Source: SOPA Images / Getty Los Angeles Man Accused Of Assaulting Girl He Met on Tinder Felony charges were filed against a 21-year-old man on Friday after he was accused of sexually assaulting a 12 year-old girl he met through Tinder . Sean Michael Rickard has been charged with three counts of lewd acts with a minor younger than 14 and one count each of distributing pornography to a minor with the intent to engage in sexual conduct and luring a child with the intent to commit a specified crime. Rickard is currently being held on $100,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned sometime on Friday in the Santa Ana jail courtroom. A charter school student in Santa Ana, California, saw the alleged victim get into a car with an adult man Wednesday and snapped a photo that she showed her mother, Santa Ana police Cpl. Anthony Bertagna said. “She told her mom she thought it was weird, so the mom did the right thing and contacted the school and the school did the right thing and contacted us,” Bertagna said. Police determined who the girl was and began investigating Rickard. The two met through the Tinder app about eight months ago, after the girl claimed to be 19 years old, according to Rickard. A few weeks ago, before they would meet in person, she confided that she was 12 “and he didn’t care,” Bertagna alleged. On Wednesday, Rickard allegedly drove the girl to a parking lot in Santa Ana, where they engaged in sexual acts. After police began investigating the Anaheim man, they communicated with the suspect through the girl’s phone, pretending to be the alleged victim. Rickard sent a video of himself masturbating, and when he agreed to a meeting, the officers were there to arrest him, according to Bertagna.

According to The Blast , he’s now had his charges dropped in a separate felony theft case. As previously reported, 21 turned himself in after facing a felony warrant for a missed show in 2016, where the rapper was accused skkrt-ing of with $17,000 he collected for a scheduled performance. But now, according to court records the felony theft of services was just dropped in Liberty County, Georgia shifting the case to a civil matter. This is a major win for 21, as he can now turn all his attention to his upcoming immigration trial.

Yesterday we reported that a friend of R. Kelly, a woman named Valencia P. Love, posted the $100,000 bail that the singer desperately needed to get out of jail after being charged with 10 counts of sexual abuse. Today, the Chicago Sun-Times is reporting that a friend of Kelly’s has revealed more details about this dimly-lit broad. According to Robert’s friend Don Russell, Valencia is an R. Kelly Stan fan who only met the singer FIVE MONTHS AGO on a cruise! Love was a fan of Kelly’s music when she met the 52-year-old singer on a cold fall night aboard a Spirit of Chicago cruise on Lake Michigan in September, Russell said. Over the weekend, she called members of Kelly’s inner-circle and told them she wanted to help when she saw he wasn’t able to make bail. “She wanted Rob to have a chance at justice, and she thought he’d have a better chance outside of jail than inside,” Russell said. Apparently, this chick is so thirsty to be close to Robert that after he was released from jail, she held a toast to their friendship. Love called the paper to dispute some of Russell’s claims, but she did admit to paying the bail despite the fact that is prone to be a brokie her damn self. She filed for bankruptcy in 2015, saying she couldn’t pay $2,700 in parking tickets. She told the court she was a teacher at a South Side daycare where she’d worked for seven years. But in 2017, she and her former husband came into a windfall. Each got about $1.1 million in a legal settlement from a wrongful-death lawsuit they filed against the former Children’s Medical Hospital in Chicago, court records show.
