WTF?!?! Seattle Man Arrested For Sexually Assaulting Woman Twice During A Church Service Via KIRO Seattle police arrested a local man for sexually assaulting a woman at the St. Spiridon Russian Orthodox Cathedral Sunday after they say he twice assaulted a woman in the pews during the service. Police arrested 37-year-old Aaron Little around 9:30 Sunday morning. The rector of the church, Father Yuri Maev, told KIRO 7 that Little lifted the skirt of a 25-year-old woman sitting in front of him when the parishoners stood up during the service. She had no idea it happened, but her relatives saw it and two of them hauled Little outside. But police say, Little went right back in thru a side door and sat down next to the same woman before her relatives got back. Then police say he lifted her skirt and groped her. This time her relatives took him outside and called police. Father Maev says Little first showed up last Sunday asking to sleep in the church. He suggested a shelter, but Little refused to leave so they called police to have him removed. Surprisingly, he said Little’s assault was hardly noticed because the woman’s relatives quickly and quietly hustled him out of the church. Little is a registered sex offender with a 2002 conviction for sexual assault in California. He’s in the King County jail now without bond. Left out of the Kardashian family Christmas card , Kanye West will not be left out of the clan’s annual holiday tradition. Speaking to E! News, Rob Kardashian detailed how he and his relatives handle December 25 every year, from a “really big party” on Christmas Even to everyone sleeping over at the house and waking up at 6 a.m. the next morning. “They all make breakfast, all the girls. We watch basketball. It’s a family day.” And will the man who may someday slip a ring on the finger of Kim Kardashian be included? “Christmas is home, so everyone will be home and we’ll all hang out together,” Rob confirmed. Guess that means Scott Disick will be there, too. Sorry, everyone else.

In breaking Game of Thrones nudes, actress Emilia Clarke appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live last week to discuss such skinworthy topics as getting naked for her first onscreen role, and breaking the news of it to her parents While Mum and Dad were apparently accepting of her decision to bare it all, other relatives were unaware until the series aired. Her Uncle Ken was particularly alarmed to see her with her kit off, but here at Skin Central we’ve never been happier. Ariel Winter Babysitter Comes to Defense of Estranged Mother

We have an update in the ongoing Ariel Winter saga. With the 14-year old Modern Family actress currently living with her sister – as authorities investigate her mother, Chrystal Workman , regarding charges of abuse – two people close to Winter have spoken out in defense of Workman. In a new court declaration , an ex-babysitter of Ariel’s writes: “As a former licensed in-home daycare provider trained to recognize abuse, I saw no signs nor did I witness abuse of any kind (sexual, physical, or emotional) against Ariel.” Meanwhile, Chrystal’s cousin refers to Workman as “a morally sound, extremely loving and protective parent.” Workman has said this incident stems from her insistence that her daughter NOT date an 18-year old, though other relatives reject Workman’s claim that she once walked in on Ariel and her then-boyfriend in bed. They say Winter is so innocent that her first kiss came on the set of her hit ABC sitcom. It’s a giant mess, especially in light of court transcripts being made public yesterday that detail physical abuse against Workman . Both parties are due in court for another hearing on November 20.

Lane Garrison: Cleared in Domestic Violence Probe

Lane Garrison has dodged a legal bullet and won’t be charged for allegedly slapping his ex-girlfriend, Playboy Playmate Ashley Mattingly, according to reports. Garrison was arrested last weekend after an altercation with Mattingly in the lobby of her apartment complex in Beverly Hills, and he remains in jail. The former Prison Break star isn’t eligible for bail because he’s still on parole for vehicular manslaughter, which was supposed to end this Saturday. Right now, it looks like he’ll soon be in the clear on all accounts. Lane Garrison Slaps Ashley Mattingly “The District Attorney has decided not to charge Lane because they didn’t have sufficient evidence to prove that he hit Ashley,” said a police source. Even though the entire incident was caught on surveillance video , Lane gave an exhaustive interview to detectives and denied ever hitting Ashley. “Lane contends that he never hit Ashley, it’s just not who he is,” said the source, adding that he was simply trying to get his phone away from her. If you watch the tape closely, Lane’s explanation is plausible, and he was apparently very convincing during long sit-downs with police detectives. For his future, that’s a very good thing.

Jennifer Hudson Exits Courtroom in Wake of Disturbing Photos

A day after taking the stand in the murder case against William Balfour – and breaking down when a photo of her mom was presented – Jennifer Hudson couldn’t handle being in the same room with the man accused of killing her relatives. Witnesses tell TMZ Hudson excused herself from the legal proceedings when prosecutors pulled out crime scene photos of Jennifer’s seven-year old nephew Julian, who was allegedly shot by Balfour in a fit of rage. He is also on trial for murdering Hudson’s mother and brother. David Otunga , Jennifer’s fiance and the father of her son, remained inside the courtroom after Hudson departed and, insiders say, jotted down notes about the crime scene. Our hearts and thoughts go out to Jennifer and her family.

Developers For Muslim Community Center Near World Trade Center Revamp Their Plans

These folks are really on a mission. Guess one monkey don’t stop no show… Activist Daisy Khan said Tuesday that she and her husband, Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, have spent some seven months having planning discussions with the relatives of 9/11 victims, first responders and others, talking about alternative concepts for the center, including the possibility that it could become a multi-faith center focusing on religious conflict. Speaking to reporters at a luncheon organized by More magazine, Khan also said the center she and her husband have been discussing might no longer be suited to the current planned location. The couple’s ability to turn such brainstorming sessions into reality, however, isn’t clear. The developer of the Islamic center, Sharif El-Gamal, announced in January that Rauf would no longer be involved in planning the center. Khan has never had a formal role in the project. The two sides don’t appear headed for a reconciliation. El-Gamal’s plans for the center remain unchanged, according to a spokesman. They call for a large health club, day care center and cultural gallery to be built over a subterranean mosque. El-Gamal has repeatedly said he isn’t open to major alterations to that concept and has spent the past few months putting together plans, arranging financing and establishing a nonprofit group to oversee the center. Maybe their new project will be located somewhere a little less controversial. Source
