Back in August, The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub was granted a restraining order against her husband, Marty Caffrey. Now, Danielle has been granted a second restraining order. She says that Marty will not leave her alone, let alone grant her the divorce that they both so sorely need.. Us Weekly reports that a rep for Danielle Staub has confirmed that Marty has been issued a temporary restraining order. The order against her estranged husband, which will be good for 10 days, was for the personal safety of Danielle and her children. Danielle has two adult daughters: Christine, age 24, and Jillian, age 20. An inside source explains that a factor in this second restraining order was an allegation against Marty of emotional abuse. “She couldn’t take it anymore,” the insider shares grimly. Emotional abuse can be serious, and it sounds like that was just one of the issues that drove Danielle to this desperate measure. “She went to the police department last night to file it,” the source reveals. Based upon Us Weekly’s reporting, we take that to mean Wednesday night — January 2. “It will be good for ten days,” the insider notes. Ten days, we hope, will be enough time for Danielle to either resolve the situation or obtain another, more permanent court order. “Danielle has been trying to end the marriage,” the source explains. Danielle and Marty married in May, but split just months later. “He’s been telling people that Danielle wants to work on their marriage, but it isn’t true,” the insider reports. Chillingly, the source adds: “He wont let her go.” That is very alarming to hear. The insider reports that Danielle’s legla team has “made four settlement offers to Marty.” “He’s refused all of them,” the source states. The insider adds that Marty has also “refused mediation.” “He’s intentionally dragging this out,” the insider accuses. “He has a second home nearby,” the source notes. “But refuses to leave the house that Danielle is living in.” Marty tells Us Weekly that he hasn’t “even seen Danielle [much]” and doesn’t know “why she would need a restraining order.” “I think what’s gone on here is that the last three episodes of the Housewives …” he theorizes. “Danielle has been portrayed her as this crazy bitch to everybody, including me, my kids, and Margaret and other cast members,” Marty speculates. That’s true. Danielle lashed out on camera . It’s part of her job, basically. “She received profound backlash messages on social media that she didn’t expect,” Marty claims. “It has thrown her for a loop,” he concludes. “And she’s taken out the blame on me.” Just weeks ago, Danielle herself opened up to Us Weekly about Marty’s behavior. “The fact that anyone would use your partner’s past,” she began. “As a way to abuse them.” Danielle continued: “and then verbally abuse and emotionally abuse my daughter or my children or my friends that are around me.” “There isn’t one woman that he’s had a conversation with that could say that he’s not an abusive man,” Danielle emphasized. ”It’s erratic behavior and it’s constant. Gwinnett County police say someone is using real Gwinnett police names and badge numbers to threaten people with arrest if they don’t pay a ransom in bitcoin. A victim called 911 in a panic telling the dispatcher her friend received a threaten call from supposed police officer saying if she didn’t pay a fine she would be arrested by Gwinnett County Police Sargent Jake Smith. Sgt. Smith said he isn’t happy with criminals using his name to try to extort money from people and they are doing everything possible to find the scammer. They are now looking to the public for help identifying the man in question. According to WTLX 29-year-old mother of 2, Leisa Bonique Johnson, was killed in front of her 3-year-old and 5-year-old daughters while attempting to push her broken down SUV out of the road at 1 a.m. on Monday. When the truck stopping running in the middle of a Spartanburg, South Carolina road, Johnson attempted to push the car to the shoulder and in the process became pinned under the vehicle with the girls sitting inside. The panicked children used her cell phone to call police, but clearly there was nothing they could do to help their mother. Johnson’s aunt and uncle say the car ran out of gas as she was driving to the emergency room, potentially to deal with blood pressure and blood sugar issues. The girls reportedly got out of the car three times and witnessed their mother’s death says Leisa’s aunt Sheila Rookard: “They managed to get out the car three times to see their mama up under their car,” said Rookard. “It’s going to be a struggle, you know, from the beginning, especially with them kids seeing that with (their) mom and stuff,” Rookard said. “Y’all just pray for us.” Here’s where things get a bit shady, in a story on WSPA, one of the daughters reportedly told a family member that a police officer pulled up and told Leisa to get the car out the road. Then left. A woman. With 2 small daughters. To move a car. Alone. At 1 a.m. Reporters are working to confirm the validity of that claim. Let some tell it, she kind of bombed, so much so that she was booed, prompting some folks at her sold-out show to walk out. Apparently, “The Last O.G.” star had been “partying all night,” still had some “Ciroc in her system” and had trouble remembering her lines. She ended up cutting her set short, but to make sure the audience still had a good time, she invited some folks up on stage to enjoy some of her vodka and see if they could do stand-up better than her. “F–k it,” she declared. “I really wanted to talk about some stuff and can’t remember none of it.” Was her behavior disappointing? Most definitely. Should everyone get a refund? Absolutely. Or maybe it does. Too often, when Black women have the audacity to excel at their craft, especially in areas that are male dominated, there will always be insecure men who will do and say anything to undermine that success. Hence, all these new rules that Black women have to follow and double standards we must adhere to that men never have to abide by. See, our greatness isn’t always looked at something to celebrate, it can be seen as a threat and a roadblock to other’s accomplishments. ‘Cause be crystal clear: We’re all Black queens, until our stars begin to shine brighter than theirs. Tiffany Haddish just happens to be the one currently in the crosshairs of that misogynist nonsense and her bombing in Miami continues to show us that as Black women we aren’t allowed to make mistakes. There is no room for error. We have to work harder, be smarter and be flawless in order for our talent to get a sliver of the recognition our mediocre male counterparts garner. But whether you love or hate her, Ms. Haddish isn’t going anywhere, but up. It’s official: David Eason is in trouble with the law. You’ll forgive us if we don’t exactly feel much sympathy for the close-minded bigot. Earlier this month, the former Teen Mom star had his awful wife, Jenelle Evans, record him towing a white truck with his own truck because he believed the vehicle was blocking his boat. Yes, this incident really happened. Yes, it’s as ridiculous as it sounds. No, it’s probably not among the top 17 most ridiculous things Eason did or said over the past year or so. According to Radar Online, which obtained the summons, Eason is facing charges for tampering with a vehicle and causing injury to personal property. These charges were filed on December 27 by the Wilmington, North Carolina, Police Department. “There is probable cause to believe that on our about the date of offense shown [December 19] and in the county named above, you unlawfully and willfully did by placing a winch cable on a victim’s vehicle and pulling same causing damage to the transmission,” reads this summons. It continues: “There is probable cause to believe that on or about the date of offense shown and in the county named, you unlawfully and willfully did wantonly injure personal property, GMC Truck transmission, the property of Terry Hill.” It appears to be true, folks: You can’t just go around towing other people’s cars or trucks. Let this be a lesson. In the video’s comments section, which hilariously now serves as the evidence that may convict Eason, the notorious gun-lover and Confederate Flag-lover says the following: Learn the right way to deal will [sic] a$$holes who think it’s cool to block you in a parking space. Good thing my trailer has a folded tongue that allowed me to get my truck out so I can tow him out of the way, in order to move my boat. Yes, this really is a good thing. Because by using said folded tongue, Eason may have set himself up to be busted by the police. Evans can be heard laughing and encouraging her husband to move the automobile in this footage, egging Eason on in this manner: “If you’re going to park this close and there’s no money in the meter… Pulled that motherf-cker out of the way.” Eason must now appear in court for a hearing on January 28, 2019. He will be held in contempt if he fails to show up. For those unaware: Eason was fired from Teen Mom 2 in February after he tweeted a fresh set of homophobic remarks. More recently, and even more disturbingly, Evans accused her husband of assault , telling a 911 operator that Eason may have broken her collarbone . She later told E! News that the incident was just a “drunk and dramatic misunderstanding” — and later told fans that she “would not put up with” being in an abusive relationship, insisting that “everything’s fine” between them. The rapper let the Migos know on wax with on his holiday diss record “Let Me Go Migo” that he wasn’t feeling their assertion that they are the “biggest group ever. “ So much for bringing joy during the holidays. Before the “beef” got to this point, it started out with the rappers going at on Instagram with Layzie Bone going on a posting spree with Offset finally responding challenging the Hip-Hop vet to a “bankroll challenge.” Layzie responded eloquently by pointing out “this is a skills challenge,” and instructing him to save up cause he’s “gonna need that bread for early retirement boy.’ While Offset isn’t probably taking this seriously and is supposedly prepping his solo project and trying to win back Cardi B , Layzie got in the studio and cooked up his diss track. On the record he raps: “N***as is fly as flamingos but will never fly as far as wings go. This is why you won’t Takeoff, they say Quavo is your boss and Offset you just look lost, get out the way and let me go.” “Woke up this morning right after the beef, I ain’t ‘gon lie I was thinking bout peace. Thought for one second like boy you a beast, so f**k them young n***as like f**k the police.” Oh, and The Migos wasn’t the only targets on the diss record. Layzie had some ammo for 21 Savage who got involved in the “best group ever” debate when chimed in with a debate. “Hol up here’s my savage flow, this shit feels too average tho. Source: Mihajlo Maricic / EyeEm / Getty Mother Shoots Daughter For Calling Police On Her During Dispute A mother in Washington state fatally shot her 14-year-old daughter as the teenager was calling 911 for help, according to authorities. The girl was on the phone with a dispatcher on Tuesday night when the operator reportedly heard someone say the words “you called 911” and “blow your head off,” according to the police report obtained by ABC News . After that, the operator heard a loud bang and some screams that indicated someone had died. The daughter, identified by KIRO 7 as Natalie Gulizia, was shot in the head by mother Svetlana Laurel, according to the Renton Police Department. The slaying took place at the Renton home of Laurel’s former husband Michael Gulizia, who had custody of Natalie. Michael Gulizia had returned to the home with his daughter to find his ex-wife, who had tied up their 12-year-old son. Natalie then went upstairs to try to call for help, but was still being followed by her mother. Michael Gulizia told police he heard “the sound of a single gunshot” upstairs, according to KOMO News. Investigators say that Laurel went back downstairs and tried to shoot her ex-husband. “The gun failed to fire, with Svetlana struggling to clear the malfunction in the pistol,” read court documents. Michael Gulizia then “rammed Svetlana into the wall with his shoulder, and was able to grab the pistol.” Michael Gulizia held his ex-wife until police arrived on the scene. Natalie’s body was found upstairs. Svetlana Laurel has been charged with first-degree murder.
On Tuesday, we reported on news that Jana Duggar’s longtime friend Caleb Williams has been accused of sexual assault . Earlier this year, there were rumors that Jana and Caleb were dating , but neither party ever confirmed those reports. A source close to the Duggar family exclusively informed The Hollywood Gossip that Caleb had been arrested for having sex with an underage girl. “Caleb has been arrested for Criminal Sex with a minor [in] Logan County Illinois,” the insider wrote in an email to THG. “Duggar family better check their little ones! This is a dangerous fella. Williams are trying their best to cover it up.” The tipster went on to inform us that Caleb’s brother was recently arrested for child abuse. And apparently, the well-heeled Williams family has been working hard to ensure that both men avoid prison sentences: “Both boys were avoiding arrest warrants by changing address and hiding in their homes when paper were trying to be served,” says the source. Obviously, that didn’t work. For many, the situation brings to mind the infamous Josh Duggar sex scandals of 2015, during which, it was revealed that Jana’s older brother had molested five young girls. (It is not currently known if Jana was one of his victims.) One important difference, however, is that Caleb might not find it quite so easy to avoid jail. According to Radar Online, Caleb has a court date coming up in January, and prosecutors aren’t taking any chances. Williams was indicted on two counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault in November. He is currently on probation and is not permitted to leave the state of Illinois or have contact with anyone under the age of 18. According to court documents obtained by Radar, Caleb stands accused of “placing his finger and his penis inside of a minor who was between the ages of 13 to 17.” The crimes allegedly occurred “on or between May 29, 2015 through August 1, 2016,” and “on or between August 1, 2016 through May 31, 2018.” Caleb spent one night in jail when he was first arrested, but he was reportedly bailed out by his mother.
