Lindsay, just because you’ve been to rehab like 100 times doesn’t mean you should open one. Lindsay Lohan Wants To Open Rehab Center We know she is out of rehab, but she still has some screws loose. No one will go to the Lindsay Lohan rehab center…they will be doomed from the start. According to Radar Online Mean Girls star Lindsay Lohan has checked into rehab a whopping six times and is now considering opening her own treatment center and naming it after herself, RadarOnline.com has been told. She has even sounded out potential investors, a source revealed. “Lindsay really wants to help other people and she’s talked to some of her wealthy friends who are sober about the prospect of opening up a rehab center,” the insider revealed. “She loves the idea and really believes that if her name is attached to it, it will help draw attention to sobriety.” The 27-year-old — who was released from a 90-day court-ordered rehab stint three months ago – wants the facility to be based in New York City. “Lindsay is telling friends that she knows what works and doesn’t work when it comes to treatment,” the source added. “She feels that she’s in the right frame of mind now to give advice to other young people who have their own problems. “It may never happen… but she is totally behind the idea and wants to give back after all that she has been through.” Lindsay should just focus on getting better and leave fixing people to Iyanla Vanzant. Some people have all the luck. Bartender Receives $17,500 Tip Can we hold a stack? According to The NY Daily News Last week at Conway’s Restaurant and Lounge in Springfield, Ore. an unidentified male patron, who routinely gave bartender Aurora Kephart unplayed Keno tickets as tips, on Tuesday night asked her to select a pair. Kephart chose wisely. When she checked the numbers, the 25-year-old bartender found she had two winning tickets — one for $5 and one for $17,500. “The look on his face was incredible,” Kephart told the Register-Guard newspaper. “I automatically handed it back to him. It was his ticket.” The patron refused to take the ticket back and made Kephart sign it to seal the deal. “The bar is 80% regulars, so everyone knows everyone,” she told the newspaper. “People were so excited for me.” Kephart was able to keep her composure and finish her shift. She gave the patron a percentage of the winnings and plans to save most of the rest of it. She does, however, have her eye on a new couch. “I never realized how expensive couches were,” she said. “Instead of waiting till Christmas or later, now I can buy something I really need.” He knew he wanted to take that ticket back though. Jury Finds AEG Not Liable In Michael Jackson’s Death This lawsuit has had so many twist and turns from AEG’s CEO claiming he spoke to Michael’s ghost to the Jackson’s attorney claiming AEG was ruthless. The sad part is AEG will never be held accountable for pushing a man who clearly was not 100 percent healthy and had no business performing. According to TMZ The Jackson family just LOST their bid to hold AEG Live accountable for Michael Jackson’s death. The jury ruled AEG Live did hire Conrad Murray. That’s huge. The jury then ruled Conrad Murray was NOT unfit or incompetent to treat MJ. Katherine and the kids lose. So here’s the thing. The question that ruined Katherine’s case was whether Murray was competent to handle Jackson when he was hired, and the jury said he was. Ironically, a jury in the criminal case ruled Murray then went off the rails and did things that ultimately killed MJ. But because he was competent at the outset — the Jackson family lost. Katherine Jackson and Michael’s 3 kids were suing AEG, claiming the company negligently hired and supervised Dr. Conrad Murray and pushed MJ way beyond the limits for his “This Is It” tour. AEG claimed Michael hired Murray and what went on between them was a secret to all … including AEG. The real losers here are Katherine and the children. This verdict is a slap in the face to kids who had to relive this drama. Dr. Conrad Murray was half the problem…AEG needed to be punished for milking the cash cow to the limit. R.I.P. People Aint Isht: Man Stabs 2-Year-Old Boy And Four Others With Scissors In NYC Park Rampage

People can’t even go to the park without getting stabbed. Man Stabs Five People With Scissors SMH. According to The NY Daily News A scissors-wielding lunatic stabbed and slashed five victims in a Riverside Park rampage before he was subdued Tuesday morning by a brave passerby, police said. An 18-month-old boy and his father were among those targeted as they strolled through the Manhattan park before the unprovoked 7:58 a.m. attack by a homeless man, police said. Crazed assailant Julius James Graham, 43, who was living at a Harlem shelter, unleashed his rage without warning on a bright October morning. He was taken down by a passing good Samaritan and held until police arrived. “He was looking for people he could mess with,” said an eyewitness, a 57-year-old man named Eddie. “He was looking for trouble.” Minutes after spotting the scary-looking Graham, he heard someone screaming and the little boy crying. “I got up and looked, and I saw the baby and I see a guy with blood where (the scissors) went in,” he said. Graham was standing nearby. The good Samaritan credited the injured boy’s dad with saving the child’s life. “I’m no hero,” said the unidentified man, a red mark visible on his neck, as cops led him from the park. “The guy with the baby is the hero.” Poor people. The little boy suffered only a wound to his arm as his father sprung to his defense. The terrifying attacks began when a woman running along the jogging path was stabbed in her back, said Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly. The next victim, a 36-year-old man, “thought he was punched in the stomach by the individual but he was stabbed,” Kelly said. A second woman on the jogging path was slashed in the neck before Graham came upon the man pushing his son in a stroller. The scissors-toting suspect went after the pair, with the father jumping to the aid of his toddler. “He’s slashed in the chest,” said Kelly. “His son is slashed in the arm.” All five victims were taken to St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center after the attacks. The 2-year-old boy and the other two victims — a man stabbed in the chest and a woman stabbed in the neck — were all listed in stable condition. The woman stabbed in her back was “definitely worse than the others,” the source said. None of the victims was expected to die. Pennsylvania Woman Shoots Family And Then Is Killed By Father A two-decade family feud came to a violent end when a man shot dead the two home invaders that killed his wife and son, not knowing the assailants included his long-estranged daughter, authorities said Sunday. Via WSBTV reports: Though the investigation of Friday’s shootings continues, authorities said it appears Josephine and Jeffrey Ruckinger planned to murder her family at their rural central Pennsylvania home — but it remains unclear what exactly led to the deadly confrontation. “They parked at the bottom of a long driveway, and walked up, heavily armed,” said Cambria County District Attorney Kelly Callihan. Josephine Ruckinger was armed with a sawed-off 12-gauge shotgun and her husband had a Derringer pistol and a .22-caliber semi-automatic handgun as they approached the Frew family home in Ashville, about 40 miles southwest of State College, according to investigators. John Frew, his wife Roberta, and their son John Jr., 47, had just returned from dinner out, and were watching TV in the living room of the white mobile home when there was a knock at the door, authorities said. Police say Roberta, 64, answered the door, and cried out something like “Oh my God, they have guns!” before her daughter shot her at point-blank range. John Jr. then may have attempted to arm himself with a gun, but Jeffrey Ruckinger shot him multiple times in the chest, killing him, police said. The elder Frew, 67, grabbed a .22 revolver and came out from the bedroom to find the daughter he didn’t initially recognize pointing the shotgun at him. Frew fired once, hitting her in the head, then turned and exchanged fire with Jeffrey Ruckinger, killing him. He then called police. Josephine Ruckinger was still alive when police arrived, but later died at an area hospital. John Frew was not hurt. Callihan said that the preliminary investigation suggests that the elder Frew and his family were victims “of a pre-planned murder” plot, and that he acted in self-defense. Police also found a can of gas and lighter fluid in the Ruckingers’ car. Well what’s world coming too, your own family comes to kill you. Glad the man had a gun so those punks didn’t get away murder. Thoughts are with Mr. Frew, in dealing with such a tragedy of losing his entire family within minutes. Continue reading →

Who camps out at someone’s home at 4 a.m? According to TMZ Kanye West went nuclear again on the paparazzi — but this time Kanye has good reason to be pissed. Kanye was at his bachelor pad at 4 AM, when several photogs (not TMZ) approached him as he was getting in his car to leave …. and asked about his feud with Jimmy Kimmel. It appears Kim is also there. Sources say he and Kim were on their way to the airport with the final stop — Paris. An infuriated Kanye lunges at the photog but it does not appear there is any physical contact. It looks as if the photogs are very close to Kanye’s driveway — but the photo agency insists they did not trespass. As you know, Kanye is currently facing charges of battery and attempted grand theft in connection with the LAX attack, where a photog claims Kanye injured him. TMZ broke the story … Kanye’s reps have advised him to avoid LAX … specifically so there would be no other blow-ups with photogs. First fans in Singapore accuse her of getting slizzard and high off the sticky icky and now this. According to Radar Online Just a few shows into the latest leg of Rihanna‘s Diamonds World Tour, the singer is apparently going off the rails. After showing up 40 minutes late for a lackluster concert in Perth, Australia, on Tuesday, she doubled the delay on Thursday night in Adelaide, appearing 80 minutes late, ‘glassy-eyed’ and ‘obviously’ drunk, according to one reviewer. “When she finally arrived, it was obvious Rihanna had been enjoying a few sherbets [Australian slang for beers] backstage,” a reviewer for NovaFM Australia wrote. “If her glassy eyes didn’t arouse suspicions, then her constant crotch grabbing and lack of actual singing would have given the game away,” the writer, Tobias Handke, continued. “Not that Rihanna didn’t give her vocal chords a good workout, but throughout the concert, particularly during the first half, she relied on a backing track and the harmonious support of her backup singers, while she concentrated on her dance moves.” In sum, she was not worth the wait according to several fans, who aired their disappointment on Twitter.
