Drake probably should have kept his mouth shut..cause now his gwap is fawked up. Drake’s Rolling Stone Tantrum Gets Him Dropped From P.R. Firm That whole “Philip Seymour Hoffman took my cover” thing really bit him in the azz. According to Hollywood Reporter: Two weeks after Drake slammed Rolling Stone for swapping out his planned cover story for a Philip Seymour Hoffman memoriam, the rapper and PR firm ID-PR have parted ways, Billboard has confirmed. Drake had been working with ID for the past year to handle publicity for third album Nothing Was the Same, as well as his current Would You Like a Tour?, which wraps March 26 with three dates at London’s O2 Arena. According to a source, ID initiated the split soon after the Rolling Stone debacle. The magazine feature, which ID helped arrange, prompted a series of tweets that have since been deleted in which Drake clarified his comments regarding Kanye West’s Yeezus, saying that they were shared off-the-record, and that he was “disgusted” that the magazine ran with the Hoffman cover instead of his. “I’m disgusted with that. RIP to Phillip Seymour Hoffman. All respect due. But the press is evil.” In the only tweet that’s still active, Drake added, “I’m done doing interviews for magazines. I just want to give my music to the people. That’s the only way my message gets across accurately.” On Feb. 14, the five-year anniversary of the day his So Far Gone EP debuted online, Drake issued a more detailed account of his thoughts on the cover to his official OVO blog. “Today I was forced out of my character and felt the need to react swiftly,” he wrote. “These days are the worst ones. Waking up after a great night in the studio and it’s your day to be picked apart. After dwelling on it for a few hours or days, you will come to the conclusion that you brought it on yourself almost every time.” In a statement to Billboard, ID said, “Drake is an incredibly talented artist and we’re proud of our results for Nothing Was the Same and Would You Like a Tour? We wish him the best.” We would say he must be pissed, but Drake is probably too busy chasing after Rihanna to care.

Rack, Rack City Bish… Tyga Hosts Grand Opening Of Last Kings Flagship Store Celebrities, media, influencers, family, friends and fans gathered at the Last Kings Flagship store on Melrose starting last Thursday as rapper Tyga celebrated his new apparel collection, Last Kings. The Rack City rapper’s fashion line aims to “mix luxury with affordable street wear,” according to his press release. Speaking of luxury, Tyga spared no expense when taking over the former Christian Audigier store location on Melrose Ave, dropping over $120k on authentic Egyptian decoration and customization fit for a pharaoh…including a custom-made tomb. Reports TMZ : Tyga doesn’t need drugs to get hieroglyphic … he just dropped $20,000 on an Egyptian-made tomb for his new L.A. store … and it’s pretty rad. Sources tell us, Tyga spent more than $120,000 decorating the newly-opened Melrose clothing store called Last Kings — the tomb was just a drop in the bucket. We’re told $100,000 went toward painting the place’s ceilings like the Sistine Chapel — and the remaining money went toward the tomb, as well as a bunch of other Egyptian-made Pharaoh-phernalia … like the black and gold guard statues … and sand. Yes, Tyga actually paid to import sand from Egypt … and his store is 10 miles from the beach. At least it looks cool. Check out what they mean: Tyga was recently listed by Forbes as the next moneymaking rapper to watch, but do you think all that extravagance was really necessary for a brand few people are yet familiar with? Either way, Tyga got a ton of support from his celeb friends for the store opening, with guests like Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Wiz Khalifa, Rajon Rondo, Brittany Gastineau, Keke Palmer, Quincy and Lil Twist, Bow Wow, and NFL Star Desean Jackson all stopping by. Vin Diesel, like the rest of us, loves some Katy Perry. Also like the rest of us, he felt the need to record himself dancing to her latest hit, and share it online. Seriously, this is a real video. Press play and watch in awe as Vin shows off his moves to “Dark Horse,” working the dance floor and seductively staring at the camera with his piercing gaze: Vin Diesel Dancing to Katy Perry Diesel explained about halfway through this dance session, which he put on Facebook, that he’d received a bit of good news and felt like cutting loose. That news? Justin Bieber’s arrest last week. Just kidding. “Universal just called me and told me Riddick is #1 on the DVD charts,” he said, excitedly … apparently a lot of people watch Riddick online and/or on DVD. Young Jeezy Arrested for Beating, Threatening to Murder Son

Young Jeezy is in serious trouble with the law. The rapper was arrested in Atlanta on Friday on charges of battery, false imprisonment, and making terroristic threats… against his own son. Law enforcement officials tell TMZ that the alleged incident took place in September of 2012 and that Jeezy turned himself in last week after a grand jury warrant for each charge was issued. The legal documents say Jeezy went all Chris Brown on his teenage child, getting into a brawl with the boy in a bathroom; throwing him through a glass shower door; punching him in the face; and continuing to beat on him in the bedroom. Based on the incident report, Jeezy’s son tried to escape but the artist bodyguard blocked the stairwell. Jeezy is also accused of telling the teenager “I will put a bullet in your head right now” and “If I could get away with it, I would kill you.” “We have no doubt this matter will resolve itself appropriately,” says Jeezy’s attorney. “At this moment, Mr. Jenkins is thankful for the support of his fans and the respect for his family’s privacy.” The musician is currently out on bond.

It’s ridiculous and unfair,” she says, echoing what Kim Kardashian has said on the topic. “I think any woman who is pregnant and creating a life is pretty much entitled to eat whatever she wants as long as she’s healthy. I wasn’t going to let the media take away from what was one of the happiest times in my life.”
