The insane fight between Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute on this week’s episode of Vanderpump Rules wasn’t staged. It was as real as reality TV gets. If you missed it, Stassi accused Kristen of banging her ex-boyfriend on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills spinoff and called her a “dirty f–king whore.” The then reared back and smacked Kristen in the face, doused her with a drink and continued to run her mouth as their shocked co-stars looked on … Vanderpump Rules FIGHT Not unlike Sunday’s wild Real Housewives of Atlanta fight , this was not your standard altercation staged for Bravo ratings. Kristen was beyond enraged. She went immediately to the police to get Stassi prosecuted and file a report, although the case hit a dead end when cops wanted a follow-up interview. Lisa Vanderpump , who employs both Stassi and Kristen at her restaurant, also went on record saying that the girl fight was as real as it was regrettable. She told TMZ after the fact, “I know that Stassi was very sorry and regretted it. Justin just can’t seem to get right. Justin Bieber To Be Charged With Assault Justin needs a seat on “Fix My Life” like yesterday. He won’t survive in jail…he has way too many feminine features. According to TMZ: Justin Bieber will be charged with CRIMINAL ASSAULT for allegedly attacking a limousine driver … TMZ has learned. Justin took a limo in Toronto in December and got into some sort of skirmish. At the time we were told a member of his entourage was being investigated for roughing up the driver. But the investigation took a turn … We’re told Toronto cops wanted to talk to Justin but he didn’t come in for an interview and they got annoyed. Law enforcement sources say Justin is now in Toronto and in the next hour will go to the police station. Sources say Justin will be booked for assault, given a citation and released on his own recognizance. Our sources say … Justin is accused of physically attacking the limo driver … not simply ordering the attack. Our sources also say 3 other witnesses were interviewed yesterday and at least some of their account incriminated Justin. Do you think if he was to get rid of some of the bad apples around him, his life would be a whole lot easier?

Justin Bieber to Be Charged with CRIMINAL ASSAULT in Canada

On the same day his lawyer entered a plea of not guilty for last Thursday’s DUI arrest , news has broken that Justin Bieber will soon be charged with criminal assault for an incident that took place last month in December. Here is what we know at this time: Justin Bieber – “Confident” (Music Video) While riding inside a limousine last month, some sort of altercation took place between Bieber’s entourage and the vehicle’s driver. Initially, a member of Justin’s security team was believed to be behind the attack… but Bieber reportedly did not cooperate with Canadian officials when they asked to speak with him and they proceeded to turn their attention toward the 19-year old singer. According to TMZ, a trio of witnesses spoke to the police and incriminated Bieber in some way, giving authorities reason to believe he physically assaulted the driver. The star is being booked for assault, given a citation and will be released on his own recognizance. Prior to this news hitting the wire, manager Scooter Braun asked (via Twitter) for folks to give his friend and client some leeway. “for all those asking @JeremyBieber and @pattiemallette love their son. Something smells a little fishy. Man Kills Two Black Neighbors Without Warning Anybody wanna vote for gun control yet? No? Oh, ok… According to NY Daily News: A West Virginia man shot and killed his new neighbor and the man’s brother without warning as the two inspected their land. The shooter told police he thought his alleged victims were breaking into a building he mistakenly thought he owned, and police are baffled as to why he chose such a drastic measure to preserve something of no value to him. The Cabell County Sheriff’s Department charged Rodney Bruce Black, 62, of Barboursville, with two counts of first degree murder after he killed Garrick Hopkins, 60, of Milton and his brother, Carl Hopkins Jr., 61, of Oak Hill, at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Sheriff Tom McComas told the Daily News on Monday. Garrick Hopkins and his wife had just purchased land next door to Black and planned to start building a home in the next few weeks, McComas said. The landowner had invited his brother over to check out the property Saturday afternoon. Black saw the two men — who were both married with children — looking inside a shed. Then, allegedly without warning or calling the police, he grabbed a rifle and fired once at both men. They died at the scene. “He shot first and then called 911,” McComas said. “He said they were breaking into his house but it wasn’t his property.” “It’s just a terrible, terrible tragedy,” he said. “We’re still trying to figure all of this out. … Hopefully we’ll find out his reasoning as the investigation continues.” Can’t just allow every creepy azz cr-…red neck to have a gun and play cowboys and indians with real people. Really??? Indiana Christian College Tells Rape Victim She Is Harrassing Her Attacker By Filing Complaint!

This isn’t very Christian-like behavior Rape Victim At Hanover College Accused To Harrassing Attacker Via HuffingtonPost A female student at Hanover College in Indiana is accusing the school of retaliating against her for reporting that she was raped, harassed and physically abused by a former boyfriend. In response to a complaint filed by the female student, named Samantha, the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights informed the small Christian College last week that it is under investigation. Samantha, who requested The Huffington Post only identify her by her first name, claims she faced possible expulsion for reporting sexual assault and harassment. Over a two-year period, Hanover instructed Samantha to take her case to the police and even attempted to prevent her from living on campus, according to correspondence between Hanover and the student. Samantha says the school also failed to stop the former boyfriend and his new girlfriend from harassing her. Under the federal gender equity law Title IX, colleges are obligated to prevent and intervene to stop harassment that has been brought to their attention. The OCR initially worked with Samantha, her attorney and the college to reach a mediation agreement in the summer of 2013, allowing for Samantha to file a harassment complaint against her alleged assailant and his girlfriend. But the college then decided in November 2013 that the former boyfriend and his girlfriend were not responsible for harassment, and allowed them to file their own harassment complaint against Samantha. Here’s how it all went down… Samantha said she was told with roughly a day’s notice she had to move out of her dorm room right before a week-long fall break began in October 2011. The notice came shortly after she complained about a dispute with her roommate. The school informed her it had made the decision to move her and forced her to surrender her dorm keys, disallowing her from entering the dorm building until the fall break ended but neglecting to make alternative arrangements for her, according to the complaint. She arranged to stay with a former on-and-off boyfriend in his fraternity house, where one night, she said, he sexually assaulted her after he had been drinking heavily. Once she felt comfortable, Samantha reached out to the college to report the assault, roughly a month later. She requested to make the report to a female officer, but she says that while she was waiting, a male security officer pressured her into reporting it to him. He then told her she could not leave the room until she signed a statement agreeing not to press criminal charges, according to Samantha. The college held a judicial hearing on the alleged assault before the end of the term in December 2011 and found the former boyfriend not responsible. In a fall 2013 review of the case, the college would declare that campus security followed protocol and the officer was simply “anxious to help” Samantha. In the two years between, the former boyfriend, his new girlfriend and their acquaintances harassed Samantha, and the college did next to nothing to stop it, according to the complaint, which was reviewed by HuffPost. At times, Samantha landed in the same classes as the former boyfriend, and continually ran into him on the small campus, where roughly 1,100 students are enrolled. Darion Marcus Aguilar Identified as Columbia Mall Shooting Gunman

Darion Marcus Aguilar has been identified as the gunman behind the Columbia mall shooting that killed two shoppers yesterday in Maryland. According to police, the 19-year old arrived by taxi to the building and fired between six and eight shots from a 12-gauge shotgun. He ended this heinous act by taking his own life. Columbia Mall Shooting: What Happened? The two victims in the incident have also been identified as 21-year-old Brianna Benlolo and 25-year-old Tyler Johnson. Howard County Police Chief Bill McMahon told reporters today that Aguilar purchased his weapon in December and used it to kill himself. Five others were also wounded in the attack; one by gunshot and four in the stampede that followed once the bullets rang out near a store on the mall’s second floor. All are expected to recover. McMahon added that shooter’s motive was unclear and authorities are investigating whether Aguilar knew either of the deceased, both of whom worked at a skater shop called Zumiez. Late last night, police also revealed that “two crude devices that appeared to be an attempt at making explosives using fireworks” were found inside the shooter’s bag and both were quickly “disabled.” The first 911 call related to the shooting was made around 11:15 a.m. on Saturday, with the mall locked down and considered “secure” by 1 p.m. The building will remain closed today so that K-9 units can check the mall to ensure all is now safe “We are deeply saddened by the violence that has occurred this morning within our store in Maryland at The Mall in Columbia,” Zumiez CEO Rick Brooks said. “We’re making arrangements for counseling to be made available to Zumiez employees in the area.”

This is so sad. Student Killed In Shooting At South Carolina State University Why shoot up the school? According to USA Today: A student was killed Friday at South Carolina State University, and authorities say they are searching for at least four suspects. The shooting took place around 1:30 p.m. ET Friday outside Andrew Hugine Suites, a dormitory for upperclassmen on the campus of the historically black university about 40 miles south of Columbia, S.C. Killed was Brandon Robinson, 20, of Orangeburg. He had played on the school’s football team. “We are extraordinarily sad about this,” said university President Thomas Elzey, who teared up as he spoke at an evening news conference. “He’s a very nice young man … and it hurts. It hurts us all.” University Police Chief Mernard Clarkson said officials know who fired the shots and believe that the suspects have left campus but had wanted to be ready in case they returned.
