Jon Gosselin pulled a gun on a photographer who followed him home in Pennsylvania on Friday and even fired a warning shot – by his own admission. The crazy incident happened in Beckersville, Pa., when a photographer followed him from his job waiting tables to the log cabin where Jon lives . The paparazzo admits that she followed Jon off the main roads and onto dirt roads, but assumed it was still a public road and not private property. Not the case. According to TMZ, she started taking photos of Jon Gosselin and he came at her, pulled a gun out of the back of his pants and yelled at her for trespassing. He then fired off a warning shot. The photographer peaced out immediately after that, but says Jon followed her until she got back on the main road. He declined to give chase further. She went to the police station to file a report, but ultimately did not do so as she likely would have ended up charged with criminal trespass as a result. Jon Gosselin later said he has no apology for firing the warning shot, saying he was within his legal rights to defend his private property from trespassers. “I am licensed to carry a concealed handgun, which I withdrew,” Jon says. He admits he used it “to fire a warning shot AWAY from the paparazzi. It is well within my rights under Pennsylvania law when someone is trespassing on private property.” Gosselin says he is certain police would back him up and would take his side on the issues of trespassing and a person’s right to protect their property. Nevertheless … Jon Gosselin is strapped. This is both surprising and a little scary. Definitely did the job, though, as far as making his point in this case.

I would say that Candice Swanepoel is cheating on her manufacturers over at Victoria’s Secret, you know the team of scientists who made her and pretended they found her off some beaten path in South Africa, amongst the blood diamonds and AIDS Rate…with this company called Agua Bendita, who make bathing suits….but I am going to assume that she is owned and operated by the team at Victoria’s Secret and that they have far too much money invested in her to allow some other obscure brand to use her, unless of course, that obscure brand is just another one of their product lines to really monopoly on the fabric on pussy, whether underwear or bathing suit, global market…. That said, the pictures are boring, she should be fisting herself, if they even made her with a vagina, and I don’t think they did, because vaginas call for too much time spent in post production retouching the camel toe out, but it would keep things interesting, and she come across as eager, because at this rate, all her pics are the same and she’s just got old, tired and lazy…but the good news is…her body hasn’t…

Both competition and love was in the air, as Lindsay Price surprised fiancee Curtis Stone with an engagement party, one for which the remaining contestants had to cook. We’ll allow the mixing of business with pleasure in this entertaining case. Based around the installment’s Elimination Challenge, the chefs were split into three teams and had to plan a menu around Curtis and Lindsay’s tastes, which mostly revolved around chocolate and Korean barbecue. In the end, Red Team members Sue, Douglas and David were all named winners for their impressive creations: Umami Broth, Crab Beignet and Cheesecake Pop. But whose dessert was not dripping with chocolate and who therefore got sent packing? With new episodes of the HBO drama kicking off next month, this Fox News contributor slammed Aaron Sorkin’s creation Friday during a segment on The Five . “Hollywood gets everything wrong again.
