Tiger and Elin Woods’ Divorce: Almost Official

Tiger Woods has another reason to celebrate. A day after published DNA test results proved he did not knock up Devon James , it looks like his divorce is about to become official, according to reports. His legal separation from Elin Woods is imminent, as “They’ve agreed on all the major points,” one source reported. “It’s all been worked out privately.” “When they first started negotiating the divorce, it was acrimonious. Things are now very civil, at least in terms of getting the divorce taken care of.” While the terms of the settlement are unclear, “Both Tiger and Elin are very close to finishing the negotiations and filing and signing the paperwork.” KISS OFF : The terms of his divorce from the ol’ ball and chain nearly finalized, Tiger Woods is almost free to live the dream – play golf and holla at some hoes! According to Radar Online, Elin Woods switched attorneys a little while ago and that took much of the aggression and anger out of the negotiations. The couple is no longer (or barely) on speaking terms after attempts at reconciliation fizzled earlier this year around the time Tiger returned to golf. Things got ugly fast as Elin talked about moving to Sweden with their children, but later backed off. Both Tiger and Elin met with lawyers this week. The actor was terrorized for nearly five hours by his attackers, telling police that he was forced to “smoke dope then purchase booze” during the awful night .

Hailey Glassman to Sue Jon Gosselin

Having been cleared in the ransacking of his apartment last winter, Hailey Glassman is taking Jon Gosselin to court over legal fees she says he owes her. Jon accused her of breaking into his Upper West Side pad in N.Y. City, but she was exonerated after a police investigation concluded she was not at fault. Rather than let bygones be bygones, of course, Jon’s ex says she wants to bleed him dry and plead her case in court – and publicly, on TV’s Judge Judy . “I want to take him on Judge Judy and make him pay my lawyer’s fees,” Hailey told Radar Online . “He tried to frame me [for his apartment break-in].” “Really, it was him setting me up.” Jon and Hailey in happier times. Back in December, Jon accused Hailey of breaking into his NYC apartment last December and claimed she stole several his belongings including the TV. The break-in was ultimately never solved. Radar cites sources who say Jon Gosselin staged the burglary as a stunt, but he was never charged either. “Anyone else in my position would go for the jugular. He could have ruined my life trying to frame me for selfish reasons. Now he’s going to pay for it.” Hailey also claims Jon owes her $200,000 and that he has a two-inch package. These claims have not been substantiated, but we totally believe her. Earlier this week, a video surfaced from last summer, showing Jon Gosselin stoned out of his mind with Hailey in France. Ahh, those were the days.

Heidi Montag: Crashing With Cougar Zank?

She says she’s legally separating from her husband, but is Heidi Montag really just putting us on and crashing with Cougar Zank, Spencer Pratt’s good friend? More importantly, is Cougar Zank his real name? If so, that’s hilarious! According to Radar Online , Heidi is currently staying at the Malibu home of this strangely-named individual, a former Marine-turned-bodyguard and bit actor. He befriended Pratt earlier this year, lived in the house rented by Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt in Pacific Palisades, Calif., and was even seen on The Hills . “He is helping me write a script,” Spencer told Life & Style recently. So what’s Heidi (allegedly) doing staying with this dude right now? This is Cougar Zank. We think. We’re not sure. It just came up on an image search. If it’s not, sorry … but either way, we’re jealous of the dude’s dashing good looks . Heidi Montag and Jen Bunney, another former Hills regular, have announced plans for a new project. “It’s going to be the best summer of my life!” Heidi Tweeted. When contacted by the celebrity gossip site at the new pad Heidi and the Bunney moved into, and asked what he was doing there, Cougar Zank responded: “This is MY house.” So are all these events – Heidi leaving Spencer, moving in with Bunney, signing a lease (possibly the smoking gun ) and filing for legal separation – a sham? Jon Gosselin: Stoned Out of His Mind

This isn’t breaking news at all, but it is hilarious: A video of Jon Gosselin stoned last summer with then-girlfriend Hailey Glassman has just leaked online. If you recall, the two just started dating and were vacationing in St. Tropez, France, with Ed Hardy designer Christian Audigier. Looks like they had fun. An insider tells Radar Online , the king of exclusive non-stories, that they smoked spliffs (marijuana and tobacco mixed) and were drunk on champagne. Jon Gosselin, who was still married to Kate then, took turns with Hailey Glassman filming each other, making cracks about the French and lactose issues. The trip marked Jon and Hailey’s first public appearance together. When Glassman references her curly hair during a salon mishap she experienced in St. Tropez, Jon interrupts with: “It looked like big Jewish pubes.” Class . At one point, Jon, with a cigarette up his nose, says: “This is how the French smoke. They smoke so much they put cigarettes in every orifice of their body.” While there is no paraphernalia or anything, and it certainly matters little if they were actually stoned, their behavior would certainly suggest that it’s true. Mariah Carey Pregnant, Sources Claim

Having already boldly proclaimed that Lamar Odom got Khloe Kardashian pregnant , a popular celebrity news source is doubling up on suspect baby news: Mariah Carey is pregnant as well, according to Radar Online! If nothing else, it will be an interesting test for this celebrity gossip source’s credibility, as it seems to specialize in vague non-stories one can’t disprove. Bombs like these aren’t often dropped as fact, so if Mariah and/or Khloe aren’t actually with child , then you’ll know how to evaluate Radar from now on. In any case, the 40-year-old singer recently dropped out of her next film gig, fueling rumors that she’s pregnant. Now Radar ‘s source says it’s for real. THG? Still a little skeptical. But here’s hoping. “They’re both very excited and very happy,” dished an insider of Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon, who recently renewed their wedding vows . Mariah’s longtime rep Cindi Berger offered a somewhat cryptic non-denial, saying: “I’m not at liberty to discuss Mariah’s personal life at this time.” The alleged inside source says that it’s the stars’ plan to keep it on the DL: “Mariah and Nick want to keep the pregnancy quiet as long as they can.” Speculation has run rampant about the impending baby since Mariah Carey was spotted with Nick outside an Los Angeles medical clinic in May. Some suggested the singer had begun hormone enhancement therapy and/or IVF; a possible explanation for a noticeable, sudden weight gain. Congratulations are certainly in order for Mariah and Nick if this turns out to be true, but we’re still a little cautious. Stay tuned for more details.

Hailey Glassman Cleared in Jon Gosselin Apartment Ransacking, Alleges She Was Framed

Hailey Glassman says her ex-boyfriend, Jon Gosselin, staged the break-in of his own apartment last winter to frame her and/or collect insurance money. The police must agree, at least in part – she’s off the hook. Hailey is no longer a suspect in the bizarre ransacking of Jon’s New York City pad, which came around the same time he began dating Morgan Christie. “The NYPD informed us that Hailey is no longer a person of interest in the breakin. She feels that the truth has finally come out and the cloud that has been hanging over her head had finally lifted,” her lawyer Stephanie Ovadia told Radar Online . OMG : Did Jon Gosselin slice and dice his own crap? The case is closed, a source close to the investgation confirmed. So who did it? An enraged Hailey Glassman thinks she knows the answer to that one. Hailey, who supposedly signed a note left at the scene (not true) has a theory that the former reality star staged it in order to claim insurance money. “Stubby tried to frame me N set me up to go to jail!” she Twittered, referring to his lack of manhood. “He ruined his own things 2 claim insurance $!” She also says Jon owes her a lot of money . Which is likely true, who are we kidding. He has little to no credibility. If nothing else, dude is a shady character. With a two-inch package supposedly.

Some time in 2003, Justin Frye broke out his tripod and filmed he and then-girlfriend Kendra Wilkinson having sex. He then solid the video to Vivid Entertainment for $100,000. This much we know. This much we’ve seen ( yikes! ). But new details have emerged, and they shed light on even more graphic details from the sex tape. Or, should we say, sex tapes ?!? According to Radar Online, Kendra made at least one other video back in the day. It featured her and a woman named Taryn, as sources say “multiple partners are featured having intimate relations with the reality television star” on camera. If you’re reading this right now, Hank Baskett, we’re very sorry. But are you really surprised? For now, Vivid plans to release Kendra Exposed on May 28. Like any mainstream film, its success would lead to a sequel that stars Kendra and a “scantily-clad woman who is wearing skimpy lingerie.” Don’t shed any tears for Wilkinson if/when either of these tapes go public: she has struck a deal in which she earns 50% of all sales. We’re talking seven figures, easy! In fact, the only thing easier than earning this money: Kendra herself.

Brooke Mueller Reaches Financial Settlement with Charlie Sheen, Leaves Cheating Bastard

Angelina Tracy continues to insist that she isn’t banging Charlie Sheen, but that hasn’t stopped Brooke Mueller from packing up and leaving. According to Radar Online, insiders and reps may claim the couple is “evaluating things,” but that’s mere PR (and BS). In reality, Charlie and Brooke have officially split , now that a financial arrangement has been reached. With a payout from Sheen to Mueller in its final stages, Brooke will walk away with a substantial amount of cash, “but not a fortune” a friend said, adding: “It’s not everything she wanted. It’s not even close. But it’s enough.” Heck, an iTunes gift card should be enough to leave Sheen. Trust us, Brooke, you and your children will be better off, even if it does mean fewer drug-induced threesomes for you. The divorce announcement will not be made until Sheen has reached a plea bargain in his Colorado court case. But make no mistake, this source says: “It’s over and the hardest part has been worked out: the money.”

Angelina Tracy Insists: Charlie Sheen and I are Just Pals!

Following the report that Charlie Sheen has shacked up with Angelina Tracy, this alleged mistress is speaking out. A couple weeks ago, she denied accusations that referenced her as a “paid escort,” and now she tells Radar Online that rumors of her living with Sheen are equally false. “I am not Charlie Sheen’s mistress,” Tracy said . “We are just friends and we are definitely not living together.” Hmmm… but could you be friends with benefits ?!? In mid-April, a tabloid caught Sheen sneaking out of his rehab facility, donning a disguise and visiting Tracy’s apartment. Since then, both Angelina and Sheen’s rep have said the actor was simply helping a fellow addict through a difficult time. Sources say Brooke Mueller is sick of Charlie cheating on her and will soon file for divorce. But Tracy sort of denies playing any role in this development. “I am living alone in my own apartment,” she said, failing to directly address whether or not she receives visits there from a certain prostitute-loving, knife-wielding sitcom star.
