Lohan’s Left Tit Go To Court of the Day

I haven’t been following the Lindsay Lohan story at all..I just don’t care cuz I’ve replaced my soul mate from Lindsay Lohan to Amanda Seyfried after Lohan totally went weird and boring…seriously, any story that has to do with her fucking sucks, she’s an amazing set of tear drop implant titties gone horribly wrong, she’s had the potential to do sex tapes, hot movie roles, really exploit herself like her parents and everyone around her have been exploiting herself, but instead, she went to rehab, became obsessed with a really unattractive controlling chick, and now all she’s got going for her is her left breast in a tight dress in court…Sucks to be Lohan…but it what sucks more is that Lohan’s not suckin’ no more…

Carmelo Anthony Says ‘You Can’t Win A Championship By Yourself’

NBA star spoke to MTV News at the 2011 NBA All-Star Game, a day before being traded to the N.Y. Knicks. By James Montgomery, with reporting by Rahman Dukes Carmelo Anthony Photo: MTV News On Monday, after months of speculation, close calls and near misses, the season-long drama surrounding NBA superstar Carmelo Anthony finally came to a close when it was announced that he had been traded to the New York Knicks. The trade involved a blockbuster three-team deal involving 11 different players, a sundry of draft picks and $3 million in cash. And that announcement was greeted with much rejoicing by long-suffering hoops fans in New York City, who finally have hope that their beloved Knicks can end their 40-year championship drought with the tandem of ‘Melo and Amar’e Stoudemire a ton of cap room, and a potentially scintillating free-agent class in 2012. But before he packed his bags for NYC, Anthony spoke about his potential move to MTV News on Sunday, hours before the tip-off of the 2011 NBA All-Star Game in Los Angeles. And even then, he seemed to signify that big things were in the works. “I mean, I think right now, people got to do what they got to do. At the end of the day, people want to win, and I guess some people feel like they can’t do it by their selves,” Anthony said. “You can’t win a championship by yourself, so you start seeing teams forming up, creating the tandems that they need and the players they need, and trying to go out there and compete.” Anthony then added, with a smile, “It’s going to be a big weekend, man.” And those sentiments were echoed by Anthony’s wife, actress and former MTV on-air talent La La Vazquez, who didn’t let on that the continuous coverage of her husband’s situation was weighing on her. She was just focused on having a good time during the celeb-filled All-Star weekend , and determined to let the chips fall where they may. “This weekend is amazing and so much fun,” she said. “I am literally running off zero sleep. It’s been nonstop parties and fun.”

‘X-Men: First Class’ Star Michael Fassbender Leads Us Through Trailer

Actor talks about two Magneto helmets, being a student and pulling from Ian McKellen’s performance and X-Men comics. By Eric Ditzian, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Michael Fassbender in “X-Men: First Class” Photo: 20th Century Fox Early in the evening on Thursday, the first trailer for “X-Men: First Class” popped up online — the general consensus on the footage being: dope! — and only hours later, we found ourselves chatting with star Michael Fassbender, who was in town to promote “Jane Eyre.” Charming, self-deprecating chap that he is, the 33-year-old actor agreed to walk MTV News through the trailer, pointing out his favorite bits and the scenes that make him cringe and offering some newsy insight into the way his character fits into the narrative. Fassbender plays Erik Lehnsherr, the magnetically enhanced mutant who eventually becomes the villain Magneto. But when we first meet Erik in “First Class,” he’s a close confidant to Charles Xavier (James McAvoy), who is gathering a collection of mutant-students and teaching them how to maximize their potential. As Fassbender noted, Erik is not Xavier’s fellow teacher, but his student. “I’m not a teacher; I’m a pupil,” he said. “Charlie boy is the teacher. That’s the cool thing. He sees the potential in this new race and gathers us all together to really fulfill our ultimate powers, to really unleash these gifts.” In the trailer, Erik can be seen rocking two different helmets. You won’t see a third enter the picture, Fassbender told us, though he stopped short of explaining exactly how and why the mutant switches up his headgear — “There are two versions. There’s that silver one and that red one,” he said coyly. But based on his nervous laughter on the topic, we have a feeling the helmet switch speaks to an important plot development, perhaps the point at which Erik formalizes his change from Charles’ friend to his nemesis. Magento, of course, was famously brought to the big screen in three previous “X-Men” films by Ian McKellen. Fassbender, however, took his creative cue not from the Oscar-nominated actor, but the character’s comics-based mythology as a Holocaust survivor who eventually relocates to Israel after the war. “I always had little remnants of [McKellen] somewhere in here,” Fassbender said, pointing to his head, “but I used the comics as the source material.” Check out everything we’ve got on “X-Men: First Class.” For breaking news and previews of the latest comic book movies — updated around the clock — visit SplashPage.MTV.com . Coons Of The Day: NAACP Has A Change Of Heart About Haley Barbour After The Release Of Imprisoned Sisters

The NAACP is some of the most fickle, wishy-washy, folks in the world when it comes to who they support and why… A week ago, Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour had drawn the ire of the NAACP for insensitive comments about growing up during the 1960s civil rights era. Today, the potential 2012 GOP presidential candidate is being hailed by the nation’s oldest civil rights group as a “shining example” of a governor. Why the change? Barbour on Wednesday decided to free two sisters who have been imprisoned on life sentences since 1994 on armed robbery charges. The plight of Jamie and Gladys Scott had long been championed by the NAACP. Gladys Scott was released on the condition that she donate a kidney to her 38-year-old sister, who requires daily dialysis. In a statement, Barbour said, “The Mississippi Department of Corrections believes the sisters no longer pose a threat to society. Their incarceration is no longer necessary for public safety or rehabilitation, and Jamie Scott’s medical condition creates a substantial cost to the State of Mississippi.” As much as we’d like to “praise” Mr. Barbour for his gracious pardon, we can’t shake the feeling that the “substantial cost to the State of Mississippi” is the real reason why the Scott sisters were freed. In any event, congrats ladies, we showl is glad dat de white man had camed to save ya’ll…*SUPER side-eye* Source

Dr. Conrad Murray Preliminary Hearing Set For Next Week; Prosecutors to Outline Case

Dr. Conrad Murray’s preliminary hearing begins Tuesday. He faces a felony charge of involuntary manslaughter in the 2009 death of Michael Jackson. When it does, don’t expect him to raise many objections to the prosecution’s case against him. Instead, he’ll just sit back and see what they’ve got. As the prosecution lays out its case, Murray’s lawyer Ed Chernoff will be looking for holes and inconsistencies, but won’t present his side. Why? OBSERVE AND REPORT : Murray will do little else . The judge will surely order Murray to stand trial. Judges rarely dismiss cases after a preliminary hearing, so there’s no point in defending him now. Proving Murray’s guilt is a serious, more complicated task, but proving he should merely stand trial in the eyes of a judge? It’s all but a done deal . Murray reportedly plans to argue that Michael Jackson killed himself with the lethal dose of Propofol, but you won’t hear that next week at all. Instead, he’ll watch the state play its hand and plan his strategy for the manslaughter trial that will almost certainly follow later in the year. The prosecution will call around 30 witnesses, including experts and LAPD members, to establish Murray acted recklessly in drugging MJ. Another potential Murray defense angle when the time comes? That so many others over-medicated MJ , it’s impossible to single him out.
