on me. What the? What wristbands? Then they said that you had to win them and they gave them out earlier. I was at lunch at that time they gave them out, which kind of made me hate myself. I said, “But I didn’t know..” and the police answered, “Well that sucks for you” and I couldn’t believe that. I tried to pick myself up and myself and some other beliebers went to the fence, we decided to sit there during the concert. We were going to see him, no matter what. I obviously started bawling when he started singing, with that huge smile on his face. Even though I had the worst seats, this was the best moment of my life. This was the best day in my life, thanks to Justin and the incredible crew. And thanks to that, I didn’t give up. So please, people, please don’t give up when things get hard. Believe in yourself and keep on working for your dreams, cause you deserve that. Indeed, there is no greater party dude in Hollywood — which is exactly what makes him the perfect candidate to present a special party-film montage at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards . The mother of an 8-year-old girl presented with a “Catastrophe Award” for the best/most excuses for not doing homework believes her child was humiliated by her teacher. Christina Valdez said her daughter, Cassandra Garcia, came home one day from class at Desert Springs Academy in Tucson, Ariz., with the paper award. The document, which looks like a colorful card, says: “You’re Tops! Catastrophe Award . Awarded to Cassandra Garcia. For Most Excuses for Not Having Homework!” The teacher signed and dated the card, which included a smiley face. Eight-Year-Old Wins ‘Catastrophe Award’ The teacher announced the award in front of Garcia’s entire third grade class, while other students laughed at her daughter, Valdez told KGUN-TV in Tucson. When she called to complain, the principal “blew me off,” Valdez added. “She said it was a joke that was played and that the teachers joke around with the children.” Valdez told KGUN that she didn’t find any of it funny. “I think it’s cruel and no child should be given an award like this. It’s disturbing,” she said, adding that she was unaware of any problem with homework.
This clip is just painful to watch. In an interview with Martin Short on The Today Show this morning, Kathie Lee Gifford asked the actor about his kids and their occupations – and then thought she was being complimentary by adding: “And you and Nancy have one of the greatest marriages of anybody in show business. How many years now for you guys?” The extremely awkward problem, however, is that Short’s wife passed away from ovarian cancer in 2010.
