See, Wendy Williams’ soon-to-be ex husband now wants to be paid spousal support and child support despite the fact that their son is going to be 19. According to Page Six , Hunter is also requesting the famed talk show host pay for their son’s college tuition, as well as “equitable distribution of all personal assets.” Apparently, Wendy has said that she will work to establish an “appropriate amount of child support” as well as “other further relief as the Court deems fair and equitable.” Listen…she’s better than us. As we previously reported , in April Williams filed for divorce from her husband of nearly 23 years, having those papers delivered at 6:30am. Hunter has also been fired as the executive producer of talk show . As we know, there are plenty of reasons for Williams to walk away from her marriage, which includes Hunter allegedly having  a decade long affair with Hudson , perhaps even having a baby with her. That, and Williams has been  battling with addiction issues , which Hunter’s alleged cheating may have caused her to spiral. Not to mention, there have been accusations of physical abuse, including a report that the police came to their home earlier this year because someone had accused Kevin of poisoning the talk show host . We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again: We are glad that Wendy is getting as far away from Kevin as possible. Hopefully, she won’t have to pay half of her hard earned money to get him to go away for good. Maleah Davis: Amber Alert Out For 4-Year-Old Girl — Stepfather Says Three Men Knocked Him Out Cold Before Abduction!

Source: JakeOlimb / Getty Maleah Davis Goes Missing In Houston There is a missing little girl in the Houston, Texas area and the details are befuddling authorities. According to CNN, 4-year-old Maleah Davis’ stepdad, Darion Vence, told detectives that he, Maleah and his son were on their way to the airport Friday night to pick up Maleah’s mother, who was flying in from Massachusetts, Holbrook said. The stepfather then heard a “popping noise” like a popped tire and pulled over to check on it. That’s when he says a blue pickup truck pulled up behind the car and two Hispanic males got out. One of the men commented, “Maleah looks very nice, looks very sweet,” according to Vence’s account. The other man hit Vence in the head and he lost consciousness, he told the police. When Vence woke up, he said, he was in the back of the truck with Maleah and her brother. But three Hispanic males were suddenly in the truck, the stepfather said. He told police he was in and out of consciousness until about 6 p.m. Saturday, when he woke up on Highway 6 with the 1-year-old boy. Maleah was not there. Vence said he walked to a nearby hospital where he received treatment and reported her missing. Here, Houston Police showed photos of the alleged truck and the stepfather’s injuries. 2/2: Photo of assault victim, Mr. Darion Vence, who is Maleah's stepfather, stated he was unconscious for almost 24 hrs. According to her stepdad, Maleah had multiple brain surgeries, including one in recent months. The surgeries were intended to help an injury heal, he said and she even felt sick around the time of the alleged abduction. Maleah is about 3 feet tall and weighs 30 to 40 pounds. She was last seen wearing a light blue Under Armour jacket, blue jeans and gray Under Armour tennis shoes with pink and white details. Source: Mihajlo Maricic / EyeEm / Getty Family Of Justine Damond Reaches $20 Million Settlement With The City of Minneapolis A settlement has been reached in the tragic Justine Ruszczyk Damond case. According to NBC News , the family of the yoga teacher who was shot dead by a cop agreed to a $20 million settlement with the city of Minneapolis. The settlement occurred only three days after jurors convicted the former police officer, Mohamed Noor, of third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter in the July 15, 2017 killing of Damond, who was a duel citizen of the U.S. and Australia. Back in 2017, Damond, 40, called 911 because she believed she heard a sexual assault happening in an alley near her place. However, when Noor and his partner Matthew Harrity pulled up to Damond’s home, they mistook her as a threat and Noor opened fire on her. Damond was unarmed. Meanwhile, evidence of a sexual assault was not found. Damond’s family filed a $50 million lawsuit against the city, an action that was put on hold depending on the result of the criminal trial. When Noor was convicted, settlement talks immediately began, according to City Council President Lisa Bender. “We know that no amount of money can heal the pain that the Ruszczyk family or any family that has lost a loved one in this way,” Bender said. “It is our continued commitment to work together, with our community, to demand and support change to policing.” On Friday, the city council voted unanimously to approve the settlement. The family has pledged $2 million to a local charity centered around gun violence in Minneapolis. “This is not a victory for anyone, but rather a way for our city to move forward,” Mayor Jacob Frey said. “And I do believe that we will move forward together, united in the shared belief that such a tragedy should never occur in our city.” Meanwhile, Noor, 33, faces up to 15 years in prison. He was taken into custody right after his verdict was read and he’s scheduled to be sentenced on June 7.

Source: Peter Dazeley / Getty Mother Slits Kids Throats In Street Then Surrenders At Police Station A mom is accused of slitting the throats of her two young children with a razor and leaving them bleeding on a Bronx street corner according to NY Daily News reports. Shanice Martin allegedly slashed the necks of her two children — a 2-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy —  around 8:20 p.m. Saturday on a street corner cops said. Panicked pedestrians saw the wounded children and flagged down a passing police cruiser, which rushed them to Lincoln Hospital. The children’s throats were cut “from ear to ear” police sources said. Her kids are expected to survive. Covered in blood, Martin, 24, showed up a few minutes after the attack two blocks away at the 42nd Precinct stationhouse, where she handed them the razor she used and surrendered. “Go ahead and arrest me,” the woman said as she handed the blood-soaked blade over, sources said. Cops charged her with assault, child abandoment, endangering the welfare of a child, and weapon possession. She is undergoing a psychiatric evaluation. Shanice Martin’s brother Travone Lango said his sister was estranged from the family and may have just “snapped.” “She used to take medicine in the past. She never used to act like that. She was probably under a lot of pressure.” Lango’s mother is taking care of Martin’s two wounded children, her brother said. “I feel bad for them,” he said of his nephew and niece. “I hope they’re OK.”

Remy Ma Arrested, Facing Charges For Allegedly Blacking Brittney F. Taylor’s Eye

Source: Gary Gershoff / Getty Remy Ma In Police Custody For a few weeks now “Love and Hip Hop” star Brittney F. Taylor has been trying to press charges against Remy Ma and she’s finally got her wish. According to TMZ , Remy Ma surrendered to cops Wednesday, accompanied by her attorney. The “All The Way Up” rapper was booked for misdemeanor assault. Taylor alleges that Remy assaulted her during a disagreement while both ladies attended a concert headlined by Fat Joe on April 16th. Reportedly the argument sparked from Remy claiming Taylor had knowledge about an assault on her stepdaughter. Taylor claims Remy punched her in the eye in the attack. After the alleged altercation, Taylor blasted Remy on social media while showing off her bruised eye. She then did an interview with New York Daily News where plead for witnesses to come forward so that she could press charges. So far Remy, who is on curfewed probation , has not made any statements regarding the incident. The story is still developing.

She says she thought to herself that someone “has got to come up with a solution”, so she created the pouch, hoping would keep young men from reaching around their cars while looking for license and registration documents and setting off potentially dangerous interactions with the police. Carter told NBC News : “I’m more fearful [for my son] in a car here than [when he’s serving] in Afghanistan.” Meanwhile, a Washington, DC police officer noted: “Anything that you can’t see throws you into that red flag or heightened mode. But it should never lead you to just assume that they’re trying to kill you.” The pouch has sold more than 1,000 units since it launched three years ago, and Carter says she has given the product away to many drivers in her community. Man Reportedly Beats 4-Month Old Baby To Death After Finding Out He Wasn’t The Father [Video]

Source: JazzIRT / Getty Man Punches 4-Month Old Baby To Death After Discovering He Wasn’t The Father According to Fox 13 Memphis , Jose Agurcia-Avila was arrested by Memphis police and charged with first-degree murder after punching a 4-month old baby. Avila reportedly became upset after learning the child, Alexander Lizondro-Chacon, wasn’t his. Cops say Avila punched the child so hard that the baby was left unresponsive when the mother returned home. The child was rushed to Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis but was pronounced dead upon arrival. An autopsy revealed the baby died from blunt force trauma and his death was ruled a homicide. The medical examiner concluded that the boy’s injuries were a fractured skull, fractured rib and a serious case of pneumonia.   The boy’s mother told police that Avila confessed. The 33-year-old is charged with first-degree murder in perpetration of aggravated child abuse and first-degree murder in perpetration of aggravated child neglect.
