Shade files.. Apollo Nida Blasts Sherien Almufti’s Ex-Husband Remember when we told you that Apollo Nida’s moved on from Phaedra Parks and he’s now with real estate broker Sherien Almufti? Well Sherien’s ex-husband, a man named Derrick Copes, is none too pleased with her because she’s been bringing their 8-year-old to prison to meet the shady scammer. He tells RadarOnline that his daughter doesn’t belong at the bing… “I’m not giving her child support right now because she’s taking my daughter to prison and I have asked her numerous times to stop doing that,” he told Radar. Copes normally pays Almufti $450 a month in support for their daughter. “My daughter is eight years old, she is not happy to go into a prison,” he insisted. “If you want me to give you money, I will, but at the same time you have a responsibility to our daughter.” and added that even Phaedra Parks doesn’t bring her children to the jail. He blasted, “If Apollo is in my daughter’s life, that’s no problem — but don’t take her to prison. Phaedra doesn’t even take her kids to prison!” In another twist, Copes is confirming that his ex-wife is filming RHOA and bringing their baby girl along for the ride. SMH! “She took my daughter out of school a week an half ago to go to Atlanta to film,” he told Radar. “Who takes their kid out of school to go film when it’s not educational? That is not good parenting.” “I don’t want my daughter on the show. I don’t want her going to a jail.” Wow at this woman bringing her daughter to prison to meet Apollo. Earlier this week, we reported that former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Apollo Nida is engaged , despite the minor issue that he’s currently serving an eight-year prison sentence for fraud. At the time, the identity of Nida’s presumably thirsty fiancee was unknown, but the Internet’s done some sleuthing, and we now though the luckly lady who will soon be Mrs. Nida! (…or is it Mrs. Prisoner #478920574830?) That’s Sherien Almufti, a New Jersey real estate agent who, for some reason, has her own talent agent, and who is newly betrothed to Nida. Apollo (or whoever runs Apollo’s social media accounts while he’s locked up) confirmed the news that he’s engaged on Instagram, but still declined So how do we know this? Well, Shirien apparently figured that since most of tea was already spilled she’d go ahead and dump the rest: Ms. Almufti posted the above photo to Instagram this week, along with a caption reading: “Oh how much I miss this MAN!” In case there was any lingering doubt that Almufti is the former mystery woman who will soon be appearing on RHOA Season 9, Almufti also shared a photo of TMZ’s headline about Nida being engaged. She captioned it: “That’s the thing about destiny, people meet at the worst time of their lives…” and added the hashtag “#summerthirteen,” seemingly to confirm that she met Nida before he went away, so that no one would think she’s some sort of ultra-thirsty fame hound. Naturally, everyone who has any interest in this story still thinks that, anyway. Also, “people meet at the worst time of their lives”? Is that some sort of saying we’ve never heard of, or is that just Almufti’s way of getting involved with a married dude who was headed to prison. Anyway, if the hashtag is an indication of when they met, then it seems those rumors about Nida cheating on Phaedra Parks are absolutely true. In fact, the Apollo and Phaedra’s divorce only became final after he started serving his sentence. We’re sure Ms. Parks is absolutely thrilled to be sharing screentime with Sherien on the show’s upcoming ninth season. On the plus side, it should make some pretty compelling viewing for the rest of us. Well, this sure is an interesting development … As you’ve surely heard by now, Drake and Rihanna are no longer together . (It’s OK to cry — better out than in, you know.) According to a report that was released about the breakup, “Rihanna and Drake are seeing other people at the moment. They are not exclusive anymore.” One of those “other people,” the report claimed, is reality star India Love. “Drake and India Love have been hooking up for at least a few weeks,” it seems. But even so, Drake and Rihanna “still love each other,” it’s just that “their schedules have gotten in the way.” Does it feel like you’re on an emotional roller coaster? That’s because you are. This upsetting little report ends by stating that even though India Love somehow worked herself into the picture, “anything can change between” Drake and Rihanna, “for better or for worse.” So basically just expect the unexpected, know that circumstances are keeping these two apart, not their hearts , and that the world in an unjust hellscape where true love simply cannot thrive. Sounds great. And now that you know all that, know that Drake hopped on Instagram last night to be vague and upsetting. He posted that photo, and here’s his weird little caption: “Too mix up in drama to free my mind but I’m praying for you even in your darkest times.” He tacked on a skull emoji at the end there, so that seems like a good sign. So is this little message directed at Rihanna? After all, a celebrity breakup brings nothing if not drama, and you know that he’s always going to love her, so it wouldn’t be surprising for him to say that he’s praying for her. It’s also worth pointing out that the word on the street is that Chris Brown is going after Rihanna hard now that she’s single , and if that isn’t cause to pray for someone, then who even knows what is. Earlier today, video of a physical altercation between Lindsay Lohan and her fiance , Egor Tarabasov, was leaked online, drawing astonished reactions from fans. The footage, which many have described as highly disturbing, is being taken by some as definitive evidence that Lindsay was desperately crying out for help when she described herself as a ” victim of domestic violence ” early on in her relationship with Tarabasov. The accusatory post was quickly deleted, but it was only the beginning of Lindsay’s very public relationship troubles. After three months of drama, on and off screen, The Bachelorette season finale is upon us once again, and this one should be something. Will The Bachelorette spoilers be proven correct, or will an epic twist rock JoJo, Jordan, Robby and all of Bachelor Nation to the core? If we want to channel our inner Chris Harrison for a moment, this may indeed be the most anticipated, controversial finale of all time. JoJo Fletcher, the beautiful Dallas real estate developer, has spent 10 weeks whittling down 25 suitors to Jordan Rodgers and Robby Hayes. All the while, dispatching the likes of unstable Chad Johnson, affable Chase McNary, honorable Luke Pell and more. It’s been a wild ride. So would JoJo give the final rose to Rodgers, the smooth, shady brother of NFL star Aaron Rodgers, with whom he no longer communicates? Or would it go to Hayes, another jock who shares palpable chemistry with JoJo … and allegations of playing fast and loose with the truth. Yes, both gentlemen (term used loosely) met her family as Fletcher grappled with the most difficult and consequential decision of her life. Who does she see a brighter future with – and can she trust that person with her heart, especially given the doubts surrounding either? Rodgers’ history with his own family is suspect, as is his past with Brittany Farrar . Robby and Hope Higginbotham could be even worse. So which guy got the rose, if anyone? One would be forgiven for feeling like a Robby Hayes upset was night until the 11th hour – and Fletcher’s final rose ceremony – Monday. Not the case. After all that, things ended almost exactly as predicted. Two hours of intense drama later, The Bachelorette spoilers were proven correct. As usual. JoJo Fletcher picked Jordan Rodgers . She “wanted it to be” Robby, she told him in tears, but the heart wants what it wants. JoRo. He proposed, she said yes, and they all lived happily ever after … or did they? The $10 million-dollar question, however, remains this: Are JoJo and Jordan still together?! For weeks on end now, he says, “This has been coming too loud and too often to ignore. I trust these sources who have told me this.” “Put it this way, I’ve had way more people tell they aren’t together anymore than ones that said they are,” the Oracle of Spoilers adds. “Nobody, and I mean NOBODY, is saying that everything is great, they’re in love, and things are working out perfectly,” Steve reiterated. Asked by one Twitter fan if he was speculating about the breakup of Jordan and JoJo, the blogger stated that it’s his job “not to guess.” Sounds like a pretty definitive IT’S OVER to us. About Jordan Rodgers, about Aaron Rodgers, about Brittany Farrar, about his other ex(es), his motives for going on the show … everything. We’re not even saying we know what “it” is, only that she had to learn it. And, by virtue of there being something, or things, to learn? Let’s just say we’re talking about obstacles that are obviously complex and highly emotionally charged at best, or deal-breakers at worst. If it’s not over already … give it a few weeks. Agree?
