While Lionsgate continues to celebrate the oodles of money flowing in as a result of The Hunger Games , another movie studio is also doing cartwheels: Relativity Media. Why? Because that studio is behind The House at the End of the Street , a September 21 release that stars Katniss Everdeen herself, Jennifer Lawrence. The film is your basic horror flick: Lawrence stars as Ellisa, the daughter of Elisabeth Shue’s Sarah, who moves to a small-town house and starts to discover some chilling secrets about the residence and the area around them. See, this is what happens when you have so many properties. You just can’t keep up with them all. Lil’ Wayne was recently cited for an unkept lawn at a Louisiana home listed in his name. Weezy was just cited by the Code Enforcement Department for the city of Kenner, Louisiana for high grass and weeds at his home in the gated Place Pontchartrain subdivision. Amber Portwood: Out of Jail, Into Grandma’s House

Teen Mom star Amber Portwood just got out of jail free … mostly. On Friday, the MTV reality train wreck was released from jail , but instead of heading to a halfway house after leaving the Madison County (Ind.) correctional facility, she’s already settling in at another house … her maternal grandmother’s. “Amber is all taken care of [and] getting settled in,” says her mom , Tonya. Last week, after the halfway house denied Amber, her mom told us that she was “happy and relieved that she [wouldn’t] have to live in a halfway house.” “Now she will get to spend more time with her daughter, which is what this was all about anyway,” Tonya said. A bonus of the new living arrangement? Filming of Teen Mom is still a go! Though she is still required to attend rehab at Sister 2 Sister Ministries, in Anderson, Ind., production can proceed with her living at grandma’s place. Filming was banned at Sister 2 Sister, where Amber Portwood was set to live upon her release before the residence wanted no part of it. So it’s win-win? Possibly. After completing eight months of rehab, she’s required to get a real full-time job, i.e., one that doesn’t involve reality-show cameras. Not to mention, if she violates her strict probation in any way, she faces a maximum of five years in prison on her felony drug-possession charge. That seems inevitable to skeptics, but for now, Amber’s mom says she and her daughter are “so happy she’s home and around family who love her deeply.” Will Amber end up back in jail?

Kate Middleton to Get a Puppy For Christmas!!!

Lucky. That’s all we can say about a report from NBC’s Today Show , which discussed what Prince William is going to get Kate Middleton for Christmas, [and] said “the general consensus at this point is that the Duchess of Cambridge is getting a puppy.” Gives new meaning to ruffing it with the in-laws, are we right?! In August, Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla adopted a Jack Russell Terrier named Beth from Battersea Dogs Home in London. Queen Elizabeth II is also an animal lover. Kate Middleton , 29, will spend her first Christmas as a royal with William, also 29, and his entire family at Sandringham manor, the queen’s retreat in Norfolk, England. The royal newlyweds will be joined by Prince Harry and Pippa Middleton , of course, and a little later in the week, they’ll spend time with the Middleton family at their residence. Rihanna Gets Loud After Home Leaks Hard

Talk about the wrong place for a California King Bed. After her house took on serious water, Rihanna is suing a real estate company, property inspector and the former owner of the property she bought in Beverly Hills. She claims that those involved with the sale failed to inform her that the residence was “laden with construction defects” that ultimately resulted in water damage. And that’s no place for a California king bed. Before she closed on it in 2009, LaRocca Inspection Associates found a number of issues, including cracks in exterior walls and drainage problems on the roof that could make the house susceptible to water damage, according to the lawsuit. Rihanna still wanted the house, so she drew up a request for repairs for the owner, the suit states. Upon inspection, LaRocca declared the house “serviceable.” Well, according to the singer’s attorneys … it was not . The house sustained flood damage from a “moderate” January 2010 rainstorm after water pooled on the second-floor balcony and seeped into multiple rooms. A subsequent inspection by an insurance company found similar defects as before and Rihanna is seeking to recover a portion of the $6.9 million she paid. She is suing previous owner Heather Rudamin, Prudential California Realty, LaRocca, Landmark Design Group and a couple of agents thereof for professional negligence, fraud, breach of contract and other offenses. Man Tries, Fails to Stalk Miley Cyrus; Gets Arrested

Musa Danasabe Ibrahim gets an A for effort, but an F for morality. This 26-year old was arrested around 4 a.m. yesterday for trying to stalk Miley Cyrus. As first reported by X17 Online, police received a phone call from one of Miley’s neighbors early Thursday morning saying they had apprehended a man who claimed “he had a date with Miley.” The only problem? He did not, and he didn’t even get the residence right. “Ibrahim was trying to make entry into Miley Cyrus’ house, but he got the houses mixed up,” the Los Angeles Police Department said in a statement. “When we arrived on scene, we found him in her neighbor’s yard. He was arrested for trespassing.” Ibrahim is in custody. His bail has been set for $5,000. Sounds like a good thing Miley is getting out of the country . [Photo: Pacific Coast News]

Jared Loughner is the 22-year old accused* of opening fire in Tuscon, Arizona yesterday morning, killing six people and leaving Arizona Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in critical condition. 50 Cent’s small city mansion in Farmington, Conn., was broken into this morning, but luckily, both of the burglars were arrested at the scene. One of them was drinking wine inside a closet. Law enforcement sources received a call around 6 a.m. from security guards at the mansion about a suspicious car in 50 Cent’s driveway. SO HIGH : These won’t make our gallery of celebrity mug shots because they’re just random dumbasses from Connecticut … but wow. Smoke enough weed, guys? Local police showed up and discovered two men in the residence, one of whom, Alexander Hernandez (red shirt), was hiding away in a closet. Pounding a bottle of wine he allegedly pilfered from 50. You’re gonna have to reimburse him for that or ELSE, you know that right Alexander? According to cops, the two suspects entered through an unlocked door and were in possession of marijuana when police arrived to the home. Both were arrested and held on $50,000 bond. We’re just happy they didn’t walk in on 50 in bed with Chelsea Handler . Talk about awkward.

Terry Derouin, 56, was taken into custody Friday after a warrant was served at a home in the 2300 block of Macon Drive in southwest Atlanta.
