Ex-Mexican President, Vicente Fox, says Donald Trump’s plan for the wall is hogwash. Talking to Anderson Cooper, Fox went on to say “Mexico will never pay for that f*cking wall.” The ex-president thinks the whole concept of building more wall on the border is stupid.
Trump Secret Service Agent Says She Won’t Defend The President Man…even Trump’s bodyguards are on some “not my president” mentality . One of President Trump’s secret service agents publicly declared that if anything pops off to threaten the new Commander in Chief…she pretty much plans to step back and let it occur, since she was here for Hillary anyway . According to TMZ , she was so bold in her claims that she went so far as to post it on FB: The senior agent from the Denver field office went on a Facebook rant that has since been deleted … confessing she was rooting for Hillary and would take jail over a bullet for the new POTUS. The agent wrote, “But this world has changed and I have changed. And I would take jail time over a bullet or an endorsement for what I believe to be disaster to this country and the strong and amazing women and minorities who reside here. Hatch Act be damned. I am with Her.” Secret Service agents aren’t even legally permitted to speak on their personal political beliefs publicly…so that jail time she spoke of might just be coming more quickly than she imagined. Damn, you know it’s bad when your own security hates you so much they refuse to keep you secure at all. AP/Getty
Before we delve into the matter of an 18-year-old attending a party where other people might have possibly been consuming alcoholic beverages, let’s do a quick run-down of the week’s top news stories, shall we? Vital government agencies are being silenced; women are being denied life-saving services; 20 million are soon to be stripped of their healthcare; the disastrous Dakota Access Pipeline project is a go; our soon-to-be secretary of state is besties with Vladimir Putin; and our president is about to sanction discrimination on the grounds of religious beliefs. In short, we’re all f–ked. But anyway, we came here to talk about a real scandal: a legal adult attending a film festival in that hotbed of salacious behavior, rural Utah! Yes, according to Radar Online Malia Obama was at Sundance this week, and all eyes were on the former first daughter for signs of a slip-up that could be used to further enrage the millions of Americans who are still pissed about her father’s blackness. Unfortunately, she didn’t morph into Lindsay Lohan the day her family moved out of the White House, so we’ll have go right on paying attention to the fact that our current president wants to turn out southern border a $25 billion border wall. Bummer. So what sort of behavior did Malia engage in in Park City that might warrant the attention of the tabloid press? Well apparently she attended a “controversial new film,” which wouldn’t even be newsworthy if this were the world’s slowest news week and Malia weren’t interning for a prominent indie film producer. But as it happens, Malia is currently working for Harvey Weinstein and American democracy is dying a slow painful death as we speak, which means the fact that a single tabloid editor saw this story and said, “I want 1,000 words on my desk yesterday!” is evidence that we’re living in a dystopian nightmare dreamed up by the ghosts of Orwell and Philip K. Dick. The messed up thing is, this story will gain traction, just like it did when Malia “partied” at a club last week. The narrative began with images of Malia “smoking pot” at Lollapalooza over the summer, and it shows no signs of letting up, We understand the need to distract yourself from the real, terrifying political news of the moment, but there are easier ways to get outraged over nonsense. Just check out Trump’s Twitter page. Last we checked, he was still bitching about the size of his inauguration crowd, because we are truly living in the darkest timeline.
After four years together and more than two years of marriage, Scarlett Johansson and Romain Dauriac have called it quits. Reps for Johansson confirmed the separation to People magazine in a statement released today. Though their divorce is not yet finalized, Johansson and Dauriac have reportedly been living in separate homes for the past several months, and sources neither party is holding out hope for a reconciliation. Johansson and Dauriac married in a small private ceremony in 2014 and managed to keep the union a secret for several weeks. Johansson had given birth to the couple’s first and only child, Rose Dorothy, just a few months prior. Insiders say the decision to separate was mutual and that Scarlett and Romain will remain friends and business partners. The former couple co-founded a gourmet popcorn brand, and they will reportedly both remain active in its day-to-day operations. Aside from their joint involvement in one of the most random celebrity business ventures of all time, little is known about Johansson and Dauriac’s time together. He’s a French journalist; the two of them met two years after her divorce from Ryan Reynolds, and she says she fell for his intellect instantaneously. Johansson has spoken at length about how much she enjoys the domestic life, but her comments usually take the form of praise for her daughter: “When [Rose] came out of me I was so surprised,” she recently told . “I had a very strong picture in my mind of what my baby would look like, and, of course, she is completely different. Perfect, but not what I’d imagined.” Johansson and Dauriac were last photographed together in December, but it is believed they were already separated at that time. Johansson appeared at the Women’s March on Washington on Saturday, where she spoke of her experiences with Planned Parenthood, and appealed to President Trump. Neither party has publicly confirmed the separation yet. Insiders say they did have a pre-nup, and the split has been amicable thus far. They’ve reportedly made co-parenting their top priority, and it is believed that they will evenly spkit physical custody of young Rose. As for where the bi-coastal, bi-continental couple family will primarily reside, that’s anyone’s guess, and with Scarlett’s preference for privacy, we’ll probably never find out. But hey, there are worse problems for a divorced couple then deciding which of your many mansions you’d like to call home base. The actress has several movies currently in the works, including her long-awaited Black Widow movie for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. We’d say Rose in store for a pretty enviable childhood regardless of her parents’ marital status. View Slideshow: 18 Most Bitter Breakups in Hollywood History

Here we go… President Trump Reacts To Women’s March Protests After MILLIONS in all 50 states and 70 countries marched in solidarity for the #WomensMarch, the Cheeto elected to the White House is reacting. As previously reported celebrities including Rihanna, Kerry Washington Janelle Monae, Debbie Allen, Madonna, and Ashley Judd hit the streets with countless global protestors who disagreed with this past election cycle’s insulting, demonizing and threatening of women, immigrants, Native Americans, Black and brown people, people with disabilities and sexual assault victims. And while the protests were praised by people who agreed that a man like Donald Trump doesn’t belong in the White House, the Donald himself (of course) had to react. The New York Daily News reports: Those big crowds are still bothering President Trump. The new President, on his second day in office, criticized the participants in Saturday’s Women’s March in Washington, D.C. and talked up his own TV ratings from the inauguration. “Watched protests yesterday but was under the impression that we just had an election!” Trump tweeted Sunday. “Why didn’t these people vote? Celebs hurt cause badly.” Watched protests yesterday but was under the impression that we just had an election! Why didn't these people vote? Celebs hurt cause badly. — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) January 22, 2017 Trump also boasted about the television draw for his inauguration on Friday. “Wow, television ratings just out: 31 million people watched the Inauguration, 11 million more than the very good ratings from 4 years ago!” he wrote. In a tamer tweet, though, Trump seemed to accept the opposition. “Peaceful protests are a hallmark of our democracy. Even if I don’t always agree, I recognize the rights of people to express their views,” he said. So who wrote this passively Presidential azz tweet for Trump? Peaceful protests are a hallmark of our democracy. Even if I don't always agree, I recognize the rights of people to express their views. — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) January 22, 2017 You know there’s no way the Cheeto really feels that way… Check out more photos from the global #WomensMarch on the flip. Splash News
Sad news today: Yordano Ventura is dead. Ventura, a 25-year-old pitcher for the World Series-winning Kansas City Royals , died today in a car crash in the Dominican Republic. It’s unclear exactly what happened to cause the crash, but according to Sports Illustrated, it’s believed that he was under the influence at the time of the crash. A Dominican police chief first broke the news of the crash, tweeting in Spanish “Regrettable!! It is the player YORDANO VENTURA the person who died in an accident in Juan Adrian at dawn today.” Later, the Vice President of Communications and Broadcasting for the Royals confirmed the news. “It is with a heavy and broken heart that we confirm the passing of Yordano Ventura,” he tweeted. “The club will release a statement soon. #RIPAce” — Ace, of course, being Ventura’s nickname. The Royals released an official press release just a few hours ago to “regretfully announce the passing of Yordano Ventura, who perished in a car accident last night in the Dominican Republic.” In the statement, Dayton Moore, general manager of the Royals, said “Our prayers right now are with Yordano’s family as we mourn this young man’s passing.” “He was so young and so talented, full of youthful exuberance and always brought a smile to everyone he interacted with.” “We will get through this as an organization,” Moore concluded, “but right now is a time to mourn and celebrate the life of Yordano.” The statement also included some information about Ventura’s short career, which he spent entirely with the Royals “after signing as a non-drafted free agent in 2008” before “debuting for the club” in 2013. He played two World Series with the team, helping bring them their second ever victory in 2015. During the last game Ventura played, he wore a special hat that paid tribute to two other baseball players who died too soon: Jose Fernandez who died last fall in a boating accident , and Oscar Taveras who died in a car crash a few years ago. Ventura’s teammates are already sending messages of mourning and love on Twitter. “I love you Ace,” third baseman Mike Moustakas wrote. “I don’t know what to say other than I’m going to miss you a lot. RIP ACE.” First baseman Eric Hosmer tweeted “ACE I love you my brother. I’m in disbelief and don’t know what to say. I love you ACE.” Drew Butera, a catcher for the Royals, wrote “Gone way too soon. You will forever be my brother. My prayers are with you and your family. May you rest with the Lord now.” Fellow pitcher Kyle Zimmer wrote “We lost a great one today. Hard to believe he’s actually gone. You will be greatly missed, Ace.” Hunter Dozier said “I’m at a loss of words today.. Very sad day in the baseball community. You’ll be missed Ace.” “When you scroll down and your whole newsfeed is talking about your brother,” left fielder Terrance Gore mused. “The impact the energy you brought to our team #GoneTooSoon” “I am still in disbelief,” pitcher Matt Strahm wrote. “I am going to miss you Ace! The clubhouse won’t be the same without you.” General manager Dayton Moore added “We love Yordano. We love his heart & who he was as a teammate & friend. He challenged us & made us better. We’re going to miss him.” Our thoughts and prayers go out to all affected by this tragic death.
