Source: Christopher Polk / Getty Beyoncé is still in the middle of an odd legal tussle regarding the use of her daughter Blue Ivy ‘s name by a wedding planner who believes she has rights to do so. The Houston singer is refusing to hand over documents and private texts between her husband Jay-Z and mother Tina Lawson that the wedding planner believe would help her case. The Blast reports : According to documents obtained by The Blast, Veronica Morales has requested a list of documents and communications from Beyoncé in their trademark battle. Morales wants Beyoncé to turn over all documents showing any evidence she planned to actually use the trademark “Blue Ivy” (since Morales doesn’t believe the singer ever planned to use it) and any samples of her intent to use the name. Morales is also seeking all communications with Jay-Z relating to their 2016 trademark application, any communications of her or Jay-Z knowing about “Blue Ivy” before their daughter was born in February 2012, and any records of convos with Bey and her mother about the mark. Beyoncé has thus far refused to hand over the documents and is demanding a protective order be entered which would prohibit Morales or her legal team from leaking the confidential information. The family has handed over evidence of this to the police after authorities traveled to Atlanta to collect the information. TMZ reports : Law enforcement sources familiar with the investigation tell TMZ … federal investigators in New York involved in the R. Kelly sex trafficking probe flew to Atlanta last week to meet with the Savage family … and received a treasure trove of digital evidence. We’re told the Savages had lots of digital records that they say display shady tactics from both R. Kelly and folks who were working for him, including a woman named Cheryl Mack … an ex-assistant who allegedly facilitated a meeting between Joycelyn and R. Kelly early on. According to our sources, the records show Mack had arranged for Joycelyn to fly to Palm Springs to see R. Kelly in 2015. We’re told that meeting led to Joycelyn dropping everything and moving in with him, without her parents’ knowledge. For the record, Joycelyn was 19 at the time this happened. She has been living with him since then. The outlet adds that the family has emails and recordings of Kelly instructing Savage to conceal the true nature of their relationship should investigators come sniffing around. The Atlanta trio has partnered with a Canadian company to roll out a very fresh three-wheeled motorcycle called the Ryker. Page Six reports : Quavo, Offset and Takeoff have teamed up with Can-Am to launch the Canadian company’s three-wheel motorcycle, the 2019 Ryker. “The Ryker is hard, that’s why we’re excited to team up with them,” Quavo said in a press release. “Can’t wait to get one of my own. Skrrt Skrrt!” The “Motorsport” rappers also posted about the trikes on their Instagram, writing, “W E R E A D Y T O R I D E.” The outlet adds that the 2019 Ryker will retail for $8,499. Cali had been considered a unifying figure in the years after Gotti’s fall. Gotti was convicted of murder and racketeering in 1992 and sent to prison for life after Gravano ratted him out to authorities. Gotti died in prison in 2002. It is being reported the ridiculously popular Twitch streamer was paid $1 million to play EA’s new battle royale game Apex Legends. Who said playing video games doesn’t pay the bills? It was widely known that the EA enlisted the help of the video game streaming community to help get the word out about Apex Legends , but people still wondered exactly how much did the studio pay these individuals? A new Reuters report is claiming that EA backed up the Brinks truck for Ninja giving the Fortnite legend a $1 million to play and Tweet about the game on February 5th oh and reportedly he wasn’t obligated to for a long time either. While this seems a bit extreme to help promote a game an EA spokesperson told Kotaku that any gameplay after “midday” was “completely organic” if they kept playing the game. The amount of money he pulled in reportedly to play Apex is significantly higher than what he usually pulls in. Ninja revealed to CNN that he was pulling in $500,000 and hinting at bringing even more than that on a “good day.” Keep in mind that is split between his Twitch, YouTube streams, and sponsorships. There is no word on how much the other streamers were paid, but it would seem that EA’s efforts paid off as Apex broke Fortnite’s record for reaching 10 million players in 72 hours of its release.
