Listen to President Obama describe the country he’s supposed to be leading. Not only did he lie about the cause of a deadly bridge collapse, he totally trashed this great republic. He blathered about our second rate infrastructure, slow broadband and substandard airports. Of course, he said all of this to sell his plan to raise taxes. He’s so bereft of any serious ideas he’s reduced to blabbering about… Broadcasting platform : YouTube Source : The Lonely Conservative Discovery Date : 19/04/2011 22:16 Number of articles : 2
Wow, for a second there we thought “they” were going to let this slide. Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer vetoed a controversial ‘birther’ bill on Monday night that would have required presidential candidates to submit a long-form birth certificate in order to be on the ballot. Approved in the state legislature last Thursday, the bill called for candidates to produce two or more qualifying documents in the absence of a long-form birth certificate, which include a “hospital birth record, early baptismal certificate, circumcision certificate, early census record or postpartum medical record signed by whoever delivered the child,” the Arizona Republic reported. The legislation was a clear attack on President Barack Obama, who has been the target of rumors he was not born in the United States since he began his first presidential campaign. Brewer, notorious for being a hard-line conservative, shot down the bill on Monday as going “too far” even for the red state. Brewer says: “I never imagined being presented with a bill that could require candidates for President of the greatest and most powerful nation on earth to submit their ‘early baptismal or circumcision certificates’…this is a bridge too far,” she said in a statement. “This measure creates significant new problems while failing to do anything constructive for Arizona.” President Obama took a second to brush the salt off his shoulders that these haters been throwing. “There’s been an effort to go at me in a way that is politically expedient in the short term for Republicans but creates I think a problem for them when they want to actually run in the general election, where most people feel pretty confident the President was born where he says he was, in Hawaii,” Obama said. Did this Negro just say “go at me”??? We LOVE it! We’re glad that Gov. Brewer is a decent Republican person and had enough sense to shoot down this stupid a** bill. Source

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), in keeping with other GOP lawmakers , recently stated that the GOP should not vote to increase the debt limit unless Democrats and President Obama make major concessions on federal spending cuts. That position, however, is exactly opposite the one he took in 2006, when he urged his Senate colleagues to unanimously vote to increase the debt limit, saying it should not be… Broadcasting platform : YouTube Source : Think Progress Discovery Date : 14/04/2011 22:40 Number of articles : 2

John Legend not a fan of Donald Trump. It’s not The Donald’s reality show or supposed ambitions to run for president in 2012 that have the Grammy-winning pianist pissed, either, but Trump’s recent comments in which he persistently questioned President Obama’s nationality . “He needs to stop saying that racist bulls**t birther s**t,” Legend told N.Y. Magazine . “Quote me please. He should be ashamed of himself. It’s awful, really.” Tell us how you really feel … both of you guys . Trump said on GMA and The View that Obama’s purportedly cloudy childhood fills him with doubt. He then produced his own birth certificate to prove a point. Legend isn’t the first star upset over this. Bill Cosby said on Today that “the only thing he’s running is his mouth,” and Bill O’Reilly even called Trump out. What do you think of Legend’s comments? Is Trump racist for questioning Obama’s birth certificate, or is he just raising a sensitive, but important point?
