Source: Johnny Nunez / Getty Tyga Just Bought Another Car Following His Being Repossessed Tyga isn’t going to let a lil repossession get in the way of his love of luxury car. Only a few days before he was involved in an altercation with a group of men who had recently repossessed his Maybach, the rapper bought himself a red 2019 Rolls-Royce Cullinan, according to reports from TMZ . As a matter of fact, that same SUV is reportedly the vehicle he hopped back into after trying to grab his bodyguard’s gun during an altercation at Floyd Mayweather’s birthday . The base price for this impressive Rolls is a whopping $325,000. But even though he’s just gotten a brand new baby to play with, it looks like Tyga’s new car just hasn’t satisfied his taste for high-priced vehicles. TMZ also reported recently that the rapper was spotted looking at Lamborghinis on Wednesday and could potentially buy one of those any day now. For those who keep up on their Tyga news, these potential purchases may come as a surprise, considering the rapper’s car-related money issues in the past. When his Maybach was repossessed earlier this year, it was at least the third time the rapper had one of his cars taken because he’d failed to keep up with payments since only 2016. Whatever the case, it seems like cars being repo’d is the last of Tyga’s worries…onto the next one!
Source: Jeff Hahne / Getty J. Cole And Bryson Tiller Sued By Producer G-Money J. Cole and Bryson Tiller are both have an infringement lawsuit on their hands. According to reports from The Blast , these two have been accused of stealing an instrumental created by a producer named G-Money. He claims that Cole and Tiller ripped off his 2013 record “Shawty So Cold” for their respective cuts of their songs “Déjà Vu” and “Exchange.” G-Money—whose legal name is Gary Frisby—made these same accusations several years ago when he uploaded a 2017 YouTube video in 2017, explaining the similarities between the records mentioned above. G-Money’s suit states Cole and Tiller’s songs feature “the same kick pattern, snare pattern, FX swell, and vocal strike.” and that “the substantial similarities between the three songs are of no coincidence.” Cole’s song “DejàVu” appeared on his 2016 album 4 Your Eyez Only, while Tiller’s “Exchange” was featured on his 2015 debut studio album Trapsoul . The producer is seeking now $150,000 per infringement, as well as an injunction that would prevent Cole and Tiller from continuing to profit off his material. Sony, RCA Records, and Roc Nation are all listed as co-defendants. The drama between the origins of these particular songs is nothing new. The producers of “Déjà Vu” and “Exchange” have also accused each other of stealing this particular beat in the past. Back in 2016, Vinylz and Boi-1da (the ones who produced “Déjà Vu”) accused Foreign Teck of ripping them off when he created “Exchange”–even though Tiller’s track was released months before Cole’s record.

You can’t make this up. You can’t make this up at all. You can’t make this up. I can’t believe it.” According to police : A 30-year-old man and a female companion, 22, were sitting and eating when a group of up to 10 people started punching and kicking them in the face and body, causing swelling and pain. Just last week, police arrested John Chapman and Chequita Jenkins who allegedly used tongs to fight each other at an Alabama buffett over crab legs. You ever had seafood so good that it made you want smoke with whoever crossed your path?
Source: skynesher / Getty Couple Breaks Measles Quarantine To Go To The Gym Most people will look for any excuse not to go to the gym, but one man’s dedication is seriously dangerous. A Wisconsin couple is facing criminal charges after one of the two violated their measles quarantine order and went to the gym, a criminal complaint said. 57-year-old Jeffery Murawski and his wife, Christine Bennett were each charged with “one misdemeanor count of communicable disease – protection of the public,” according to reports from FOX6 Now . They are both slated to appear in court on March 25. On May 1 of 2018, a Waukesha County sheriff’s deputy pulled over Bennett’s car, which also contained her husband, who allegedly had the measles. It was not immediately clear if he had measles at the time he left the home or was under quarantine. “Aren’t you supposed to be home?” the deputy said. The Waukesha County Health Department ordered Murawski to be confined to his home until he was “deemed non-contagious.” But instead, he decided to leave his home “to go inside Gold’s Gym to work out,” according to prosecutors. Murawski said he left after only a few minutes of working out “because he felt very guilty.” Deputies were outside the man’s home during the quarantine order just in case he left, but he ended up hiding in his wife’s vehile to escape, prosecutors said. Murawski apologized, saying, “he needed to get out of the house because he was going crazy.”

Source: Capelle.r / Getty Man Charged With Murdering Wife After Stabbing Her With Corn Rake A man in Iowa has been accused of fatally stabbing his own wife with a corn rake after learning she had a couple of secret affairs. 39-year-old Amy Mullis was found dead on November 10 at her farm, about four miles northwest of Earlville. Authorities initially said that the woman has been fatally injured in a fall, which came after her husband Todd Mullis told 911 that no one saw anything that happened. But this whole incident being an accident was ruled out in December, when an autopsy showed that the woman had six puncture wounds, and the manner of her death was thus listed as a homicide. Police have now formally charged Mullis with the murder of his wife. Investigators told People that the woman was concerned that her husband could kill her due to their marital problems. “You’ll know Todd did something to me,” she allegedly told one friend. Mullis initially told the police that their son is the one who found his wife impaled on the corn rake and that he removed it and started driving her to the hospital. According to the outlet, authorities learned that the couple, who had three children, had been experiencing marital problems after Amy was caught cheating with another man. In the lead-up to her death, their relationship went from bad to worse and they even stopped sharing the same bed. Delaware County Sheriff’s Office spokesman said the wife’s second lover was interviewed and said the woman was “scared to death” of him. “If he catches me, he might make me disappear,” she allegedly told him. Another clue that lead police toward charging Mullis is that he also allegedly researched the murder beforehand, searching for “organs in the body,” “killing unfaithful women” and “what happened to cheating spouses in historic Aztec tribes,” according to the police. Todd Mullis is currently being held on $5 million cash bail and faces life in prison.

As previously reported Khloe was BIG mad that Jordyn claimed she wasn’t’ to blame for Khloe’s breakup with Tristan Thompson and detailed a night she spent partying at his house where NOTHING happened; until Tristan kissed her while she was leaving. According to Khloe her highly publicized split from Tristan was ALL Jordyn’s fault and she flat out called Jordyn a “liar.” She later added that Tristan’s to blame as well, but hinted that he should get some sort of a pass because he’s her baby’s father. Tristan is equally to blame but Tristan is the father of my child. Regardless of what he does to me I won’t do that to my daughter. He has been addressing this situation PRIVATELY. If Tristan were to lie publicly about what conspired, then yes I would address him publicly as well — Khloé (@khloekardashian) March 1, 2019 Now Khloe’s changing her mind, and admitting that it really is the fault of the man who allegedly cheated on her while she was pregnant and not the 21-year-old he kissed while she was leaving his place. Khloe started her series of tweets by noting that this latest Trystin’ cheating scandal was more anti-climactic than the first time she caught him creepin. “Honestly, Tristan cheating on me & humiliating me, wasn’t such a shock as the first time,” said Khloe. This has been an awful week & I know everyone is sick of hearing about it all (as am I). I’m a rollercoaster of emotions & have said things I shouldn’t have. Honestly, Tristan cheating on me & humiliating me, wasn’t such a shock as the first time. — Khloé (@khloekardashian) March 2, 2019 and she added that being betrayed by Jordyn whom she considered a “little sister” has been especially painful—but ultimately the breakup of her family is NOT her fault. “But Jordyn is not to be blamed for the breakup of my family. This was Tristan’s fault,” said Khloe. What’s been harder & more painful is being hurt by someone so close to me. Someone whom I love & treat like a little sister. But Jordyn is not to be blamed for the breakup of my family. This was Tristan’s fault. — Khloé (@khloekardashian) March 2, 2019 See what happens when Black Twitter drags you to Calabasas crumbles for blaming a woman for your breakup and NOT your consistently creepin’ baby daddy ? Source: Justin Sullivan / Getty There Will Be No Charges In Sacramento Police Shooting Of Stephon Clark Two Sacramento police officers will not face any criminal prosecution after shooting and killing an unarmed black man in his grandmother’s backyard last year, the Sacramento County district attorney announced on Saturday. For almost a year, community members and activists have been demanding some sort of police accountability for the death of 22-year-old Stephon Clark , who was killed last March by Officers Terrence Mercadal and Jared Robinet. The police had initially been dispatched to investigate a routine vandalism complaint and somehow, within 10 minutes of their arrival, Clark was dead. The shooting rightfully inspired waves of protests in Sacramento while Stephon’s death took on national significance amid the continuing discrimination by police in black neighborhoods and excessive use of force by those same police officers. “Was a crime committed? There’s no question that a human being died,” District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert said on Saturday in Sacramento. “But when we look at the facts and the law, and we follow our ethical responsibilities, the answer to that question is no. And as a result, we will not charge these officers.” According to Schubert, the officers had probable cause to stop and detain Clark. She also added that police officers are legally justified in using deadly force “if the officer honestly and reasonably believes” he is in danger of death or injury. “We must recognize that they are often forced to make split-second decisions,” she continued. “We must also recognize that they are under tense, uncertain and rapidly evolving circumstances.” At the time of the killing, officers fired their weapons a total of 20 times in Stephon Clark’s direction within seconds of him turning a blind corner. “Both officers believed that he was pointing a gun at them,” She said, adding that police video showed Stephon “advancing” on the officers. But Clark was later found to be unarmed with only his cellphone found under his body. An autopsy released by the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office in May found at least seven bullets had hit Mr. Clark.
Source: asiseeit / Getty Man Allegedly Stole An Inmate’s Identity in Order To Pay For Plastic Surgery According to The AJC , an Atlanta man has been arrested after being accused of stealing another man’s identity (who is currently serving a life sentence) in order to take out a $16,000 line of credit for a little plastic surgery. Christopher Jones will reportedly face financial identity fraud charges for the crime. Authorities got hip to the scam after the bank alerted them of two “bogus” lines of credit that he took out “in the name of someone serving a life sentence in Florida,” said Johns Creek police Capt. Chris Byers. Jones stated that he bought the inmate’s information in hopes of financing his cosmetic surgery. “Basically what the law says in any of these cases (is) that you knew or should have known,” Byers told reporters, “and when you’re paying $2,000 to a third party for $16,000 worth of care, that definitely falls under known or should have known.” Jones is out on a $15,000 bond, Fulton County jail records show.
