Woman Suing Derrick Rose For Raping Her Said Her Former Friend Sold Texts To The Press To Discredit Her At Rose’s Urging The woman suing Derrick Rose of rape accused the NBA star of conspiring with her former roommate and encouraging her to leak private texts online in an attempt to ruin her reputation. The woman sued Rose earlier this year – identified only as Jane Doe – accusing the NBA star and two of his friends of drugging her and then gang raping her inside her apartment. The woman explained she dated Rose from 2011 to 2013, and during the time she said Rose attempted to pressure her into doing various sexual activities such as masturbating on camera, allowing him to have sex with her friends and demanding she participate in group sex. Then in August 2013, the woman claimed that Rose and his two friends, Ryan Allen and Randall Hampton, invited her to the NBA star’s L.A. mansion, where she claims someone slipped a drug into her drink with the aim of raping her. She claimed that she escaped the home with a friend but later in the evening Rose and his friends broke into her home and gang raped her while she was knocked out.

As we reported yesterday, Kylie Jenner and Tyga have broken up after more than a year of dating. There are conflicting reports about why Kylie and Tyga called it quits , but a few things seem certain: Tyga is newly single, short on cash, and armed with secrets about Kylie and her family that some folks would pay a lot of money for. According to Radar Online, the rapper is planning to take revenge on Kylie and earn some major bucks by penning a tell-all book about the Instagram queen and her A-list sisters. “Tyga did NOT sign a confidentiality agreement of any sorts because he has been a close friend of Kylie’s for a very long time and everyone just assumed that he was on their team,” says one insider. “But Tyga knows more about that family that almost anyone alive.” Yes, it’s not just Kylie whose reputation is at risk, as Tyga became close with the entire Kard clan over the course of his relationship with the family’s youngest sibling. “Tyga knows more about Kim and Kanye from working with Kanye on music,” the source claims. “He has enough on them to write two books! “Kris’s concern about all of this is that he is going to expose them for the frauds they are.” View Slideshow: Kylie Jenner & Tyga Photos: The Way They Were But while the entire family is likely to be called out in Tyga’s tell-all, it’s Kylie who has the most to lose.  The source says the family’s biggest worry is that Tyga’s book will include details about Kylie’s many plastic surgeries . Many fans believe that she’s lying, and if her ex proves them right, it might prove seriously damaging to her reputation, particularly since Kylie has attempted to re-brand herself as an advocate of body positivity and self-acceptance in recent months. Justin Bieber is rich and famous. He’s living out his dream as a musician and he has supermodels throwing themselves at him everywhere he turns. But Justin Bieber would not wish his life upon his worst enemy. The artist actually says this in the latest issue of NME. “I feel isolated,” Bieber tells the magazine, explaining why: “You’re in your hotel room and there are fans all around, paparazzi following you everywhere, and it gets intense. When you can’t go anywhere or do anything alone you get depressed. “I would not wish this upon anyone.” We don’t doubt life as a celebrity has its fault… but easy there, Justin. Do you really expect everyday folks to break out their violins because your fans can sometimes be too adoring? You just took a selfie with Jennifer Aniston . Life could be worse. “People see the glam and the amazing stuff, but they don’t know the other side. This life can rip you apart,” he shares. “I watched the Amy Winehouse documentary on the plane and I had tears in my eyes because I could see what the media was doing to her, how they were treating her. Jon Stewart Signs Massive Deal With HBO

Fans of Jon Stewart need not worry that they won’t see him as much since he left The Daily Show in August (having hosted since 1999). According to TVLine , Stewart inked a four-year production deal with HBO that includes a “short-form digital content” focused on current events through Stewart’s “unique prism,” which he will both produce and star in. The deal also includes “a first-look option for other film and TV” projects. “Jon Stewart led a revolution that changed the face of TV comedy on The Daily Show,” HBO president Michael Lombardo said in a statement. “He graced our network nearly 20 years ago, so we’re thrilled to welcome back his immense talents in this next chapter of his career.” Stewart also released a statement on the deal.  “I’m so excited to be working with Richard [Plepler], Michael and the entire HBO family,” he said. “Appearing on television 22 minutes a night clearly broke me. I’m pretty sure I can produce a few minutes of content every now and again.” This isn’t the first time Stewart has worked with HBO; he had a recurring role on the Larry Sanders Show , hosted George Carlin: 40 Years of Comedy , as well as his own stand-up show, Jon Stewart: Unleavened . Justin Bieber Tells Fans How to Clap

Even when Justin Bieber tries to come across as nice and helpful, he can't help but sound cocky and condescending. The singer, whose new album comes out on November 13, has been revving up the public relations game of late. But he's hit a few hiccups along the way. There was the interview he walked out on , for example, although the hosts in charge of it were clearly acting like immature idiots. There was also the Norway concert he cut VERY short because some fans in the front row spilled some water and didn't let him clean it up to his liking. He then took to Instagram and shared yet another apology in which he vowed to be a better person. And Bieber isn't being a bad person in the following video, far from it. But he is giving an acoustic concert in Spain, sitting down with his guitar and with a friend and playing a melodic version of his smash hit single, “What Do You Mean?” About halfway through, however, Bieber grows a little irritated with the crowd. Yes, those in attendance are clapping along. But they are not clapping along with the beat and Justin feels a need to stop and explain this to them. Granted, the mistimed clapping may be throwing off his performance. We can see that. We could understand that. But considering the fragile state of his reputation these days, Bieber would probably be better served just keeping quiet. Watch the video below and let us know if we're being hyper sensitive and/or over-analytical here. Or if you agree that Justin Bieber is still in need of an attitude adjustment.

Doris Payne Arrested Again In Atlanta After Robbing For Over 60 Years World infamous jewel thief Doris Payne, who has been arrested hundreds of time s for robbing luxury stores for over 60 years has recently been nabbed AGAIN for stealing Dior earrings in Atlanta. Via CNBC : “I look forward to my day in court,” she told NBC News on Wednesday. Payne, 85, relayed the comment to her attorney, who was standing next to her but would not allow her to get on the phone with a reporter. The lawyer, Scott McCullers, said his bling-loving client plans to plead not guilty to charges that she swiped a $690 pair of Christian Dior earrings from a Saks Fifth Avenue in an Atlanta mall on Friday. And he suggested that she is being persecuted because of her reputation, cemented in the 2013 documentary “The Life and Crimes of Doris Payne.” “This issue may simply be someone seeking to enhance their name because of the recent recognition she received,” McCullers said. “They were initially interested in charging her with trespassing,” he added. “Once it was known who she was, it was turned into something else.” Atlanta Police spokesman Sgt. Warren Pickard declined to respond to the lawyer’s claim that the charge was pumped up, but said the arresting officers didn’t even know who Payne was until they found out she had an outstanding warrant for theft in North Carolina. Payne, who served two years in prison for a 2011 California theft, was charged with shoplifting for the Saks incident, booked at the Fulton County Jail and later released on $2,500 bond. “She’s traveling, taking in some sights and enjoying her senior years,” he said, adding that she had some undisclosed “health issues.” Although McCullers would not let Payne give an interview, she has spoken openly in the past about her exploits, which spanned two continents and six decades. #FreeDoris YT

Jabrill Peppers Accused Of Spreading Chlamydia What do you do when your football player boyfriend cheats on you with countless side-chicks? Make your best attempt at ruining his reputation and dashing his chances at hooking up with anyone else, apparently. An unidentified student at University of Michigan was so angry with her ex-boyfriend, Wolverines safety Jabrill Peppers, that she took the time to litter the campus with 5,000 printed letters revealing that the player has been engaging in unprotected sex with numerous women and possibly infecting them with Chlamydia. The reason she knows? He had allegedly given it to her not once, but twice in the last year. WELP. Someone is angry. Of course, with hundreds of printouts of the letter floating all over campus, the rumor has spread like wildfire across school grounds and of course onto Twitter. Jabrill’s only response is that he’s staying “prayed up” against the “slander.” He might want to look into staying strapped up while he’s at it. Taylor Swift Album Anniversary: A Celebration in GIFs!

The music world was changed forever on October 27, 2014. We kid, but only slightly. Because that was the date on which Taylor Swift released her first-ever pop album, “1989,” a record that proved the following once and for all: Taylor Swift is the biggest solo artist on the planet. And it’s not particularly close. In honor of today’s one-year anniversary, Swift shared the above photo on Instagram and wrote as a message to fans: “1989 came out 1 year ago today. It’s been the best year of my life. I love you guys. #HappyBirthday1989.” But that’s not enough, in our opinion, not when one considers the cultural impact this album has had. And it all started when Swift mocked her own dancing abilities while shaking off all problems via a track that remains stuck in our head to this day: Swift followed up that catchy tune with another form of self-deprecation, this time coming out with a single that played off her reputation as a psycho ex-girlfriend. Allow us to present quite a number of GIFs from “Blank Space.” But Taylor somehow managed to take it to another level with her next single and its affiliated music video. This one co-starred Selena Gomez , Miranda Kerr and many other huge names, all of whom helped Swift express some feelings of “Bad Blood.” With these hit songs and others in her repertoire, Swift set off on her “1989” tour, a series of concerts that have made headlines at every stop. Partially due to the woman at the center of them, but largely due to the surprise guests Swift has brought out along the way.
