Kate Middleton was the bright spot – literally – at Queen Elizabeth II’s annual summer garden party today, donning a lemon-yellow coat dress and fascinator. The seven-months-pregnant Duchess of Cambridge stood out in the crowd of other guests, who clamored for a glimpse of her growing baby bump: As Kate Middleton baby bump watchers know, it’s really popped in recent weeks, and the Duchess always seems to look radiant with her style. She appeared to be in great spirits as she mingled with her father-in-law, Prince Charles, and wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, at the occasion. All eyes were on the royal mom-to-be as she made her way around the affair, smiling and chatting with other seasonally, festively outfitted partygoers. Among the 8,000 invitees were Olympians, Paralympians, and officials from London 2012. Over 270,000 cups of tea were served at the event! After the playing of the national anthem at 4 p.m., members of the royal family split up to greet guests, each taking different routes through the grounds. As Kate Middleton fashion statements go, it was another win at the event, which she attended for the first time as Prince William’s wife in 2012. The Queen’s garden party is the pregnant Duchess’ first official public engagement in quite some time; she has been lying low in recent weeks. Some of that time has been spent taking cooking classes from her housekeeper, Antonella Fresolone, who’s teaching the nesting Kate new recipes. The Duchess has also been devouring parenting books. “She is fascinated by the life growing inside her, and she is full of questions,” a family source said. “Kate really engages with children. She’s a natural.” “She’s going to be a great mum.” We have absolutely no doubt about that, and can’t wait to meet the new arrival, which is supposedly set to be born on July 13 or thereabouts. The senseless violence needs to stop. Dad Fatally Shot In Park According to C And G News What prompted the May 5 fatal shooting of a 24-year-old Clinton Township man was not clear at press time, but what is for sure is that the man was fatally shot in the chest on the basketball court at Clinton Township’s Prince Drewry Park. According to one longtime family friend of the deceased, the alleged shooter and victim believed to be involved in the incident used to be friends. “They were going back and forth about an incident that had occurred last year,” said Yolanda McCoy, a longtime family friend of the decedent’s mother. “They started out as friends.” McCoy, a Roseville resident, said she did not know the specifics of the argument, but said she had known both men as children. Clinton Township investigators allege that Terry Lamont Wilson Jr., 20, of Clinton Township, shot Willie Dion Clark, 24, of Clinton Township, once in the chest around 6:50 p.m. on the park’s basketball court. Prince Drewry Park is located next to Robbie Hall Parker Elementary School on Quinn Road, east of Gratiot. Clinton Township Det. Capt. Richard Maierle said his department and U.S. Marshals Service tracked Wilson down and, with assistance from the Battle Creek police, arrested him around 8:45 p.m. May 8 at a housing complex in Battle Creek, where he was staying with a cousin. Wilson was denied bond during a May 9 arraignment in 41-B District Court, according to the court. A preliminary examination is scheduled for May 22. Two others were arrested for harboring a fugitive, Maierle said. Maierle said police interviews revealed varying accounts as to what ultimately prompted the shooting. But whatever the case, an argument reportedly ensued that evening and Wilson allegedly shot Clark once in the chest before fleeing the scene. After the shooting, Clark’s brothers took him to McLaren Macomb hospital in Mount Clemens, where he was pronounced dead on arrival, Maierle said. There were reportedly about 20 to 30 other people in the park at the time, including Clark’s 2-year-old child and two brothers. Clark was one of 10 children, McCoy said. McCoy said the 24-year-old Clark had lived his entire life in the neighborhood surrounding the Quinn Road park, even attending Robbie Hall Parker during his elementary school days, she said. Clark had two children, ages 5 and 2, she added. The evening following the shooting, on May 6, friends and family held a candlelight vigil for Clark at the park. Wayne County Circuit Court records show that Wilson was released from a two-year probation term in July 2012 for a 2010 charge of breaking and entering a vehicle, with damage to the vehicle. Wilson already had one warrant out at the time of the shooting for an alleged probation violation, Maierle said. This is first shooting-related death in Clinton Township since December 2011, when a 23-year-old Highland Park man was lured to an apartment complex and shot in a robbery gone wrong. The two culprits were found guilty by a jury for the crime and sentenced to life in prison. Anyone with information is asked to call Clinton Township police at (586) 493-7847 or (586) 493-7840. The Prince of the South is back on the bricks Lil Scrappy Released From Jail After Turning Himself In To Police According to TMZ reports : Lil Scrappy is a free man … for now … after a dubious pee test led to him being thrown in the slammer, TMZ has learned. As we reported, Scraps turned himself in to ATL authorities yesterday in response to a warrant that had been issued for his arrest. The warrant was issued over an alleged probation violation, stemming from his 2008 pot bust. Scrappy had been ordered to submit to a urine test in March, but according to authorities, he turned in a sample that was cold to the touch and may have been tampered with. Scrappy was asked to submit another cup, and allegedly refused. Scrappy tells TMZ, the warrant was bogus because he never submitted bad pee in the first place. Scrappy was released from jail today after a judge granted his lawyer’s motion to recall the warrant. A hearing is set for May 16 to hash out all the issues. Keep your nose clean young man, it would be a shame for you go to jail before your wedding like Mendeecees. Image via WENN

MJ famously never wanted his kids Prince and Paris to have a relationship with their biological mother Debbie Rowe — cutting off all contact between Debbie and the children after their divorce in 1999. Debbie gave away all custody rights in 2001. But Jermaine has reversed Michael’s policy — telling TMZ, it’s great that Paris is getting to know her mom Is Jermaine just an attention slore or do you think MJ’s kids reuniting with their birth mother is a good idea? Let Michael rest in peace! Geez. Can we honor the man’s legacy without constantly dragging up the paternity of his kids? Katherine Jackson Asks Judge to Disregard The Paternity of Michael Jackson Kids According to The National Enquirer The secrets that Michael Jackson took to his grave about the paternity of his three children could now explode in court! In a bid to keep those secrets, the late superstar’s mother Katherine pleaded with a judge to disregard the identity of his children’s biological parents during the $40 billion wrongful death suit she’s filed against concert promoter AEG Live. The judge agreed to keep the paternity of Prince, 16, Paris, 15, and Blanket, 11, out of court. But sources say the information may yet become public during the upcoming trial, which could drag on for months. “KATHERINE HAS CLEARLY BEEN told by her attorneys that AEG wants to explore the rumors about the children’s paternity to create doubt about whether they are his true beneficiaries,” a Jackson family insider told The ENQUIRER. “Now she’s doing everything possible to prevent the children – and the public – from learning how these kids actually came into the world.” Katherine’s lawsuit demands that AEG Live pay Michael’s heirs, including his children, a whopping $40 billion in damages related to their hiring and supervising of Dr. Conrad Murray, who’s been convicted of involuntary manslaughter in Michael’s drug-related death on June 25, 2009. And the 82-year-old family matriarch took a dramatic turn toward winning the case on March 14, when her lawyers filed a bombshell legal motion in Los Angeles Superior Court, arguing that “evidence intended to show that Michael Jackson is not the biological father of his children is irrelevant” to the suit. The motion also said: “Evidence intended to show who the biological mother is of the children is also irrelevant” to the case. While the judge agreed with Katherine’s argument, sources say her legal victory may be short-lived. According to a published report, sources within AEG claim the company has sworn affidavits, birth records and other material containing “irrefutable proof ” that only Blanket has Michael’s DNA, and Prince and Paris were fathered by different sperm donors. The acknowledged mother of Prince and Paris is former medical assistant Debbie Rowe, who was married to Michael from 1996 to 1999. But as The ENQUIRER reported in July 2009, widespread reports alleged Debbie’s boss, Michael’s dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein, fathered Prince and Paris, which Klein has denied. Other sources claimed the two were the result of an anonymous donor. “If AEG presents irrefutable proof that the two oldest children are not Michael Jackson’s biological children, they could actually get the upper hand in the case,” celebrity attorney Raoul Felder told The ENQUIRER. “It’s sad, but it would mean the children have no legal standing.” Meanwhile, Katherine fears Blanket could inherit some of Michael’s health problems, including the skin condition vitiligo and the autoimmune disease lupus, said the source. “Right now, she’s watching all three kids closely and desperately trying to stop AEG from ruining their lives,” said the family insider. “The last thing Katherine wants is for family secrets to be blurted out in court.” Hopefully Ms. Jackson can finally make AEG pay for her son’s death!
