David Eason: Charged with Illegally Towing Some Dude’s Truck!

It’s official: David Eason is in trouble with the law. You’ll forgive us if we don’t exactly feel much sympathy for the close-minded bigot. Earlier this month, the former Teen Mom star had his awful wife, Jenelle Evans, record him towing a white truck with his own truck because he believed the vehicle was blocking his boat. Yes, this incident really happened. Yes, it’s as ridiculous as it sounds. No, it’s probably not among the top 17 most ridiculous things Eason did or said over the past year or so. You can relive the madness here: View Slideshow: David Eason Films Himself Towing Handicapped Stranger’s Truck, Will Face Criminal Charges [UPDATED] You can relive the allegedly illegal madness there, we ought to now say, because Eason has been charged with a crime. According to Radar Online, which obtained the summons, Eason is facing charges for tampering with a vehicle and causing injury to personal property. These charges were filed on December 27 by the Wilmington, North Carolina, Police Department. “There is probable cause to believe that on our about the date of offense shown [December 19] and in the county named above, you unlawfully and willfully did by placing a winch cable on a victim’s vehicle and pulling same causing damage to the transmission,” reads this summons. It continues: “There is probable cause to believe that on or about the date of offense shown and in the county named, you unlawfully and willfully did wantonly injure personal property, GMC Truck transmission, the property of Terry Hill.” It appears to be true, folks: You can’t just go around towing other people’s cars or trucks. Let this be a lesson. In the video’s comments section, which hilariously now serves as the evidence that may convict Eason, the notorious gun-lover and Confederate Flag-lover says the following: Learn the right way to deal will [sic] a$$holes who think it’s cool to block you in a parking space. Good thing my trailer has a folded tongue that allowed me to get my truck out so I can tow him out of the way, in order to move my boat. Yes, this really is a good thing. Because by using said folded tongue, Eason may have set himself up to be busted by the police. Evans can be heard laughing and encouraging her husband to move the automobile in this footage, egging Eason on in this manner: “If you’re going to park this close and there’s no money in the meter… Pulled that motherf-cker out of the way.” Eason must now appear in court for a hearing on January 28, 2019. He will be held in contempt if he fails to show up. For those unaware: Eason was fired from Teen Mom 2 in February after he tweeted a fresh set of homophobic remarks. More recently, and even more disturbingly, Evans accused her husband of assault , telling a 911 operator that Eason may have broken her collarbone . She later told E! News that the incident was just a “drunk and dramatic misunderstanding” — and later told fans that she “would not put up with” being in an abusive relationship, insisting that “everything’s fine” between them. We don’t believe her. View Slideshow: David Eason Plays with Dead Animal, Taunts FBI in Disturbing Posts

Pigs: Cops Kill 18-Year-Old Mentally Ill Man In Front Of Parents After They Call Them For Help

Did they REALLY have to kill him?? Cops Kill Mentally Ill Teenager We can only imagine how the parents feel knowing they called the police for help only for them to kill their son. According to CNN: Seventy seconds: That’s how long a North Carolina family says it took for things to go horribly wrong as they sought police help dealing with their mentally ill son. Keith Vidal, 18, died Sunday. According to CNN affiliate WECT, he was just shot 1 minute and 10 seconds after a third law enforcement officer showed up at his Brunswick County home. “There was no reason to shoot this kid,” the teen’s stepfather, Mark Wilsey, told WECT on Monday. “They killed my son in cold blood. We called for help, and they killed my son.” “I think that we can certainly understand why this family is upset right now,” the Wilmington Star-News newspaper quoted District Attorney Jon David as saying. “They just lost a child, and certainly my thoughts and prayers are with them. But what they want from this office today is justice, and I intend to give them exactly that.” The incident happened Sunday afternoon when the mother and stepfather of the Boiling Spring Lakes man called police. According to stepbrother Mark Ryan Wilsey, Vidal had schizophrenia and “was having an episode,” and his parents wanted police to subdue him so he could get help. “Everything was going good,” Mark Wilsey said, according to WWAY. “Then this fat cop from Southport walks in the room, walks around the corner, says, ‘We don’t have time for this. Tase that kid now. Let’s get him out of here.’ “ The stepfather said Vidal tried to run but was struck with two Taser charges and fell backward. He said the first two officers to respond got on top of Vidal. WECT attributed a slightly different accounting of events to Mark Wilsey. In that retelling, the stepfather said officers had pinned Vidal to the ground after he had been tased and one of the officers said, “We don’t have time for this” and shot his stepson. Seventy seconds after the third officer arrived, WECT reported, citing police records, police radioed that they had had to shoot the teenager in self-defense. SMH. Facebook

Epitome Of A God Awful Babysitter: This Heartless Muhfugga Beat A 2-Year-Old To Death Because She Had Diarrhea

He also burned her! Does this 19-year-old look like he should be watching anybody’s kids to you? We didn’t think so either, but a toddler’s family is now mourning her death because her babysitter didn’t like having to deal with a case of the runs. A Wilmington man has been charged with homicide after allegedly beating a friend’s 2-year-old daughter, possibly because she had diarrhea. The child had been placed on life support Sunday and was declared dead Tuesday afternoon, Wilmington police said. An autopsy Wednesday showed the girl had an apparent burn on her back and bruising on her abdomen and back, according to court documents. She died of a brain injury and abdominal bleeding caused by blunt-force trauma, police said. Jonathan Rodriguez, 19, was caring for the girl and her two siblings at his home in the 300 block of E. Second St., Asbury Apartments, on Sunday while their mother was at work, Wilmington Detective Patrick Conner said in court papers. About 8:30 p.m., Rodriguez called 911, saying he’d put the girl down for a nap and later found her unresponsive and not breathing, Conner said. He told police he picked her up, shook her to awaken her, started CPR and ran to another apartment for help. Police and New Castle County paramedics took the girl to Wilmington Hospital, where doctors revived her. She was placed on a respirator and taken to Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Rockland, police said. Rodriguez told police the girl had fallen off the couch a few days earlier, Conner said. Dr. Allan De Jong, a pediatrician and child-abuse expert, said the girl’s injuries could not have come from such a fall, Conner said. Conner said the girl’s 4-year-old sibling, who was with Rodriguez Sunday, told a family member that Rodriguez hit the girl because she had diarrhea. Also, a witness said they heard loud thuds coming from the apartment throughout the day, Conner said. Police arrested Rodriguez Friday and charged him with one count of homicide by abuse or neglect. He is being held without bail at Young Correctional Institution. This is horrible. Who can do something like this to a child? Especially for something that is a human body function that was beyond her control???? R.I.P. Source More On Bossip!
