Khloe Kardashian: My Friends Are SNAKES and THIEVES!

Subtweeting is usually about someone having bad manners or letting someone know that you know. It isn’t usually about crime . But Khloe Kardashian shot out some tweets about a friend stealing from her … and is straight-up asking if she should go to the police. “What would you do if you found out a friend was stealing from you?” That was her tweet, seemingly out of nowhere, on Thursday. But that wasn’t the end of what she had to say. “Would you cut off the friendship and let God handle it? Or would you go the legal route?” That was her second tweet, a clear follow-up to the first. We know that the Kardashians subscribe to a very specific sort of Christianity, and we can respect that as much as we can respect anything about the Kardashians, but simply cutting off a friendship won’t stop them from stealing from the next person, you know? She did clarify that she did not mean her friend, actress  Malika Haqq , who had been named in some of the response tweets. “No, guys! Malika is my sister! Never ever ever! We ride for life.” “Way TOO many shady people in the world. The grass is cut LOW. I see a few snakes.” It’s a little unclear if that last one is talking more about the unnamed, “hypothetical” thief … or the responses that she was getting on Twitter. Maybe both. You know, if pregnancy rumors about Khloe and Tristan Thompson are true, this could be the hormones talking. But maybe not. The strangest part of all of that is the bit about going to the police, right? For most of us, Twitter is a great way to keep up with friends in real time, follow the news, have occasional brushes with celebrities, and make what we will of the occasional  covfefe . But for Khloe, it’s apparently a place to ask for legal advice. But we think that we know what was going on there, and she wasn’t really asking for advice. Because anyone who might have actually been stealing from her would probably want to stop at that point. Being caught is scary enough, but police involvement would be so much work. Hell, they might even break off the friendship themselves out of fear that Khloe would turn them in. The true purpose of subtweeting isn’t to share your situation with others, it’s to have your tweets read by their unnamed subject. Khloe was sending a clear message. If we hear that she’s called the cops on somebody, we’ll know for sure that it wasn’t received. View Slideshow: Khloe Kardashian Gym Selfies

This morning Willie Cory Godbolt was taken into custody by authorities from multiple agencies after allegedly killing eight people , including 36-year-old Lincoln County Deputy William Durr. In a news release, Mississippi Bureau of Investigation spokesman Warren Strain said Godbolt’s killing spree started Saturday night around 11:30 pm when police received a call about a domestic disturbance at 2871 Lee Drive in Bogue Chitto, according to Clarion-Ledger reports. The bodies of three female victims and the deputy were discovered at that address. A second crime scene where the bodies of two juvenile males were found was located at 1658 Coopertown Road in Brookhaven, and the bodies of a male and female were recovered at a third crime scene, located at 312 East Lincoln Road. Strain said the names of the other seven victims could not be released until next of kin are notified. #Breaking Corey Godbolt taken into custody by officers of multiple agencies. pic.twitter.com/NGsh4CT3ss — Therese Apel (@TRex21) May 28, 2017 Therese Apel, of the Clarion-Ledger was at the scene when Godbolt was arrested after fleeing the police, took multiple photos and video footage of the suspect who claimed his violent acts were committed because he loved his wife and children and he loves Bogue Chitto. He was just there,” Godbolt said of the deputy. “We was talking about me trying to take the children home … somebody called the officer … that’s what they do, they intervene. It cost him his life. I’m sorry.” Suspect tells me Lincoln Co. deputy was just in the way, and after all this he meant to commit suicide by cop. pic.twitter.com/ZebieSQkdR — Therese Apel (@TRex21) May 28, 2017 Asked what’s next for him, Godbolt said, “Death … Suicide by cop was my intention. Chris Cornell Funeral: Wife Pens Heartbreaking Letter Prior to Farewell

Prior to laying her husband to eternal rest, Chris Cornell’s wife wrote a public letter to her husband on Wednesday that was published by Billboard.com We’ve shared it below. But be warned: it will almost definitely make you cry. One week after the former Soundgarden and Audioslave singer killed himself  following a show in Detroit, Vicky Cornell addressed the artist directly on a moving message. “To my sweet Christopher, you were the best father, husband and son-in-law,” she wrote, adding: “Your patience, empathy and love always showed through. You had always said I saved you, that you wouldn’t be alive if it were not for me. “My heart gleamed to see you happy, living and motivated. Excited for life. Doing everything you could to give back. “We had the time of our lives in the last decade and I’m sorry, my sweet love, that I did not see what happened to you that night. I’m sorry you were alone, and I know that was not you, my sweet Christopher. “Your children know that too, so you can rest in peace.” Cornell battled a substance abuse problem for years prior to passing away. A friend recently came out and said the star was high during his final performance . As is the case with any suicide, we’ll likely never have all the answers to every question, but Vicky is determined to keep a positive memory of her husband. She concluded her open letter as follows: I’m broken, but I will stand up for you and I will take care of our beautiful babies. I will think of you every minute of every day and I will fight for you. You were right when you said we are soulmates. It has been said that paths that have crossed will cross again, and I know that you will come find me, and I will be here waiting. I love you more than anyone has ever loved anyone in the history of loving and more than anyone ever will. Always and forever, your Vicky. Cornell’s death has officially been ruled a suicide by hanging. He was cremated in Los Angeles on Tuesday, May 22 and he will be laid to rest in a private ceremony at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery on Friday, May 26. The singer’s body was found in a hotel bathroom by a family friend after Vicky had not heard from him in hours. She grew concerned and asked this acquaintance to try and track Cornell down. The couple has two kids together and Vicky told TMZ the day after this tragedy that she saw no signs in the weeks preceding it that Cornell was in such a bad place. Cornell had checked into a rehab facility in 2013 and Vicky said last week she believed her husband remained clean ever since. Vicky thinks that prescription drugs may have played a part in her husband’s death. In a previous statement, the grieving mother wrote that Cornell would never intentionally hurt his family by taking his own life. “I noticed he was slurring his words; he was different. When he told me he may have taken an extra Ativan or two, I contacted security and asked that they check on him,” Vicky said at the time. “What happened is inexplicable and I am hopeful that further medical reports will provide additional details.” View Slideshow: Chris Cornell: Mourned, Remembered by Stars Everywhere The couple got married in 2004 and are the parents of daughter Toni, 12, and son Christopher, 11. Cornell is also father to 16-year-old daughter Lillian from a previous marriage. May he rest in peace.

Greg Gianforte, Candidate for Congress, Body-Slams Reporter

Greg Gianforte, a Republican running for an open congressional seat in Montana, has been charged with misdemeanor assault following a confrontation on Wednesday with a reporter for The Guardian. In the recording below, you can hear Ben Jacobs ask Gianforte about the Republican healthcare plan, which passed Congress a couple weeks ago and which will lead to 23 million American losing their insurance, according to a new non-partisan study. The bill will soon be voting on by the Senate and Jacobs wanted Gianforte to respond to the latest Congressional Budget Office analysis of the proposal. Agitated by the inquiry, Gianforte initially brushed it off and then appears to have turned violent once Jacobs continued to press for a response. “I’m sick and tired of you guys!” Gianforte can be heard saying in the following video, which includes sounds of a physical struggle and a crash. “The last time you came here you did the same thing,” Gianforte adds. “Get the hell out of here. Get the hell out of here.” “You just body-slammed me and broke my glasses,” Jacobs replies, asking for the names of the staffers present and stating he plans to call the police. A spokesperson for Gianforte does not dispute that an altercation took place. But claims the candidate was provoked. “After asking Jacobs to lower the recorder, Jacobs declined,” said Shane Scanlon, adding: “Greg then attempted to grab the phone that was pushed in his face. Jacobs grabbed Greg’s wrist and spun away from Greg, pushing them both to the ground.” Nowhere in the recording, however, does Gianforte request for any phone to be lowered. Moreover, members of a Fox News television crew witnessed the encounter and did not back up this account. In a statement on the Fox News website, one of the journalists described Gianforte as “punching the reporter” and, as Gianforte moved on top of Jacobs, they said he started yelling something to the effect of, “I'm sick and tired of this!” To be clear , adds this Fox News statement, at no point did any of us who witnessed this assault see Jacobs show any form of physical aggression toward Gianforte, who left the area after giving statements to local sheriff's deputies. Local police said on Wednesday night it had completed its investigation and that Gianforte had been issued with a charge of misdemeanour assault. If convicted, Gianforte faces up to a $500 fine, or six months in jail, or both. Three newspapers, meanwhile, have withdrawn their endorsement of the candidate. Montana residents will vote on Thursday, May 25 to fill the U.S. House seat vacated in March by now-Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke. Listen to audio of this crazy incident below:

Death Of 20-Year-Old Student Found Hanging In Park Deemed “Suicide,” Family Seeking Second Investigation

Medical Examiner Deems Student’s Death A suicide Let’s just start by saying that any time a black person is found hanging — it’s suspicious. You may have heard about the case of 20-year-old Kendra Shanice Reid, a sophomore at WSSU in North Carolina who was found hanging at a park on April 28th. The medical examiner recently ruled her death a suicide. According to Winston-Salem Jourdal reports , Reid died from asphyxiation by hanging, according to her death certificate. Her body was found hanging in a wooded area of Finch Park shortly after 9 a.m. on April 28. The public park at 15 Paul Beck Road is just outside of Lexington, where Reid is from. Larry James, the Davidson County medical examiner and the county’s director of emergency services, ruled Reid’s death as a suicide. James said no autopsy was performed as a medical examiner can forego the autopys if death is determinable by an external examination. Some people attempted to link Reid’s death to a video circulating on Facebook, but Reid’s mother Sophia Giles claims those rumors are not true. In response to James’ suicide ruling, the Atlanta chapter of Black Lives Matter has released the following statement: As President of Black Lives Matter Greater Atlanta we are compelled to express our outraged of the senseless death of our dear sister Kendra Shanice Reid 20, who was found hanging in a park. We are deeply saddened and shocked to learn that yet another black body is lifeless. Kendra Reid was a 20 year old sophomore student at Winston-Salem State University in Lexington. She was loved by her community, her school and of course naturally by her family. After learning that Larry James, the county’s medical examiner ruled that the cause of death was a suicide. We know that couldn’t have been any further from the truth. Kendra was full of life, she loved her family, and she was an active member on campus and a member of the WSSU Marching Band who looked forward in graduating. We expect second investigation to be conducted by an private independent examiner, and anticipate a thorough full criminal investigation to be launch by either The Department of Justice’s Office of Civil Rights and The FBI. The black community in Lexington has little to no faith in Lexington Police Chief Mark Sink and his ability to execute a fair and complete investigation. This is why we takes to the streets, organized, mobilized and disrupt business as usual. Black Lives Matter Greater Atlanta we will continue to monitor this case with a close eye In struggle, Sir Maejor Page President Black Lives Matter Greater Atlanta Do you think it’s possible that this young woman was murdered? Do you think the police and medical examiner have done enough to make sure that she was not murdered? Photo Courtesy Black Lives Matter Atlanta

Michael D. Jackson Dies; Former NFL Star Was 48

Former NFL wide receiver Michael D. Jackson has passed away at the age of 48. Jackson divided his eight seasons in the pros between the Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens, and he led the league in receiving yards in 1996. After retiring from football, Jackson successfully ran for mayor of his hometown of Tangipahoa, Louisiana. Sadly, it was while he was riding his motorcycle through the streets of his beloved hometown that Jackson’s life was tragically cut short early Friday morning. Police say Jackson was riding his 2013 Kawasaki at a “high rate of speed” when he collided with a car that was backing out of a driveway. The impact of the crash was so powerful that Jackson’s motorcycle smashed through the passenger’s side door of the car and killed the driver, a 20-year-old woman. A full investigation into the accident is being conducted. Tributes to Jackson from fans, friends, and former teammates have been pouring in on social media since the moment that news of his death went public. But while he’s most famous for his career on the playing field, those who knew Jackson best say it’s his commitment to public service that they’ll remember most. In 2008, Jackson entered the political arena and served for four years as the mayor of his native Tangipahoa. “Right now, I want to set a standard,” Jackson told the press upon being elected. “I want to have that standard high enough so that whomever decides to run for this position they will feel obligated to do at least what I have done and far better — so that’s what I want to do.” He added: “I want to set a concrete floor, so we can erect a house here in my hometown.” Though his career was cut short by injury, Jackson put up impressive numbers in several seasons and played alongside some of the legends of the game. He was a teammate of Brett Favre’s during his time at Southern Mississippi University, and he played for Bill Belichick when the future Patriots legend was head coach of the Cleveland Browns. “Michael Jackson was more than a great player, he was a great man,” the Cleveland Browns tweeted. “Our thoughts are with his family and friends. Rest in peace.” View Slideshow: Celebrities Who Died in 2017: In Memoriam

Bossip Exclusive: Tahiry On Birthday Arrest, “I Got A Mugshot For Being Attacked In My Own Home”

Tahiry Jose Defended Herself From Attack By Woman She Had Sheltered Model and actress Tahiry Jose was arrested in the early hours of Saturday morning after spending Friday celebrating her birthday and Cinco de Mayo . https://instagram.com/p/BT2o27KgiVO/?taken-by=therealtahiry TMZ reported that the former “Love & Hip Hop New York” star was booked for assault after an altercation in her New Jersey home. But BOSSIP spoke with Jose and sources familiar with the incident who tell us that she was not at fault, she was defending herself. Tahiry had allowed a young woman to stay with her for 30 days to help get herself together after the woman was kicked out by a former boyfriend. Tahiry had only been housing the woman for around ten days, but she had gone above and beyond to help her, even driving the woman to her former residence to retrieve several boxes of her belongings. Tahiry even went so far as to help the young woman secure a job interview with 50 Cent’s company. “It’s not the first time that I opend my door to someone and it all blew up in my face,” Jose told BOSSIP. “I told my friend, here I go again!” Still, Jose definitely didn’t plan for things to go so left. She tells BOSSIP the evening started on a good note, but she’s not even sure what set off her houseguest in the first place. “My birthday ended off with some bullsh**,” Jose says. “I was the birthday girl so I had to be the host. I don’t even know what went wrong, she (the girl involved in the fight) got into it with one of the other people at the party and she stormed off.” Another friend of Tahiry’s tells BOSSIP the party continued without her upset friend, moving to another venue before the group ended their night at a diner. When Tahiry arrived at her home after 5 AM, several of her neighbors had been awakened by her houseguest, screaming and throwing things around in Tahiry’s home. Accompanied by two concerned friends, she entered the apartment and was greeted by her screaming houseguest. Things had been broken in the home. Tahiry began pushing her guest’s boxes out of the home, that’s when she was attacked. “She was screaming ‘It’s all about you, all the time, you old a**! I got something for that a**,” an insider close to Tahiry tells BOSSIP. “Tahiry called the cops, but by that time the neighbors had already called the cops.” When the police arrived, Tahiry told them she wanted to press charges because she had to defend herself in her own home. Her houseguest did not want to press charges but because the guest was bruised and Tahiry was not, she was told she would have to go with the police. Tahiry’s friend tells BOSSIP she questioned the police’s logic: “Tahiry asked them, so I have to go in because she’s bruised? If she comes home and blows my brains out, that’s when you’re going to arrest her?” “That’s when they told her to turn around,” Jose’s friend tells BOSSIP. Since being released, Tahiry says she’s learned a valuable lesson. “As long as you can wake up with you, you’re good. I got a mugshot for being attacked in my own home. I help people, but people mistake your kindness for weakness. That girl had nowhere to go and I gave her 30 days.” Tahiry also says she’s tired of people associating her with “Love & Hip-Hop” and fights. Hit the flip for more https://instagram.com/p/BT3ZUy_A-mK/?taken-by=therealtahiry “I’m upset about being portrayed like Tahiry Jose ‘she gets it in,'” Jose told BOSSIP. “I am going to flip if you’re threatening me. I didn’t want other people’s actions to change my nature, but I feel like this is why people in the public eye start to act Hollywood — you become a target.”
