SMH @ Liza talking about she don’t look like Khloe, Khloe looks like her! Anyway, apparently Liza isn’t impressed with Khloe as a stepmom either. Via RadarOnline reports : Lamar Odom’s ex-girlfriend and baby mama, Liza Morales doesn’t exactly give his wife Khloe Kardashian a ringing endorsement when it comes to the reality star’s skills as a step-parent. “I don’t know if she’s good maternally, I don’t know,” said Morales, whose two kids with the L.A. Clippers forward have spent lots of time with their step-mom, who has desperately been trying to get pregnant since her wedding three years ago. “As long as my kids are good, I’m good,” Morales told Starter Wives Confidential. “As long as my kids are taken care of and I haven’t heard anything negative, then I’m good.” Asked about her striking resemblance to the youngest of the three Kardashian sisters, Liza said, “I’m 100 percent Puerto Rican, and I was here first. “I was here first, so she has a resemblance to me. I don’t see it. We both have dark hair. We both have a cherub face. I don’t think we look alike, but I have heard it. Imitation is a form of flattery!” Also in the chat, Liza shared that her relationship with the hoops star crumbled after their third child, son Jayden, tragically died of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome in 2006 at just 6 months old. She went on to claim that Odom refused to open up about their heartbreaking loss, they grew distant and he eventually upped and left. “Who abandons their lady?” she asked. Liza can be seen on Starter Wives Confidential, which airs Tuesdays on TLC at 9/8c. We like Liza, but we like Khloe too. And they do look alike — regardless of who was first. This interview comes off a little bit catty but it could have been much worse, riiiiiight?

Pregnant Man Problems: Guy Who Gave Birth To 3 Children While Married To Wife Denied Divorce In AZ Due To Same-Sex Marriage Ban

Just when you thought this story was crazy enough , Arizona is now taking a isht on the pregnant man’s hopes and dreams…. According to AZ Family: He’s known as the world’s first pregnant man, but he’s now facing more controversy. Thomas and Nancy Beatie now find themselves in the middle of more drama. They must convince an Arizona court system they aren’t the same sex, therefore, they should be granted a divorce. Thomas ended up giving birth to three children during his marriage to Nancy. The couple eventually relocated to Arizona. But last year, evidence their relationship was in trouble was leaked to the media. The couple are now in the midst of trying to get a divorce. But as Nancy’s attorney explains, “Arizona just doesn’t have a body of law or authority to work off of.” Court documents show the judge is questioning if the union is actually a same-sex marriage and since that’s banned in Arizona, the judge may not be able to grant the Beaties a divorce. “Now we have to prove to the judge that we’re man and woman, married, legally,” Nancy said. “Thomas wants to be treated as an equal,” said his attorney, David Michael. “He doesn’t want his children to be born out of wedlock or that he wasn’t in a valid different-sex marriage. ” Thomas began testosterone treatment in the late 90s and by 2002, had a double mastectomy and chest reconstruction. He’s been a man, legally, ever since. “Once they said Thomas was a man, he could use that for any other purpose, passport, driver’s license, marriage license,” Cantor explained. But the confusion seems to surround the fact that despite his sex-change operation, Thomas kept his reproductive organs. “What held the judge up is wait a second, he had children, he didn’t sterilize himself,” Cantor said. “Did Thomas undergo a sufficient enough change to make him now a male and then, of course, the giving birth part factored into that,” Higgins explained. According to Superior Court records, “it appears, by any reasonable standard, Thomas was the biological mother at the times his children were born.” “Under the dictionary definition of having child-bearing organs, that makes him a female by definition, but that’s not the definition that the law looks at,” Cantor said. Thomas’ attorney argues most transgender people don’t become sterile, so it can’t be used as a measurement of a successful sex change. SMH. Arizona just needs to stop and give those poor people a divorce. Thoughts??

Mindy McCready: I Didn’t Kill David Wilson!

Mindy McCready has been through a lot, and is certainly no saint (drug addiction, jail time, domestic altercations, etc), but she wants to clear one thing up: She did not kill David Wilson . In an interview with NBC’s Dateline (a portion of which aired on Today), she says of losing her boyfriend, “I’ve never gone through anything this painful .” “Nor will I ever again go through anything as painful.” Calling Wilson, who took his own life via self-inflicted gunshot wound, her “soul mate,” she added, “He didn’t just touch my heart, he touched my soul.” Wilson, 34, was the father of McCready’s 9-month-old son, Zayne. She also has a 6-year-old son, Zander, from her relationship with Billy McKnight. According to news reports, David Wilson died at his home in Heber Springs, Ark., of suicide. The investigation into his death remains open, however. Asked whether she had any role in the record producer’s demise, Mindy said, “Oh my God, no. Oh my God, no. He was my life. We were each other’s life.” She also slammed rumors that Wilson was cheating on her, saying, “David was not having an affair with another woman. That is absolutely totally untrue.” However, when questioned about whether she believed “100 percent” that David Wilson had committed suicide, McCready was quiet for a moment. “I don’t know,” the troubled singer admitted. All we can do is stay tuned on this one.

The Epitome Of A Bad Father: Married Man Has Sex With His Teenage Daughter’s Fatherless Best Friend…”I’ll Be Your Daddy!”

They need to lock this sick f**ker up and throw away the key! This girl was 13!! According to NBC News: A married father of two who coaches girls’ softball is accused of having a sexual relationship with his teenage daughter’s best friend — a girl who looked up to her coach as a father-like figure, according to a criminal complaint obtained by NBC10. Kevin Jones, 34, of Fairless Hills, Pa., northeast of Philadelphia, is accused of having intimate contact with the girl starting when she was 14, according to Falls Township Police. Police say that Jones would text and Facebook message with the girl, whom he coached on the same softball team, the Levittown Bulldogs, that his daughter played on. The girl and Jones would tell each other that they loved one another and he would refer to her as his “baby doll” and she would call him “daddy,” according to a criminal complaint. Jones allegedly told the girl, whose father left the picture about seven years ago, that she could consider him a father. “I’ll be your dad from now on and I’ll protect you like I’m your dad,” Jones told the girl, according to the affidavit. According to the criminal complaint, the relationship between the two started in the spring of 2012 with “flirting” as Jones would put his arm around the girl and hold her hand while speaking to her. Over time, the girl told police that their relationship progressed, first to kissing then to sexual activities and eventually to intercourse about two weeks ago. The affidavit said that Jones’ children were in his home during many of the alleged sex acts. The girl, now 15, told police that all the alleged sex was consensual and that no drugs or alcohol were involved. Jones denies any sexual contact with the alleged victim outside of hugging and kissing that happened only in front of the girl’s mother. The criminal complaint states that during questioning Jones told police, “I don’t know if she thinks I touched her, we play fight.” The relationship was uncovered after the teenager confided in her sister about the relationship and the girls’ mother in turn reported it to Falls Township Police on Jan. 9. Around that time, the victim allegedly tried to warn Jones that her mother knew of their alleged relationship in a series of texts and Facebook messages that are referenced in the affidavit. Those Facebook messages date back to June of 2011, when the girl was just 13, and include messages where Jones threatens to kill any boy the girl has interest in, according to the affidavit. Police planned to serve a search warrant at Jones’ home on Jan. 25, but around 2 p.m. the home burned down. Jones and his family escaped the blaze and the cause of the fire remained under investigation. Jones was arrested Monday and charged with six counts including indecent sexual intercourse with a minor, statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors and related offenses. He was arraigned and held on $2 million bail, according to court documents. Wow, and these are the types of people we trust and leave our children with…so sad.

Lindsay Lohan and Max George are NOT dating, The Wanted singer wants to make that clear … he’s totes getting a$$ from her, though, and she’s cool with that! George completely denied their relationship on Twitter this week, because as far as she’s concerned, what’s to deny? No one’s dating anyone here, guys! After Lindsay posted the above photo on Instagram, Max’s fans erupted, threatening him with insane (but sort of understandable) comments such as: “If you date Lindsay, I will die!” Might want to reexamine your life, Wanted fan. Anyway, Max responded to the complaints, flat-out denying he was dating Lindsay, chalking it all up to “rumors … That’s all … Like I said … 1 million percent.” Ouch. One would think she’d be hurt, but LiLo is cool with it. She knows her role. Lindsay Lohan and Max George just have a no-strings-attached hook-up thing working. Which she, being LiLo, totally wishes were more and he totally doesn’t, just like every no-strings-attached hook-up thing in the history of human civilization. Let’s hear it for girls with no self esteem!

Via Sun Sentinel: A New Jersey high school teacher was arrested after she reportedly fled to Davie amid accusations she was having sex with a 16-year-old student inside her classroom. Officials said she fled to Florida to seek “help.” Jennalin M. Garcia-Calle, 28, of Piscataway, N.J.,a teacher at Plainfield High School, made a brief appearance during a Broward County bond court hearing on Friday morning to answer to charges stemming to an alleged sexual relationship with a male student. class=”aligncenter size-full wp-image-717057″ /> Acting on a tip, members of the U.S. Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force in Fort Lauderdale found the teacher at the Recovery Institute of South Florida, a drug and psychiatric treatment center in Davie. She was arrested Thursday afternoon at the center with the help of the Fort Lauderdale and Davie Police departments, officials said. Garcia-Calle is being held without bond and will likely appear at an extradition hearing on Monday, court officials said. She is charged with sexual assault in the 2nd degree and child abuse, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. A Kean University graduate, Garcia-Calle has been teaching math at Plainfield High School since 2008, according to her classroom website. In a report that appeared on the website mycentraljersey.com, authorities in New Jersey began investigating after the student told a family member about his relationship with the teacher. Family members then contacted police, according to the news site. The sex encounters took place in her classroom during school hours, Union County Prosecutor Theodore J Romankow told the newsite. “What made this particularly … unusual is that they actually had sex in school, in her classroom,” Romankow said. “Evidently they blocked the windows and locked the door.” Well at least she has acknowledged the fact she has a problem. Liberty Ross Divorce Filing "A Long Time Coming," Source Confirms

It’s all over for Liberty Ross and Rupert Sanders, six months after the latter was caught kissing Kristen Stewart . The model has filed for divorce from the director and one insider tells Us Weekly that moves comes as no surprise. “This was a long time coming,” the mole acknowledges, adding that Sanders really “did want to try to repair the relationship and didn’t want a divorce.” But Ross was simply “too angry” over the betrayal, a second source says the tabloid. “They gave it a shot for the kids… [but] she’s the kind of person who wouldn’t really ever get over it.” And Liberty herself hinted at the split to come way back in October, telling Style.com: “Sometimes when things seem really bad you have to be able to see the good and learn from it. And move forward as graciously as possible.” That’s clearly what she is attempting to do here.

Whether this Notre Dame linebacker was in on the most startling death hoax ever perpetuated, or whether he really was a victim , remains to be determined. But Lennay Kekua never existed. Manti Te’o Speaks on Girlfriend Yesterday, in a surreal press conference, Notre Dame athletic director Jack Swarbrick said the university has hired a private company to look into this mess. But now someone else with knowledge of these scams has vowed to get involved. “I am working on finding out more about this @MTeo_5 #Catfish story. I have been in contact with the woman involved and will get the truth,” Tweeted Nev Schulman last night, the producer of MTV’s Catfish: The TV Show . That dock-series assists folks who are in online relationships, helping them learn whether their partner is actually the individual described in his/her virtual profile. The concept evolved from a 2010 film that was based on Schulman’s own experiences in this area. Lindsay Lohan Trial Set For February 27

Lindsay Lohan’s trial date has been set for February 27.  The star’s alleged lie to cops investigating a car crash last June could send her back to jail, and confusion is running rampant over who represents Lohan. Lindsay fired lawyer Shawn Holley , who has repped her for years, earlier this week – only to have Holley show up and enter a plea of not guilty for her. “Do you still represent Ms. Lohan?” Los Angeles County Superior Court Commissioner Jane Godfrey, confused, asked Holley in a hearing Tuesday. “Yes, at this point, yes,” said Holley. “We’ve got to get the representation issue nailed down,” Godfrey told the attorney “The representation issue will be nailed down,” Holley affirmed. A letter firing Holley came from an attorney in New York. Lohan, who was not required to attend Tuesday’s arraignment, must be in court January 30. At that point, the judge and lawyers will nail down any pretrial motions. She faces four misdemeanor charges relating to the accident, but the most serious threat to LiLo’s freedom is the probation revocation that the arrest triggered. She could be jailed for up to 245 days for violating her probation for a shoplifting conviction – one of the terms of her probation is simply obeying all laws. Lohan was put on probation after being convicted in 2011 on charges related to the theft of a necklace. All was well until August 2012, when she crashed her car. Authorities said not only was she driving recklessly in Santa Monica, she also gave false information to a police officer and then resisted a police officer. The city attorney filed four misdemeanor charges against her, prompting an L.A. County Superior Court commissioner to revoke Lohan’s probation. In November, she was also charged with an unrelated misdemeanor assault after allegedly punching a fortune teller at a Manhattan nightclub. Tiffany Mitchell apparently was flirting with LiLo’s BF Max George. In all, Lindsay’s downward spiral has seen her bounce in and out of court at least 19 times and to five different rehabilitation facilities since 2007. Jennifer Lopez Worries: Will Casper Smart Leave?

LeAnn Rimes is worried that Eddie Cibrian might cheat on her. And Jennifer Lopez can sort of relate. The singer opens up in the latest issue of People and initially praises boyfriend Casper Smart for helping her “heal” from her latest divorce. But she also expresses concern over the couple’s 18-year age difference, telling the magazine: “I ask him, ‘Why don’t you go find a young girlfriend and get out of here? What do you want with me?’ And you think, ‘How long is this gone be?’ You think, ‘Okay, in 10 years I’m going to be like this and you’re going to be like that…’ Forget 10 years from now, though. Have you seen these Jennifer Lopez bikini photos ? Could Casper really do better? And is Lopez content with the relationship? It certainly sounds that way: “The truth is we don’t know what’s going to happen. We’re loving this moment right now. We make each other happy.”
