Woman Suing Cops For Making Her Poop On Front Lawn During Drug Arrest Via CourthouseNews A Florida woman who says the police officers searching her home for methamphetamine forced her to poop on her yard in front of them must amend her civil rights claims, a federal judge ruled. Dawn Brooks sued Volusia County and the city of New Smyrna Beach for allegedly making her defecate in her front yard during a search of her house for meth. A March 14 ruling on her case does not reveal what the search produced. It says Brooks had allegedly been brought outside her home and handcuffed when officers refused her requests to defecate in a private place. They “told her to ‘just use the restroom right there’ in the front yard, which plaintiff did,” U.S. District Judge Roy Dalton Jr. wrote, summarizing the allegations. Brooks claimed that the officers then would not help her cleanse and dress herself after she defecated in front of them. Eventually they allegedly made her undress and change into a plastic jumpsuit. Instead of helping, the officers looked, laughed and yelled at Brooks while she was undressing, the complaint states. Shorty wanna be a thug … Kahton Anderson To Be Tried As Adult In Bus Shooting Murder Via NYDailyNews The 14-year-old gang banger accused of gunning down an innocent Brooklyn father of two on a crowded city bus was armed with a powerful .357-Magnum pistol, sources said. “Pretty big gun for a pretty small man,” a disgusted Police Commissioner Bill Bratton said Friday after Kahton Anderson was charged with second-degree murder and ordered to stand trial as an adult. The lanky Anderson, who was aiming at a rival gang member when police said he fatally shot 39-year-old Angel Rojas in the head, said nothing as he was led out handcuffed from the 79th Precinct stationhouse in Bedford-Stuyvesant. “The stupidity of those gangs that basically, over nothing, are trying to kill each other,” Bratton fumed. “Unfortunately, in the process, (they) kill innocents as they did with this hardworking young man trying to raise his family.” Anderson was arraigned Friday in Brooklyn Criminal Court and ordered held without bail. He never cast his eyes toward his mother and at least four other family members who sat in the court. Prosecutor Lindsay Gerdes said Anderson “made statements to police shortly after being arrested, admitting his participation in the crime.” Although Kahton is very young, he’s far from a baby, and his mother seems a lil delusional about who her son really is. This is not Anderson’s first brush with the law — he has a prior arrest from 2011 on his rap sheet. The details of that bust were not available because it was a juvenile arrest and his file is sealed. Still, his mother tearfully called her son “a good kid,” even as she said she would pray for Rojas’ family. “A tragedy has happened,” said the mom, who declined to give her name. “Both families are suffering a loss.” Her son, she said, is just “a child.” “My son did not get on some bus and start shooting,” she said. Unfortunately, ma’am, that is exactly what he appeared to do. Yes, both families are suffering a loss, but there is only one victim here. Black Youths Have Positive Conversation With Cop Who Profiled Them It’s good they were able to express their thoughts without being victims of police brutality. According to The Root: What began as an unfortunate incident of alleged police profiling in Princeton, N.J., ended with a public-forum discussion with the officer who did the profiling. According to one member of the Black Youth Project 100, or BYP100, a youth-centered black activist group, the police pulled over a car carrying members who were leaving a gathering on Princeton University’s campus on Saturday, March 8. The black officer cited a broken tail light, but upon investigation the vehicle was found to be intact. The unidentified officer let the group go after asking them where they were headed and saying that he would “beat them there,” Fresco Steez, one of the members present at the incident, told The Root. It was when the members arrived at the Nassau Hotel and actually saw the officer pulled up there waiting for them that the discussion was triggered. The group approached him, questioning the motive for his actions. The officer insisted that he wasn’t trying to criminalize the black youths and said that his feelings were hurt at the accusation. But then the officer offered the young people free parking as an apology, which got a conversation started. Kudos to the black youth for having the courage to approach the police officer. The 32-year-old singer – who married Jay Z in a low-key ceremony in April 2008 – reportedly thinks it is ”tacky” the couple are planning to televise their nuptials on E! show ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’, but won’t boycott the ceremony completely. A source said: ”[She told Jay Z and Kanye] that under no circumstances will she be a part of any filming on the wedding day if it’s for Kim’s reality show. ”Jay and Beyoncé’s wedding was shrouded in secrecy and extreme lengths were made to make sure their wedding was an intimate affair for friends and family, only. This will be the complete opposite. She thinks it’s just tacky. ”Beyoncé’s motto has always been, less is more. Woman Arrested After She Called The Police On Her Own Drug Dealer She must have been super high when she made that call… According to The Tennessean: A Murfreesboro woman was arrested after she called police to report that she lost money on a drug deal, according to reports filed with the Police Department. Chrissie Ann Solis, 35, of Bradyville Pike, was arrested Thursday for filing a false report and criminal conspiracy by Officer Thomas B. Troutman. The arrest occurred after Solis called MPD to report a theft from her home. She said a friend visited her home and she had $140 sitting on her kitchen table, Troutman reported. “She stated she went to the bathroom and when she came out she noticed (the visitor) and her money were gone,” Troutman said. Solis told the officer where the visitor lives and Troutman made contact with the subject and his girlfriend. Troutman ran a routine warrants check and found the girlfriend, Tiffany Waller, 30, of Mercury Boulevard was wanted for several charges. She was placed under arrest. “Before she was transported, she gave me consent to look in her phone,” Troutman said. “In her texts, it showed where Ms. Solis asked Ms. Waller to get her 20 Loritab (pills) for $7 a piece, which turns out to be $140.” Waller told Troutman Solis gave her the money to get the pills, but then the dealer stole the money from her. She also said she fully intended to pay Solis back. Waller was also arrested and charged with criminal impersonation, robbery and violation of probation. SMH. Shutterstock
