Nene Leakes Wants Husband To Sign Prenup According to The National Enquirer: NeNe, 45, and Gregg, 58, a real estate developer, were married for nearly 14 years before she filed for divorce in 2010. He fought hard to win her back, and earlier this year they joyously revealed they were engaged to be remarried. But NeNe, who’s worth an estimated $4.5 million, had second thoughts after getting a fat raise – from $750,000 to $1 million – for Season 6 of the hit Bravo series. The feisty performer also has income from roles on “The New Normal” and “Glee” and wants to make sure her good fortune doesn’t become a payday for Gregg if they split again. “NeNe loves Gregg and hopes their marriage will last this time, but if it doesn’t work out she wants him to walk away only with what he’s bringing into it,” a family friend revealed. “She says she earned what she’s got by herself, and is demanding Gregg sign a prenup or there won’t be a wedding.” The first time around, the couple did not have a prenuptial agreement, and Gregg is said to be insulted she’s now asking for one. “He feels he has always supported NeNe,” explained the friend. “Their divorce was not about spending too much or stealing from her, so he doesn’t think he needs a piece of paper to show he won’t take advantage.” NeNe first met Gregg in 1996. A year later, the single mom married the developer and they had a son. But during their marriage, Gregg encountered painful financial problems. He claimed on the reality show that he had invested a whopping $300,000 in NeNe’s career, and that remark led to a huge blowout which marked the beginning of the end of their marriage. “NeNe has written a memoir called ‘Never Make the Same Mistakes Twice,’ and she says she’s determined to live by that today,” noted the friend. “The prenup is not up for discussion. According to real estate site Zillow, Perry had been trying to sell the 1920s-era home under the radar, but is now listing it publicly for $6.925 million. Records indicate that the former lovebirds purchased the property for $6.5 million in June 2011. They reportedly planned to redo it and then move in. Of course, Brand filed for divorce six months later, putting the kibosh on that idea … but for that hefty price, you can make it your own any minute now! Built in the early 1920s, the two-story home sits on three acres of land near the celebrity hotspot Chateau Marmont in the famed Hollywood Hills. In addition to the main house, Zillow reports, the gated estate features a carriage house, a garden, and a gorgeous pool, complete with a waterfall. Visitors enter through a stately stone foyer with stained-glass windows, a sweeping staircase, and arched doorways, which lead off into other areas. Cisco Tschurtschenthaler may have the most ridiculous name in modeling, not because she’s done a whole lot of work and built a reputation of a clown, but because shit is 18 fucking letters long. I’ve never heard of her, but I will probably remember her, not because I’ve seen her tits in TREATS magazine, or because she’s done anything substantial, but because her name is so fucking stupid. It’s one of those names that you modify for your career cuz magazines can’t afford the real estate to credit you. You know like Oliva Wilde or some shit, and her name is only Cockburn, not Tschurtschenthaler and asif her fucking first name is actually Cisco, I mean no one is named Cisco, leading me to think she’s stage named the wrong half of her identity. Ultimately, what is a fucking name when it comes to toplessness, shit don’t fucking matter. I don’t even ask the hookers I fuck for their names, shit is just noise and gets in the way of trying to get a boner for their titties. I just can’t get over this fucking name though…trying to pronounce it has been hysterical…

Billy McKnight, Mindy McCready’s ex, says what a lot of folks are probably, tragically thinking – that he’s not really surprised she committed suicide. “As sad as it is, it didn’t come as a major shock,” McKnight told the Today show Monday in the aftermath of Sunday’s Mindy McCready death . “She’s just been battling demons for so long,” he added. “I was around her when she attempted suicide twice, so I knew that this was in her.” Cleburne County, Ark., sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of gunshots Sunday and discovered McCready dead of an apparent suicide . The troubled country singer and mother of two was found dead on the front porch of her Heber Springs house. She was only 37 years old. Neighbors reportedly had heard two shots, and the deputies found dead both McCready’s dog and the singer herself deceased at the scene. McCready had struggled with myriad substance abuse issues for years. “The demons that she hasn’t beaten were there,” Billy McKnight said. Last month’s death of her fiance David Wilson, which is currently under investigation as either a suicide or a murder, was the latest warning sign. The courts ordered McCready to be institutionalized. Asked if she might’ve been released too early, McKnight, who shared a son with Mindy, said he knew she could talk her way out of anything . “I feel for her mother, her family and especially my son,” said McKnight, whose boy, Zander, was the subject of a bitter, prolonged custody battle. After Wilson’s death, Zander and his 10-month-old half-brother, Zayne, whose dad was Wilson, were placed in foster care, where they remain. McKnight said that he wants his son back now. “He needs to come home,” he said, though all bets are off as far as her younger son is concerned. “I don’t know what is going to happen to Zayne.” A sad, sad situation all the way around.

Harry Styles has spoken out for the first time since his split from Taylor Swift . During a radio interview with London’s Capital FM yesterday, the One Direction member was asked how he’s been handling himself since his recent breakup with the country music superstar. “I’m okay, thank you for asking,” Styles replied. “I’m good.” Swift appeared to diss Styles in her Grammy performance of “We Are Never Getting Back Together,” using a British accent at one point. But Harry didn’t take this bait when the subject was broached. “She’s a great performer and she always performs great,” Styles said. “She’s always good on the stage. She’s been doing it a long time. She knows what she’s doing on stage. It was just another good Taylor Swift performance. It was good.” Styles and friends spent Valentine’s Day partying it up with women at Leeds University, sources say, having ” fun, drinking and chatting ,” according to Us Weekly insiders. Does he understand why folks are so interested in his personal life? Los Angeles Lakers owner Jerry Buss, who recently checked into the intensive care unit at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, has passed away from cancer. He was 79 years old. A former aerospace engineer and real estate developer, Buss purchased the Lakers, the NHL’s Los Angeles Kings and the Forum from Jack Kent Cooke in 1979. The Lakers won 10 titles under his watch, with Buss earning respect from past and present players such as Kareem Abdul-Jabaar and Kobe Bryant. He was inducted into Basketball Hall of Fame in 2010. “He’s meant everything to me in my career in terms of taking a risk on a 17-year-old kid coming out of high school and then believing in me my entire career. And then for the game itself, the brand of basketball that he implemented in Showtime carried the league,” Bryant said at a news conference during the NBA’s All-Star weekend. Mike Bresnahan, the team’s beat writer for The Los Angeles Times , confirmed Buss’ passing on Twitter this morning. Our thoughts go out to his family and loved ones.
