Dallas Police Bodycam Footage Captures Final Moments Of Tony Timpa’s Life Footage has bee released from a 2016 case of a Dallas man dying while being arrested by police. Tony Timpa, 32, died after authorities pinned him to the ground in the controversial “prone position” with his face in the ground and a knee in his back. The Dallas News obtained the footage of Timpa’s final moments after a three-year records fight. A federal judge finally ruled Monday in favor of a motion by The News and NBC5 to release records from his death, saying “the public has a compelling interest in understanding what truly took place during a fatal exchange between a citizen and law enforcement.” In the footage, Timpa who called for help in August 2016 because he suffered from schizophrenia and depression and was off his meds, is seen being aggressively pinned down. He tells authorities 30 TIMES that he can’t breathe and wails “You’re gonna kill me” as he lays pinned down for 13-minutes. Authorities alleged that the pinning was necessary to keep the man from rolling into the street. As he lay dying officers then mock Timpa and claim they hear him snoring. “It’s time for school. Wake up!” says one in the video obtained by The Dallas News. “I don’t want to go to school! Five more minutes, Mom!” replies another mocking the now dead man. “He didn’t just die down there, did he?” one asks after noticing that Timpa was lifeless. The Dallas News reports that officers Kevin Mansell, Danny Vasquez, and Dustin Dillard were indicted by a grand jury in 2017 on charges of misdemeanor deadly conduct and a grand jury’s indictment stated that the “officers engaged in reckless conduct that placed Timpa in imminent danger of serious bodily injury.” But in March, Dallas County District Attorney John Creuzot dismissed the charges saying that medical examiners did not believe the officers acted recklessly and “cannot, and will not, testify to the elements of the indictment beyond a reasonable doubt.” The video is below. Actions have consequences Police saw that Jay had allegedly violated the PFA, so they contacted him to inform him that he would be arrested. Jay turned himself in. Because he is not a US citizen (and was in fact awaiting deportation anyway), Jay was placed in ICE custody. 6. But he still has supporters Remember that long-term girlfriend of Jay’s? Black folks still can’t just walk around a clothing store without being followed or accused of stealing. Santa Monica couple Joel Stallworth and TaMiya Dickerson experienced just that on Friday after a Nike store manager told police that they stole a $12 Nike swoosh mini basketball, which they in fact purchased. According to reports , Stallworth and Dickerson were leaving the Los Angeles store when the manager, a White woman, followed them outside and accused them of stealing. They reassured her that the ball was purchased, but in true White lady fashion, the manager flagged down the police. Once the police made their way over, the couple pulled out their recent to prove that they bought the basketball. The manager, and officers, were shook when they realized the Dickerson and Stallworth were telling the truth. NIKE issued a statement to the family after the incident, saying: “We are taking the recent situation at our Santa Monica store very seriously, and we are currently investigating the facts. We will continue to work with our teams to ensure we deliver on our expectations for consumer experiences.” However, the couple is still quite pissed about the incident. Stallworth told KTLA : “She had zero evidence that I stole anything. She couldn’t have evidence because I bought it. She discriminated against me. She planted an evil seed in the officer, so as soon as the officer came up to me, he said, ‘Sir, give me the stolen ball.’” Once the incident was resolved, the couple returned the basketball to the store and got a full refund. Sucks it had to come to that in 2019 smh.

Miley Cyrus is under scorching hot fire at the moment for seemingly showing support for one of the most reviled celebrities in all of America right now. But, we mean, she can’t really be a fan of Jenelle Evans… can she?!? We never would have believed so, but a number of social media users have pounced on a recent photo Cyrus shared on Instagram — or, rather, re shared on Instagram. As you can see below, the photo in question features Jenelle’s step-daughter, Maryssa, banging away on the drums, apparently to Miley’s most recent single, “Mother’s Daughter.” We know this due to the caption Evans included along with the original image. “@MileyCyrus #MothersDaughter,” the post simply read. “BY: Maryssa Eason.” Cyrus, it’s very safe to assume, passed this snapshot along solely because Maryssa was playing her single. She wasn’t actually saying anything about Evans as a person, mother or animal owner. But anything related to Jenelle is a sensitive topic these days, considering Evans and her husband, David Eason, just spent several weeks without their kids (including Maryssa) after authorities determined the kids were being raised in an unsafe environment. They reached this conclusion after Eason shot and killed his family’s dog . Naturally, Miley therefore sort of showing any kind of support whatsoever for Jenelle is being met with extreme criticism by her fans around the Internet. Miley Cyrus Shares Jenelle Evans Post, Gets Dragged for Supporting a Dog Killer
Last week, the world learned that disgraced former Southern Charm star Thomas Ravenel hired a private invesgiator to stalk Kathryn Dennis for months . Now, he’s accusing her of conspiring with Nanny Dawn Ledwell, who has accused him of rape, before either of them came forward. Thomas even claims to have their messaging history with which to prove it. According to court documents obtained by The Blast , Thomas is doubling down on an old conspiracy theory. He alleges that Kathryn Dennis’ decision to file for full custody of 5-year-old Kensie and 3-year-old Saint is just a publicity stunt for her reality career. (It’s funny how as soon as he was no longer welcome on the show, he suddenly treated Southern Charm as his enemy) For months, now, Thomas has insisted in court that Kathryn and Bravo cooked up this custody war to give her a new storyline. Now, he’s adding another piece to that mix — the allegation that Kathryn also sonspired with Nanny Dawn Ledwell. And Thomas claims to have the phone records to prove it. “The more information uncovered about Kathryn’s actitivies, the more Kathryn was found to be connected to Dawn,” Thomas reports. “On Sunday, May 6, 2018, I requested that Kathryn submit to a drug test in anticipation of our coming mediation,” he recalls. The mediation was “to discuss changes in her visitation and child support.” “I needed to know she was drug free to offer her more time,” Thomas explains. “The very next day …. The day I ‘made’ Kathryn submit to a drug test,” he remarks. “Dawn went to the police and filed a criminal complaint against me.” Thomas tells the court that Nanny Dawn Ledwell spoke to Kathryn twice the day she went to see the police. He does at least acknowledge that he was aware that she accused of a brutal sexual assault in 2015. Kathryn on this same day, apparently Kathryn called a producer — which may have happened for any number of reasons. Most interestingly, Thomas claims that Kathryn paid a law firm $20,000 from the day Dawn filed with the police, before the information was even public. It’s clear that he wants the court to conclude that Kathryn, Ledwell, and Bravo are all in cahoots — to try to ruin his life. Some of Thomas’ in-court arguments sound a little odd. First of all, it is extremely normal for a mother and her child’s former nanny to stay in touch in some capacity. Considering what Dawn had seen from inside of Kathryn’s home, they may have felt closer to each other through their shared experiences with Thomas. Dawn may have been giving Kathryn a head’s up that she was finally going to police. Thomas might like the idea of it being some elaborate lie, but he’ll stand trial for rape because Dawn told her truth. Thomas is hoping to once again expose the public to his preferred narrative. He thinks that Kathryn is seeking custody because she wants reality TV cred, not to get them out of the house of an alleged rapistt who may soon go to prison. But repeating his version of what happened in court documents, he may hope to repeat the story long enough to sway public opinion. Why is that? Maybe the dude just likes to be liked. But, at thse risk of sounding like conspiracy theorists, one could almost wonder if Thomas is doing a practice run for his rape trial. Perhaps Thomas some some underlying evidence that Dawn, Kathryn, or even Bravo discussed further details or concocted the scheme he describes. If so … we would like to see it. We’re always open to learning new facts of a case. In the mean time, it sounds like wasted hot air from a man desperate to keep his reputation afloat before his upcoming criminal trial.
