Oh, ok… According to NY Daily News: A West Virginia man shot and killed his new neighbor and the man’s brother without warning as the two inspected their land. The shooter told police he thought his alleged victims were breaking into a building he mistakenly thought he owned, and police are baffled as to why he chose such a drastic measure to preserve something of no value to him. The Cabell County Sheriff’s Department charged Rodney Bruce Black, 62, of Barboursville, with two counts of first degree murder after he killed Garrick Hopkins, 60, of Milton and his brother, Carl Hopkins Jr., 61, of Oak Hill, at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Sheriff Tom McComas told the Daily News on Monday. Garrick Hopkins and his wife had just purchased land next door to Black and planned to start building a home in the next few weeks, McComas said. The landowner had invited his brother over to check out the property Saturday afternoon. Black saw the two men — who were both married with children — looking inside a shed. Then, allegedly without warning or calling the police, he grabbed a rifle and fired once at both men. They died at the scene. “He shot first and then called 911,” McComas said. “He said they were breaking into his house but it wasn’t his property.” “It’s just a terrible, terrible tragedy,” he said. “We’re still trying to figure all of this out. … Hopefully we’ll find out his reasoning as the investigation continues.” Can’t just allow every creepy azz cr-…red neck to have a gun and play cowboys and indians with real people. 50 Cent has reached a plea deal following an incident in which he alleged kicked his baby mama and destroyed a bunch of her property back in June. He was charged with five criminal counts following the incident – one count of misdemeanor domestic violence, and four counts of misdemeanor vandalism. The rapper pleaded not guilty soon after, but the judge still ordered him to stay away from his baby mama Daphne Joy , the mother of 50’s second child. 50 also has a teenage son Marquise with Shaniqua Tompkins , with whom he also has a contentious relationship. Joy’s child with Cent is still a baby. After the alleged fight with Daphne, he was hit with a restraining order. He also had to turn in all his guns, which we imagine is a large number. But he’s now struck a plea deal that got the domestic violence charge dropped. By agreeing to plead no contest to one count of misdemeanor vandalism, he was sentenced to three years’ probation and 30 days’ community service. He has also agreed to attend counseling sessions and pay $7,100 in restitution to Daphne Joy, while the restraining order against him remains in effect. It’s not clear when and if he will get his guns back .

Robert Pattinson truly is moving on. On Monday, RealEstalker confirmed that the actor has placed the Los Angeles mansion he formerly shared with Kristen Stewart on the market. He purchased the home for $6.25 million in 2011 and has now listed it for $6.75 million. Robert Pattinson: Selling Kristen Stewart Mansion The residence is located in Los Feliz, has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and sits on 1.45 acres. It includes a pool and multiple terraces and used to belong to Noah Wyle. Pattinson reportedly moved out of the home awhile ago, however, not long after splitting with Stewart in May. But the decision to actually sell the property is yet another step in a direction far away from his ex-girlfriend and former castmate – and it may cause even more problems for Stewart. She is allegedly losing her hair due to her single status and missing Rob from her life. So let’s hope she isn’t reading THG for once and has not yet seen this news. Hang in there, Kristen!

Taylor, watch your back. Taylor Swift’s Trespasser To Go Free For Now According to Radar Online The 55-year-old man accused of trespassing twice on the grounds of Taylor Swift‘s Rhode Island mansion is going free with no punishment — for now, at least. Joseph Bernatche appeared in court in Westerly, Rhode Island, on Friday for a pre-trial in the case that charges he willfully trespassed on the property, but the case has been rescheduled to September 6. When Bernatche appeared in court, his attorney, Michael J. Robinson of Robo Law tells RadarOnline.com exclusively, “They executed him! No, just kidding. Really, it was fine.” Robinson reveals that he presented new information to the Westerly Police Department about the case. “Generally it was information about the location of her property line,” Robinson explains. “Some photographs.” “The police department requested time to investigate that, so the case has been pushed back to September 6,” he adds. As for the final outcome, Robinson insists, “I’m confident it’s going to swing my way.” Bernatche was arrested while driving away from Taylor’s property on July 27, after he handed a note to her security guard. He also allegedly visited the property back in April. Taylor, you can’t play with these trespassers…you’ll end up coming home and finding one chilling in the crib like J. Lo.
