Source: Delaware Police Dept. / Mugshot Daycare Worker Arrested For Suffocating 4-Month-Old Baby Tragedy has struck a family in Delaware after a Daycare worker was seen allegedly suffocating a child to death on video. 19-year-old Dejoynay Ferguson “placed her hands over the victim’s mouth and nose and intentionally restricted her breathing until she became unresponsive,” Delaware State Police said in a statement Friday. According to Delaware Online , the death occurred at about 10:30 a.m. Thursday morning and there is a surveillance video of the incident. While wearing latex gloves, Ferguson picks up the 4-month-old child by the front of her shirt and place the baby on a changing table, according to court documents. The young woman could then be seen putting her hands on the child’s face for more than three minutes. After she removed her hands, the child was “unresponsive and motionless”. She then took the child and placed her in a crib, police said. 20 minutes after the child became unresponsive, a call to police was made by the daycare owner. Initially, the worker told police that she “grabbed” the child because they became fussy, which was not seen on the video. Dejoynay Ferguson was charged with first-degree murder this week.
Amber Portwood is not going down without a fight. Hmmm… okay, fair enough: That may not be the best phrase to use when it comes to this troubled Teen Mom OG star. But the general point remains: Portwood is doing everything she can to remain close to her son. As previously reported, Andrew Glennon has filed a legal motion to take the estranged couple’s one-year old son to California. He seemingly wants to move halfway across the country with little James, likely to try and start over after Amber was arrested on July for felony assault. According to Glennon and the police report from that incident, Portwood attacked both her boyfriend and even her baby (indirectly, but still) with a shoe and then with a machete. Now, however, Portwood has filed her own motion in response to that of Glennon. She wants to legally ban him from residing in California with James. “Mother objects to the relocation and believes that it is not in the best interest of the child to relocate to California,” the court papers read. They continue: “Mother requests that Father’s Notice of Intent to Relocate be denied. Mother is requesting that the court enter an order preventing the relocation of the child.” Andrew has alleged that his employment and family are in California, and that he has no ties to Indiana, but Portwood counters this claim as follows: “Father has previously been employed as a day trader which can be done from any location,” adding that Glennon’s basis for his desired move is “disingenous.” There’s also no proposal in Glennon’s official filing for just how he and Amber would co-parent from afar. This is likely because Glennon thinks Amber hates being a mom and is a terrible mom and probably shouldn’t really be an active mom at all. As things stand right now, Glennon has custody of James and Amber is only permitted to see the toddler under the supervision of a court-approved adult. It looks like she may see her son soon, though, because Portwood shared the above photo four days ago and wrote as a caption to it: Love you and see you soon little bubba. Earlier this week, as part of a Teen Mom reunion special, Portwood denied allegations that she used a machete back in July, trashing Glennon for being downright insane . But Andrew then fired back with some very personal and revealing allegations. In a social media rant just yesterday, Glennon told followers about the “the landslide of abuse that I had to endure the past entire year.” “It changed me,” continued Glennon painfully. “She broke me down psychologically. I became more silent, I hesitated before speaking, what she did literally altered my speech pattern. I needed to be prescribed medication for anxiety which I have never had in my life… “I’m not going to be silent until your dust settles. I’ve been silent for too long. Jay-Z and Roc Nation continue to find themselves in a deeper hole when it comes to their politics. Recently, the group announced that they would be partnering with the NFL as part of their Inspire Change initiative to donate $400,000 to two Chicago charities — the Better Boys Foundation Family Services organization and the Crushers Club. Well, surprise, surprise… Folks did some digging into one of the organizations, and it seems they don’t fully ride for Black people despite their surface-level charities. Twitter user @RzstProgramming brought up AAALL the receipts. They dug up old tweets and social media posts from Crushers Club and it was revealed that… 1. They have a history of gleefully cutting off Black boys’ dreadlocks. 2. They support Donald Trump helping Chicago with gun violence. 3. They believe “All Lives Matter.” 4. They practically fawn over the Chicago Police Department. *Sigh.* It seems most of the smoke is aimed at Crushers Club president Sally Hazelgrove who, according to now deleted tweets, said things like: “And another Crusher let me cut his dreads off! … and, just like that, Britney Spears’ new hair color doesn’t seem like a very big deal any longer. Not after multiple outlets have confirmed Kevin Federline recently accused his former father-in-law of child abuse. The former professional dancer — who was married to Spears for two years and who shares kids Sean Federline, 13, and Jayden James Federline, 12 — with the global superstar, has filed an official police report against Jaime Spears. In documents obtained by The Blast, it has been reported that Kevin filed said report on August 25, the day after an alleged physical altercation between Jamie and his and Britney’s oldest son, Sean. This incident supposedly went down at Jamie’s home in Ventura County while he was watching his grandkids. According to TMZ insiders, an altercation between Jamie and Sean turned physical at one point… with Mr. Spears putting his hands on his grandson in violent fashion. It was not by accident, either, these same insiders explain. TMZ writes that Jamie broke down a door to get to his grandson and grabbed him once he was in the room. It’s unclear at this time exactly what precipated to confrontation — not that it matters, of course. The action described above is wildly inappropriate and likely illegal, if the report is true. Sources close to the investigation tell TMZ that there were no visible bruises or injuries to the 13-year old. Nevertheless, this incident was severe enough to Federline that he reported it the next to day to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department. While we await further details, we can at least report investigators have already interviewed witnesses and turned over their findings to the District Attorney’s Office. The district attorney is the person who will now determine if there’s enough evidence against Jamie Spears to file charges. Spears and Federline stunned the world when they exchanged vows in 2004; they took fans by less surprise in 2006 when they filed for divorce. This police report filing comes just days after Federline and Spears formalized a custody agreement in which Kevin will have custody of their two sons 70 percent of the time. This has been the general arrangement for about a year, but it is now legal. Prior to this set-up, Kevin and Britney — who have been on very solid terms for many years — shared custody of their kids equally. UPDATE : As you could have guessed, this alleged altercation between Jamie and Sean took place during Britney’s allotted time with the children. We cannot say for certain where she was at the time, but she allegedly took Sean and Jayden away from their grandfather at one point and brought them back to her home. Federline was called later to pick them up and the boys stayed the evening of August 24 with their father. If Jamie is charged, the crime will more than likely be considered a misdemeanor. Jamie has served as the conservator of his daughter’s estate for nearly a decade. He has often had a turbulent relationship with Federline, especially of late. Earlier this year, Jamie and Kevin went at it in court over an increase in child support for the former DJ as he took over the majority of custody while Britney dealt with mental health issues. Source: Branimir76 / Getty Man Chokes His Teen Daughter Over Last Slice Of Pizza According to the Springfield News-Sun , an Arizona man is being accused of choking his 16-year-old daughter as they argued about a slice of pizza . Chipasha Luchembe, 41, faces nine counts of child abuse, four counts of aggravated assault police said they found a teenage girl with a bruised, swollen face, bruises to her abdomen and scratch marks on her neck. According to the police report, Luchembe said he “became upset” because he told his daughter to save him a slice of pizza. After he didn’t get his pizza, the girl said Luchembe splashed water in her face, slapped her “a couple of times” and put his hands on her neck. Luchembe allegedly pushed his daughter to the ground, punched her in the stomach, pulled her hair, spat on her and put her head in the sink. Luchembe also allegedly punched the girl in the face. The report adds that Luchembe “choked her to the point of where she passed out and urinated on herself.”

According to the Rio Times, Tuesday Clauvino da Silva was transferred to maximum security. “Three days after his failed escape, da Silva, a senior member of Comando Vermelho (Red Command), one of Brazil’s main crime groups, was found dead in his cell in a maximum-security prison. Officials said he appeared to have hanged himself with a bedsheet. Source: Robert Alexander / Getty Mississippi Man Sues Police For $1 Million Over Bloody Beating Another day, another cop abusing his power to inflict injury on a Black body. A Mississippi man, Wesley Logan, was beaten bloody by Water Valley police officers during a traffic stop and now he’s suing the city for $1 million. Logan says he was asked to get out of his car after approaching a roadblock and the officers in question began to beat him because they believed he was going to run away according to WREG . “We could’ve been burying him, and thank God we’re not, but it still hurts, and I’m not the only one who feels that way,” father Wesley Logan said. The lawsuit was filed against the county, the city and several police officers and deputies. “Enough is enough. It is time that black men be given the benefit of the doubt, just like white men,” his attorney Carlos Moore said. To add insult to injury, Logan has been charged with driving on a suspended license, resisting arrest and simple assault. According to USA Today , this is exactly what happened when an Alabama man broke into a woman’s house. Cops say they responded to a domestic dispute call on Thursday and found Larondrick Macklin, 31, with burns on his face. He reportedly broke into the woman’s house armed with a gun and she defended herself by throwing a pot of hot grease on him. A detective with the Decatur Police Department said he learned that Macklin was the “primary aggressor in the altercation.” He was taken to the hospital after the hot grease was thrown in his face.
