Congratulations: Carmelo And LaLa Anthony Celebrate Their Two-Year Wedding Anniversary

Do you know what to-day iisss… Carmelo And LaLa Anthony Celebrate Their 2 Year Wedding Anniversary Reality television star and TV personality LaLa Anthony and her baller-boo hubby Carmelo Anthony celebrated two years of blissful matrimonydom earlier this week with a romantic helicopter ride and some much needed alone time. LaLa took to her blog to publicly express her love for her boo-thang, as well as offer up some advice on how she and Melo plan to continue to keep things on and poppin for the long haul. Carmelo and I just celebrated our two-year wedding anniversary, but this summer it will be nine years that we’ve been together. One thing I get asked all the time is, How do you do it? How do you keep your relationship fresh and fun and going strong after nine years? Well I can’t claim to be an expert, but Melo and I do have a couple tips that have kept our relationship strong over the past decade, and I’m more than happy to share them with you. Number 1 is communication. Communication is key. As long as you’re open and honest with each other, you’ll be able to work through your problems together. Number 2 is don’t overcrowd your significant other. Allow each other to have space and do your own thing, and then the time you spend together will be even more precious. 9 years might seem like a long time, but it’s only the beginning. Arie Luyendyk, Jr. Trashed By Cassie Harshman; Ex-Girlfriend Warns Emily Maynard to Run!

Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Harshman claims that he’s been leading on The Bachelorette star Emily Maynard, and urges her to make a run for it. If she even chooses him, that is. Arie and Jef Holm are the last two men standing. For insight on who she (likely) picks, read The Bachelorette spoilers . In any case, “Arie’s in it for the fame,” at least according to Cassie, who claims “Arie has dated hundreds of women and travels all over the world.” “Clearly, he doesn’t need help finding a date or someone to fall in love with. The whole idea of Arie Luyendyk being on The Bachelorette is a joke.” “He hasn’t really raced much since 2008, and I know with certainty that his only motive for going on the show was for the fame and attention.” Cassie Harshman – not to be confused with Cassie Lambert, The Bachelorette producer he also dated – began dating the 30-year-old in late 2009. He ended up moving in with her and her two young children from a previous relationship. Arie and Cassie broke up for good in December 2011. “He wasn’t the best father figure to my children,” says Cassie, something Emily may want to take note of, she says, given her seven-year-old girl. “Let’s just say that Arie has some growing up to do himself.” A previous report claims he was filmed on The Bachelorette telling Emily that Cassie miscarried his child; if so, this was edited out of the broadcast. “If that happened, I’m mortified that Arie would share such painfully intimate details of our relationship while the cameras were rolling,” Cassie says. “What happened is one of the hardest things a woman can go through. I’ve moved on, but Arie using that to elicit sympathy from Emily is horrible.” Cassie Harshman’s interview with Star/Radar should be taken with a grain of salt, of course. Angelina Jolie Named Honorary Citizen of Sarajevo

Honored in Bosnia at the 18th Sarajevo Film Festival, Angelina Jolie was named Honorary Citizen of Sarajevo for her work on In the Land of Blood and Honey . The film, written and directed by Jolie, tells the story of the city’s war through the relationship between a Bosnian Serb man and a Bosnian Muslim woman. Appearing sans Brad Pitt (but rocking the engagement ring he gave her), she received an Honorary Citizen of Sarajevo award from the Prime Minister, Mr. Fikret Music.

Maci Bookout and Kyle King: Back Together?

Teen Mom star Maci Bookout broke up with Kyle King after two years of dating this winter, but sources report that their relationship is NOT over. Bookout, 20, moved out of the home they shared with her son Bentley, 3, and into a bachelorette pad in Chattanooga, Tenn., with some friends. Much as that would signal that she and Kyle were over for good, Maci, 20, is on the brink of reuniting with Kyle, 24, a source tells Us Weekly: “They still hook up, and lately they’ve been inseparable.” Why the change of heart? A wake-up call courtesy of the Teen Mom season premiere , when she watched a now year-old fight with King play out. “It made her realize how crazy she’d been acting,” says the insider. The MTV reality star isn’t opposed to a long-term relationship with King, but realizes that the key to a lasting bond is a bit of distance short-term. “I think Kyle and I could make things work right now,” she says. “But we’d rather figure ourselves out first and then try to make a life together.” “I’d be lying if I said I didn’t think [Kyle was The One],” Maci Bookout says of her man. “But I’m only 20. There’s no need to rush into anything.”

Kim Kardashian graces the August cover of InStyle and you simply won’t believe all the things tells the magazine about her marriage to Kris Humphries and her relationship with Kanye West. Okay, maybe you will. “I’ve always believed in love,” Kardashian says for the 97th time, reciting the same lines about her divorce written months ago by some PR firm. “I haven’t always been so lucky, but I still do believe in it.. I loved this person, it just wasn’t the right situation for me. I try to hold my head up high and live my life.” And wear really ridiculous fashion whenever possible. Kim, of course, is now dating Kanye, at least in public. She’s hopeful it will last because her mother says she needs to pretend she can commit the two have been close for years. “We’ve had a deep friendship for so long and that’s the start of a really good relationship.” But will Kardashian and West be walking down the aisle any time soon, as tabloids have alleged? Probably, the former says, though that could change at any time if E! producers change their mind . “It has taught me to take things slow,” she said of her second marriage. “I’ve always been the type to fall in love fast and, with every boyfriend, I plan out my wedding in my head.”

Love & Hip-Hop: Soulja Boy Defends Diamond And Puts Lil Scrappy On Blast For Talking Isht About His Boo Thang!

..And in that order! Soulja Boy has defended his new girlfriend Diamond against comments made by her ex-boyfriend Lil Scrappy. Soulja, who was accompanied by Diamond to the 2012 BET Awards last weekend, believes that Scrappy was coming at him in the media recently when talking about his failed relationship with the ex-Crime Mob member: “This is my baby, this is my girl, so anything said about her is basically they’re saying it about me,” Soulja told MTV. “I’m backin’ her 100 percent, and we’re just focusing on the positive. Anybody talkin’ about her name on TV, that’s just bringin’ us up more. So salute to them, we wish them the best.” While Scrappy did mention both Diamond and Soulja in a previous interview, he actually wished them the best of luck. Things began to heat up last year when it was revealed that Diamond was dating Soulja Boy. It’s unclear whether she cheated on Scrappy or if her relationship with the Soulja Boy came after, but whatever the case, Scrap feels slighted. Scrappy said he helped Diamond get her rap career on track, putting her needs before his own, and after their breakup, he felt used. Plus, with the news Scrappy’s mom, Mama Dee reportedly ran Diamond off the filming of Love & Hip Hop ATL as well as talking about her “hygiene issues” on the show, we’re sure her presence is not missed. Ali Fedotowsky to Emily Maynard: Sean Lowe FTW!

Ali Fedotowsky, who starred on The Bachelorette two summers ago, recently offered her views on who Emily Maynard should pick and as her lifelong mate. “Okay, I keep going back and forth. Like, literally, I’ve changed my mind 500 times,” Ali said of Emily’s remaining aspiring husbands, of whom four remain. While Ali first thought it was either Jef Holm or Arie Luyendyk, Jr., she now says she’s ruled out Arie and doesn’t think Jef is ready to be Ricki’s stepfather. She likens Emily and Jef to herself and Chris Lambton, the runner-up to Roberto Martinez (who she broke up with after an 18 month-engagement) in 2010. “This is a confusing season! She keeps saying that her relationship with Jef is slow to develop – that’s what I always used to say about Chris,” says Ali . “I mean, Chris is a great guy, such an awesome guy. But that’s like code on The Bachelorette for ‘we’re really just not romantically into each other.’” Which brings her to the pick: “If I had to guess right now, I’m going back to Sean Lowe ,” the insurance salesman from Texas who moonlights as a male model, she finally answered. The Bachelorette spoilers offer some hints as to who makes it past the hometown dates, but as far as her final rose recipient, all bets are still off! Whom do you think Emily should end up with?

Amber Portwood Struggling to Maintain Relationship With Daughter in Prison

She may be behind bars, but Teen Mom star Amber Portwood is willing to do whatever it takes to maintain a relationship with her 3-year-old daughter, Leah. Or at least she was, before she chose prison over her child. It’s this sad turn of events that makes the final season of Teen Mom so gut wrenching. On tonight’s episode, her time in rehab in Malibu, Calif., is chronicled. Gary Shirley’s ex-fiancee receives a visit from Leah and her father, but their reunion doesn’t exactly go off without a hitch, thanks in part to a court order. The Aeropostale-shirt-wearing Gary was shocked to find out that he’s barred, legally, from being in the same room with his ex and daughter simultaneously. “I brought Leah with me but I guess we can’t be together,” he says, and after an embrace, the couple part ways so Amber Portwood can visit with Leah. “This is where Mommy’s been living for a while,” Portwood tells her. Despite her recent legal troubles, Portwood has vowed to keep up her relationship with Shirley and their little girl as much as possible while behind bars. Good luck with that, given your five-year sentence. Hopefully Jenelle Evans and Gary Head take note, because they’re heading down the same road.
