Francis “Coyote” Shivers, the ex-husband of NCIS star Pauley Perrette, was booked today on a misdemeanor warrant for violation of a restraining order. The LAPD Hollywood Division would not confirm that the restraining order was taken out by Perrette herself, or elaborate on the events that unfolded. Shivers is currently being held on $100,000 bail , however. Pauley’s ex, who also goes by his indie rocker nickname “Coyote”, has been feuding with her for years and has taken it upon himself to post negative comments and legal documents on his Tumblr account regarding Perrette. The NCIS actress married Francis Shivers in 2000 and divorced him in 2004. Per her rep, Perrette, 42, is not commenting on or discussing the issue.
Courtney Love is described as mentally unstable in newly released deposition papers filed by her daughter Frances Bean Cobain, who sought a restraining order in 2009. Frances Bean, now 19, says Love’s behavior even caused her pets’ death. Their cat kicked it after getting entangled in Love’s messy piles of “Etsy fabrics, boxes of paperwork, trash and other possessions,” according to the court papers, while the dog swallowed several of Love’s stash of prescription pills. In order to ensure that no other pets fell victim to Love’s pill-popping habits, Cobain included her dog, Uncle Fester, on the restraining order which was granted. Among those Love was ordered to avoid contact with include Cobain, Uncle Fester, Cobains’ grandmother and her aunt. The primary reason? Love’s drug use. “(She) has taken drugs for as long as I can remember,” Cobain said . “She basically exists now on … Xanax, Adderall, Sonata and Abilify, sugar and cigarettes. She rarely eats … She often falls asleep in bed while smoking.” “I am constantly worried that she will start a fire (which she has done at least three times to date) that will threaten all of our lives.” Cobain initially filed the restraining order and sought to emancipate herself against her mom in December 2009 following a physical fight between the two. Cobain spoke out about another bizarre incident that occurred several years before, when Love took her to visit Love’s former boyfriend, James Barber. “She took me in a taxi to his house in the middle of the night, and from outside the house, in her bare feet, she screamed at him, threw rocks at the house, threatening to burn his [expletive] house down,” Cobain said in the sworn statement. “His children were inside, but that did not stop my mother.” Mother and daughter have had a rocky relationship since the restraining order was granted, but Frances Bean Cobain is trying to move on with her life. She became engaged to Isaiah Silva , the lead singer of The Rambles, in October and the happy pair are looking forward to their upcoming nuptials. “Getting to spend the rest of my life loving my best friend makes me the luckiest woman in the world,” Cobain wrote on her Facebook at the time. WNBA rookie Jantel Lavender is in hot water for hitting her ex-man where it really hurts. According to TMZ reports : L.A. Sparks rookie Jantel Lavender — the #5 overall pick in the 2011 WNBA Draft — allegedly kneed her ex-BF in the junk so hard, his groin area was “throbbing from the pain” … this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ. According to court papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Lavender’s ex Adam Ashley obtained a temporary restraining order against the 6’4″ athlete two weeks ago … claiming he’s been “in hiding” ever since a July 5 altercation where Lavender allegedly grabbed a knife and threatened to kill him. In the docs, Ashley also says Lavender “grabbed my head and slammed it into the wall. She grabbed my neck and was choking me.” Ashley claims it wasn’t the first time Lavender got violent with him — alleging she also tried to choke him during a fight in June. During that altercation, Ashley claims, “While I was grabbing for her hands she kneed me in the growing [SIC] area. My private area was throbbing from the pain.” Jantel has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Ashley until the next court hearing. After the judge granted the restraining order against Jantel — she filed a request for a restraining order of her own against Adam … claiming he attempted to punch her during a recent screaming match at her home. The two are set to meet in court on August 30. They do say there is a thin line between love and hate.
