Continue reading here:

Nashville rapper Young Buck has fallen on hard times. He was kicked out of G-Unit in the middle of 2008 and soon went bankrupt. In  spite of having many issues with 50 Cent and G-Unit in the past, Young Buck isn’t holding anything against his former crew. Buck spoke to DJ Whoo Kid , G-Unit’s former DJ, saying he would consider returning to the G-Unit fold if he was given the opportunity. When Young Buck called into DJ Whoo Kid’s Shade 45 radio show, Buck confessed: “We’ve made history and I would never consider [there] not being a chance for us to make history again if ever given the opportunity or chance. My thing is, at the end of the day, we only get old out here in this situation, and life in itself. The older I became, the wiser I’ve became at the same time … I’m right here.” Watch the interview below: RELATED: Young Buck Walks Away Unharmed After Car Shot At 11 Times! 11 Rappers Notorious For Tax Problems IRS Cancels Auction Of Young Buck’s Possessions Young Buck Says 50 Cent Is Trying To Destroy His Career

Kim Kardashian Tops Forbes’ Overexposed Celebrities List

Well, according to Forbes , she is. The reality starlet topped the publication’s list of the Most Overexposed Celebrities. The survey, conducted by E-Poll Research for the magazine, ranks celebrities based on “46 different personality attributes based on their polling data of Americans.” What about any ties? According to the site, “ties on this list were broken by E-Scores, which measure a celebrity’s ‘marketing effectiveness’ by combining awareness, appeal and other factors.” For celebrities who didn’t make the list, the average overexposed ranking is 5 percent. Kim has an overexposed rating of 65 percent, and her sisters also made the list: Kourtney at #8 (with a 53 percent rating) and Khloe at #10 (with 51 percent). Lindsay Lohan sits at #2 with an overexposed rating of 64 percent. At #3 is Snooki (64 percent), “Octomom” Nadya Suleman lands at #4 (62 percent), Paris Hilton is #5 (60 percent), Kate Gosselin is #6 (57 percent), Snooki’s “Jersey Shore” pal the Situation landed at #7 (56 percent) and Levi Johnston splits the final two Kardashian sisters at #9, with a 51 percent rating. “A decade ago, being overexposed was the kiss of death,” E-Poll CEO Gerry Philpott said. “But today, it’s necessary to fuel reality TV. If you want to be a serious movie actress, maybe you don’t want high overexposed numbers, but if you’re going to be a successful reality star, you need those numbers.” Who makes your list? ‘Glee’ Episode On Gay Teen Suicide: Experts Weigh In

‘We just wanted to make sure that they had … resources to tell that story properly,’ Trevor Project interim CEO tells MTV News. By John Mitchell Daniel Roebuck and Max Adler in the “On My Way” episode of “Glee” Photo: FOX Tuesday night’s winter finale of “Glee” tackled the difficult topic of teen bullying and suicide. David Karofsky (Max Adler) — who bullied Kurt (Chris Colfer) because of his sexuality only to be revealed later as gay himself — tried to kill himself after teammates at his new school discovered the football player was gay and viciously harassed him verbally and online. Karofsky’s attempt was unsuccessful but it brought the subject to the forefront for all of the characters. And while the show’s decision to take on the topic was bold, the portrayal has inspired a mixed reaction. Among the viewers who felt the topic was handled deftly and with great care is David McFarland, the interim executive director and CEO of the Trevor Project , a national organization that provides crisis and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth. The group aired a much-discussed PSA featuring “Harry Potter” star Daniel Radcliffe during the episode. “It’s clear after last night’s episode that Ryan Murphy and his team did an excellent job of doing their research to tell a tough story and we were very proud to be involved and have the opportunity to air Trevor’s PSA with Daniel Radcliffe,” McFarland told MTV News on Wednesday (February 22). Others, however, complained that the episode had too many additional story lines — a teen wedding, the Regionals’ singing competition and a major incident for one of the principal characters that we won’t spoil here — which ultimately served to oversimplify and trivialize an important topic. MTV News’ own “Glee” re-capper, Kevin Sullivan, took particular offense to a comment made by Mr. Schuester, who revealed that his own suicide attempt was prompted by being caught cheating on a math test. “Suicide has so many aspects to consider that it cannot be glossed over in the same hour that features a regional show choir competition and a fictional wedding,” Sullivan said. McFarland disagreed, however, saying he thought the episode was an example of responsible storytelling. “[The Trevor Project wasn’t] told in advance … what the episode was going to be, we weren’t on-set advisors to the episode,” McFarland added. “We’ve been involved to the extent that if they were going to tell the story about suicide, we just wanted to make sure that they had access to resources to tell that story properly.” What seemed to be sloppy product placement also raised some eyebrows given the subject matter. After a member of McKinley’s Christian student club (a.k.a. the “God Squad”) mentions that they’re sending Karofsky an Edible Arrangement, we later spot the fruit bouquet when Kurt visits the hospital. And when Warbler Sebastian announces that his team will be taking donations for Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation at Regionals, some couldn’t help but cringe. While the Born This Way Foundation’s anti-bullying mission aligns well with the episode’s message, some fans questioned the wisdom of plugging the yet-to-launch organization of a major pop star when other, less-visible organizations have demonstrated their work on the matter. Still, McFarland thinks the show did a great service by putting the topic of LGBT teen suicide on a large national platform; he’s happy the subject is getting the national attention it deserves. “It’s being discussed on many platforms and levels throughout this country, including on the radar screen of the president and first lady of the United States,” McFarland said. “And a story like this reinforces the important attention that this country needs to give to what is truly a health crisis in America. “We really need to provide safe spaces and environments for our youth and that episode told that story beautifully,” he continued. “More of these stories need to be told, more work needs to be done. Overall, we need to do a much better job for our young people in providing safe environments and they need to feel socially, emotionally and physically safe and supported at home, in their communities and their schools.” Share your thoughts on Tuesday’s episode of “Glee” in the comments below.

A Brief History of Clint Eastwood, TV Pitchman

Everyone’s talking about the epic Chrysler spot broadcast just after the Super Bowl halftime show, directed by David Gordon Green and featuring Clint Eastwood tottering down a dark tunnel before emerging to exhort our country back to unity, pride and general greatness, hopefully behind the wheel of a Chrysler. “It’s halftime in America,” the actor-filmmaker announced, rousing millions of viewers nationwide. Stirring stuff — but how does it stand up against Eastwood’s previous commercial and PSA work? Let’s investigate. Remember that time when Eastwood urged folks to donate to the “Will Rogers Hospital and O’Donnell Research Laboratories” in their valiant fight against respiratory illness? It’s “Be generous, hmm?” kicker is just as inspiring as “Our second half is about to begin,” or maybe it’s just me. Here’s Eastwood opposing Proposition 18, the 1972 California ballot measure against obscenity that Eastwood derided as censorship. The measure failed (naturally): Easily the most memorable Eastwood spot before Sunday’s Chrysler ad, this anti-crack PSA has been lampooned , remixed and admired by many. “See this cute little viral here?” Yes, Clint, tell me more! Not to be outdone, erstwhile First Lady and tirelss anti-drug advocate Nancy Reagan teamed up for a more general broadside against the nation’s narcotic scourge. Who hasn’t told a drug pusher to take a hike? Eastwood wasn’t messing around with those punks who would defile our public parks, either: Eastwood later went to the plate for Honor Flight, an organization dedicated to arranging trips for veterans to visit memorials to their wars… …before asking folks to donate to the memorial fund honoring America’s fallen law enforcement officers: Of course no true California tourism PSA would be complete without the former Carmel mayor chiming in from the links with his signature line: And finally… It’s halftime, America. In an unfortunate twist, the team named the Patriots then went on to lose the Super Bowl, but hey. Thanks for the memories, Clint! Follow S.T. VanAirsdale on Twitter . Follow Movieline on Twitter .

Time To Freak Out, College Kids: Wikipedia Will Be Blacked Out Tomorrow As An Act Of Protest

You may have to brush up on your dewey decimal system over the next 24 hours. Wikipedia will go dark tomorrow to protest the SOPA and PIPA bills that congress is debating over. The bills will censor the internet and hold people responsible for “pirating” while also infringing on privacy rights. “This is going to be wow,” Wales said on Twitter. “I hope Wikipedia will melt phone systems in Washington on Wednesday. Tell everyone you know!” Several sources said members of Congress, reacting to the online objections, were pulling back on parts of SOPA and PIPA to which Internet companies object. But the protest movement continued for the time being. Other sites, such as Reddit and Boing Boing, have already said they would go dark on Wednesday. And some of the biggest names online, including Google, Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr, have vocally opposed the proposed legislation, though they have not said they are joining the online blackout. So if you’re trying to get some last minute “research” in before that term paper is due, you might want to crank it out today or at least get the research done because we’ll be without so much of our precious internet tomorrow. It’ll be a taste of what’ll happen if these bills pass. More On Bossip! Hallelujerrrr: Study Shows That Churchgoers Have Lower Blood Pressure

Get ya praise on and get healthy! A new study is saying that people who attend and participate in church frequently are also more likely to have lower blood pressure than those who do not. The study, “The Relationship Between Religious Attendance and Blood Pressure: The Hunt Study,” was conducted by researchers from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. “It is a lot more complex of a relationship than simply going to church and your blood pressure decreasing,” insists co-author Dr. Harold G. Koenig. “If going to church leads you to a deeper relationship with God, as a result a deeper sense of peace and a more loving relationship with your neighbor, then it could indeed affect blood pressure.” Critics (and atheists) however aren’t buying it. “Of course, when people regularly participate in a community, be it church, synagogue, or an atheist club, they are going to be healthier because they have more human interaction and a social support network,” says American Humanist Association executive director of the Roy Speckhardt to the Christian Post. “To measure whether or not churches provide a benefit that atheist clubs do not, a study would have to compare attendance to both instead of just looking at frequency of church attendance.” Authors of the study want to expand their research into other religions including Islam and Judaism. It looks like you may want to hit up that praise house and get your health together. Of course, there’s no exactly link between the two, but it can’t hurt, right? We thought so. Source
