Boyfriend Kanye West appreciated the gesture, tweeting at Kim, “HEADING HOME NOW.” But her fans haven’t been so grateful for the snap, posting negative comments on the picture telling Kardashian that she’s “nasty,” “disgusting,” “nauseatingly huge,” and worst of all, a bad example for her daughter, North. “Am I the only one who thinks this is disgusting?” user @thecityfox wrote on the pic, and they certainly weren’t alone in their thinking. This is fawked up . Widow Forced From Home After Discovering Half Is Owned By Another Woman The poor lady is already a widow and now she is being kicked out her house. Sad. According to The NY Daily News A 76-year-old Idaho woman was forced to abandon her newly purchased retirement home after another woman came to her front door claiming to own half of the house. Unfortunately for Betty Galloway, who purchased the three-bedroom Nampa home in May, this stranger’s claims to the back half — the backyard and porch — have since been substantiated by a previously undisclosed property plot. “They (the real estate agents) had called Pioneer Title and Pioneer Title said they take no responsibility for it,” Galloway told KTVB of the party responsible for issuing the title to her. Now, four months later, the widow who sold her old home to move into the property is publicly speaking out “as a last hope” after responsibility for the incredible mistake has gone ignored, her broker told the Daily News. It was just after Galloway purchased the home through a real estate agent with Gold Star Realty in May that she says Kathy Meyers unexpectedly showed up at her front door. Meyers allegedly told her that her mother previously owned the entire property before her family took out a loan to do construction on half of it but, unable to pay it, suffered foreclosure. This all appeared to be news to Galloway, who insists that when she reviewed the home and made its purchase there weren’t any footnotes declaring that it was split exactly down the line. After all, the home is not a duplex and shows no accommodation for two separate residences. Gold Star Broker Robin Moffitt confirmed Galloway’s account to the Daily News, saying she saw a copy of the listing agreement herself, “and it definitely said that Betty bought a house.” Asked if Galloway paid an amount for the home worth the price of a full house — and not just half — she answered, “Oh gosh, yes!” “I mean it was a big parcel. It was a big parcel of land, but it still was a fair price in the market place,” she said. A listing online by real estate agent Brent King in May shows it being situated on .14 acres of land while listed for $69,000 after a price reduction. Galloway and Moffitt say King was the Fannie Mae representative who handled their sale. When reached by the Daily News King said he was the listing agent of the property but also had no idea at the time of its sale that it was split in two. Really? Galloway placed an offer on the home on the night of May 14. The following day Fannie Mae accepted her offer and Pioneer Title did, too. Both women now insist that someone, specifically Pioneer Title, must have known exactly what they were selling her at the time. King expressed the same. “In my opinion it’s at the title company’s door,” he said. “They’re the one who has to make sure when a transaction goes through that the person is buying” what they believe to be buying. A request for comment from Pioneer Title by the Daily News was referred to an attorney who didn’t return a call back for comment. “Everyone just clams up,” Moffitt said of their lack of participation. “I’m a really straight arrow and I believe in right and wrong. I’ve been in the business so long, you’ve got to tell the truth,” she chastised those involved. “If you make a mistake you have to own up to it.” Meanwhile Galloway says she is living with her son in Boise without having anywhere else to go since Meyers doesn’t appear to be relinquishing her half — at least without a cost. Meyers allegedly told Galloway she’d be willing to sell her half of the home to her and is working to get its price assessed, which the widow says she’ll consider. The Daily News request for comment from Meyers wasn’t immediately returned. Galloway says she hopes either she’ll be refunded her money or be allowed to move in, with no hard feelings to the parties involved. “I’m just praying and waiting to see what happens,” she told KTVB. According to The NY Daily News The party’s over for a popular suburban Miami dance teacher. Isabel Diaz-Almaraz was officially axed Wednesday from her job at South Miami Senior High School after a student posted incriminating photos online suggesting he received a “party platter” full of booze and condoms from her. She was initially suspended without pay in September 2012 following an investigation. A 46-page document claims Diaz-Almaraz used $1,000 from her PayPal account to rent a penthouse suite for students last year during a prom after-party. A student posted a picture on Instagram of the four-bedroom penthouse overlooking the ocean, as well as a second picture of a party tray. The goodies included Durex condoms, bottles of Malibu Rum and Grey Goose, Jell-O and candies. The student captioned the photo, “Thank you Mrs.D!!!” Officials said the teacher was also at the infamous after-party, although she testified during the investigation that she didn’t ply the students with alcohol. Some students denied she was the one who brought the booze. Diaz-Almaraz’s husband had also been at the penthouse the next day cooking steaks for the students, reported NBC affiliate WTVJ. “I don’t think we should ever exalt or celebrate the termination of an employee,” Miami-Dade Public Schools Superintendent Alberto Carvalho said at Wednesday’s board meeting announcing her termination. “At the same time, their standard of conduct — particularly behavior that could endanger children that jeopardizes safety of children — must be upheld.” Students said Diaz-Almaraz appeared overly chummy, describing her as “fun” and “young.” One mom who supported the teacher called the investigation of her a “witch hunt.” “I do not believe at any time Mrs. D endangered my daughter,” parent Marci Sigel wrote to the school board. An administrative law judge had recommended over the summer that the teacher be reinstated, although Carvalho disagreed and pushed for her termination. Diaz-Almaraz’s lawyer claimed she only rented the hotel suite for the students because doing so required a PayPal account, which none of the students had, the Miami Herald reported. “This is not a career-ending mistake,” argued attorney Mark Herdman, adding that she has taken responsibility for her actions. Businessman Anders Wiklof was busted doing 77 kilometers per hour in a 50 kilometers per hour zone — or about 48 mph in a 30 mph zone — when driving in neighboring Scandinavian nation Finland’s islands of Aland. Had he been caught in Sweden, he would have faced a $615 penalty. But fines in Finland are issued based on the driver’s wealth – and with Wiklof having so much cash, he was hit with the much heftier fee. The 67-year-old accepted he was “in the wrong” for breaking the speed limit. But he claimed the fine was “unreasonable.” “I’d rather put that money on the elderly, health, day care or whatever,” he told Ålandstidningen. “I have only myself to blame, but one can question whether it is fair. There should be a ceiling, it’d be more fair. Where to put it I do not know, but as it is now, it’s unreasonable.” Wiklof, one of the most influential and rich people in Aland, made his fortune as the owner of a holding company. Man Gets Repeatedly Stabbed By Homeless Man After Giving Him $1 A Long Island homeless man is in police custody after he reportedly stabbed a man who gave him $1 and then refused to give him more. via CBS New York A homeless man pleaded not guilty Monday to charges he repeatedly stabbed a man in Elmont while attempting to rob him. James Howley, 46, was arrested Sunday on assault, attempted robbery and other charges, Nassau County police said. Just after 3 a.m. Sunday, police said Howley approached a man on Meacham Avenue near Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont and asked for money. The man gave Howley a dollar, police said. But police said Howley saw that the man had more money in his wallet and demanded he be given more. When the man refused, police said Howley pulled out a knife and repeatedly stabbed and slashed him across the face, neck, chest and hands. The man was able to grab a pipe that was lying on the ground and hit Howley with it, police said. The victim was taken to the hospital and treated for his injuries. What set the elephant off ? Man Killed By Stampeding Female Elephant Maybe some of these animals attack because they’re tired of being caged…still what a messed up way to die. According to The NY Daily News A senior zookeeper at a Missouri zoo was tragically killed by a rampaging elephant Friday, a spokeswoman confirmed. Springfield city spokeswoman Cora Scott told the News-Leader that 62-year-old John Bradford was killed Friday morning by a stampeding female elephant named Patience. The veteran worker had been with the Dickerson Park Zoo for nearly 30 years, the paper reported. According to KY3.com, other handlers had been in the pen when the 41-year-old pachyderm, who has had behavioral issues in the past, charged. Ambulances rushed to the zoo early Friday morning and left about an hour later. Officials will continue to investigate. Tragedy struck the elephant enclosure earlier this month when another of the zoo’s five elephants, Connie, died. Zoo officials said the Dickerson Zoo will remain open despite Bradford’s death. If the elephant had a history of behavioral issues, then special precaution should have been taken to prevent this tragedy. A man is dead and the zoo is still open–sad. KY3

According to Raw Story A Los Angeles teacher whose profanity-laced tirade was caught on an audio recording admits a student heckler got the best of her. The outburst took place Sept. 26 during a lesson on race and ethnicity at the Humanities and Art Academy in Harbor City, The Daily Breeze reported Wednesday. The teacher, whose name has not been released, said she was trying to explain that the term, “African-American,” is at least partially inaccurate. “You’re an American first,” she said, adding that her family came from Italy, but she doesn’t call herself an Italian-American. The teacher said one student repeatedly told her she was wrong and then used her cell phone to record the teacher’s angry reaction. “I know my f–-g s—t,” the teacher can be heard saying. “Don’t f—- with that. I’m tired of trying to educate you, and you guys resist every step of the f—–g way. Get the f—- out of here.” The teacher admits she lost her cool, but she said she was also hurt that the student had recorded her outburst and then turned the recording over to another faculty member with whom she doesn’t get along. “I was trying to explain the difference between race and ethnicity, and this girl kept poking the bear,” she said. She also pointed out that the student had broken school rules by using her cell phone in class. The teacher has been placed on paid leave while the Los Angeles Unified School District investigates the incident. Students told KTLA-TV that they had forgiven the teacher, saying that students at the school can be tough on faculty members. “It is wrong to be cussing, at students especially, but a lot of kids here aggravate the teachers,” student Aaron Taylor said. “She’s a good teacher. Everybody makes mistakes and she’s only human.” Another student pointed out the teacher had apologized. “Everybody forgave her,” Summer Washington said. “That’s our favorite teacher.” But another student told KNBC-TV that the 10-year veteran teacher should be fired. “They’re not supposed to react like that no matter what the situation was,” said student Carla Mateo. There is no such thing as “locking up” with somebody. Either you beat the man’s azz or not. According to TMZ Deion Sanders has been 86′ed from the school he co-founded in Texas … after admitting he got into a physical altercation with a head official, TMZ has learned. A rep for the Prime Prep Academy says the school is cutting ties with Deion — who was an “ambassador and employee of the school” — after deciding they can no longer have a professional relationship with him following allegations he choke slammed PPA honcho Kevin Jefferson. Deion says he didn’t assault the guy … but acknowledges they “locked up” after Deion learned some of the student athletes at the school were not doing well in the classroom. In a statement, the school would not explain the specific reason they want to cut ties with Sanders, but acknowledge the positive things he did for the place saying, “ “Deion’s positive contribution is appreciated and regarded as a laudable example. The school family wishes Mr. Sanders much success in his future endeavors.” Deion previously griped that he was angry about the quality of the education at PPA — but school officials insist they have “complete confidence” in their programs. Speaking to RadarOnline.com in the wake of the late-night interview, Allred said: “Mr. West made it clear that he thinks that he has the right to attack anyone that antagonizes him by asking him a question that he does not like. He thinks that paparazzi are fair game. “In his televised appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel show he sent a message that anyone that crosses him is not safe and that no one should forget that he is from Chicago. “We have a message to you Mr. West in response. You will be held accountable for your actions both in the criminal justice system and in the civil justice system. “Your remarks are shameful and add further insult to the injuries that you inflicted upon my client.” She added: “You say that you bring ‘joy to the world’.
